From those reviews, you'll see the significant decline in service over time. The company had been run by a friend of a trusted friend, and initially, I was so on board. The food quality was great and the prices reasonable. My first few orders were spot-on. I referred a number of friends who also became happy customers. Then over the course of a year, my orders would be missing meals. The first couple of times, customer service was responsive, issuing me a credit or a refund. A subsequent order with a missing meal took a longer response time, but a resolution was made eventually. The last order I placed was missing two meals but included an incorrect meal. There was zero response, with multiple emails and reaching out via IG. So their social media accounts were still being updated, email marketing still being delivered, just not the actual product itself. Maybe this new ownership/management will be better? They'll have an uphill battle.
