    Very happy with the service. Communication- Emerson responded to our request via Yelp very quickly and answered all the questions. He provided a handout over text with the details of the cleaning that would be covered which was very helpful. Very professional. The team was very professional and arrived on time (they actually arrived early and were ready to start right on time). Service - excellent. Previous tenant left the unit in a mess. They didn't even try to clean. Emerson's team came in and did a move out clean. It took them ~4-5 hours for 2 BR 1BTh for 2 people. I was most concerned about the freezer and stove/hood, so I pointed them out to the cleaner. They did a good job with it. They texted 30 mins in advance for me to come back for a walkthrough. Emerson was there to inspect the work himself and walked me through the work his team did. Price - very reasonable. Highly recommend! Note- the cleaners don't speak English well but we had no issue. They work hard and the work shows. I had my kids with me when I meet up with the cleaners In the beginning. Although she doesn't speak English well, she waved to let me know to take my kids out before she spray any cleaning chemicals. I really appreciate that. Great customer service.

    I hired Alves cleaning for a move-out/deep clean. In short, the cleaning was sub-standard. Pay attention to the other reviews here that talk about spotty/cleaning and untouched surfaces from Miriam and Raphael, as that's what you'll likely get. Main issues: 1. There was a stain in the bathtub that Miriam and Raphael did not get out. At the end of the cleaning we pointed this out to them. Raphael tried scrubbing it again with some Comet, but after a minute gave up. Miriam told me that the stain was rust and would not come out. I told her we've got similar stains out before, but they refused to try any more. We went down to Lowe's, bought a bottle of rust stain remover spray, and got the stain out in a couple of minutes (see attached photo). You'd think a professional cleaning company would know how to handle things like this. 2. After they left, we discovered all the areas that they missed. They didn't clean the inside of the oven window, they missed a lot of spots dusting, and the floors were just swiffered, not mopped. There were still bits of dirt and sticky residue in parts that would have come out if mopped correctly. Detailed Review 1. Booking - the owner was communicative, responsive, and polite. No issues there. 2. Punctuality - Cleaning crew was on time, arrived during their window, and were friendly. 3. Quality - They argued with us about a stain, and were unable to get it out, which we had to do ourselves later. We didn't discover until after they left all the spots they missed. 4. Price - Price was mid-range with all the other estimates we got. Not the highest or the lowest. Overall, really unsatisfied with the work from this company. I understand if you need more time to complete a job (which looks like is what the owner replies with to other bad reviews). However, I'd rather you tell me it will take more time/money to clean properly, than to do a substandard job and tell me it's clean.

    I am absolutely speechless!!! I contacted them yesterday through Yelp, got back to me right away with a quote, and was able to book an appointment for the very same week. My roommate recently moved out and our apartment has been a mess, so professional help was very much needed. Emerson and his wife Wanessa really worked their magic on the place! They came ready with face masks, supplies, and very much appreciated the shoe covers (*ahem* shoeless household). By the time they were done, the place was literally GLISTENING. It looked like a brand new apartment , and honestly better than when we moved in. Their attention to detail is stunning. Emerson pointed out that our bathroom sink was leaking and causing mold, which explained so much! They even cleaned my fridge, cleaned under the couch cushions, and salvaged my dirty bamboo cutting board that I was on the cusp of throwing out. The whole process took about 2 hours, which was pretty quick given our apartment size. Here are some before & after pics I took that speak for themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    Its been almost 3 weeks since we booked them due to their perfect reviews. I was amused because they had great reviews so we were excited to hire them for our move-in clean. We were quoted 230-280 for a move in clean on an empty 2br unit which is not that dirty but needs a deep clean because the Landlord did not seem to do a good job in cleaning. 2 cleaners arrived on time but communication was hard because they cant speak English which was okay but we trusted that they knew what to do. After the cleaning, the blinds were dirty, the stove fan was so greasy-not at all touched, the light fixtures were dusty, the dishwasher was never touched and the top of the fridge was so dusty. I showed some to her but she just shook her head saying NO. I think she meant its not included? With what we were finally quoted of 280, we were so dismayed. When it was time for us to pay, we were just offered Venmo which we dont have. I read before that they accept credit cards but that time we had to call the owner just to be able to pay with card it also took a looong time to settle the payment. When they left, thats when we saw that the kitchen was not well cleaned. I sent an email and a message to the owner through Yelp but NO RESPONSE at all. I find it too unprofessional. Now I dont understand why they have perfect reviews. I hope this review will stay on yelp. And no, I dont recommend them, the price we paid is nNOT at all worth it.

The team is always so kind, helpful, accommodating and does such a thorough, beautiful job! I have not found cleaners that would make my place sparkle so well with such great attention to detail. They provided me calm and support in the chaos of a busy life. After I had to move across the country for a job, my elder mother had a fall, she had to be taken to the hospital by emergency services and was there for weeks. Being across the country and needing help I knew I could trust Shanna, Mariana and the team. But I didn't know that they would treat me like family, and give so much love and care to my moms place while she was away. I didn't know what they would find but I knew the apartment was in bad shape. Shanna and Mariana did such an excellent job, communicating the situation, working through the logistics and giving such care with every detail so her place would feel like home again, I really don't have words to describe how grateful I am to them when I felt so helpless and emotional.     I reached out to this company through Yelp for a project quote and specifically explained that I…read morehave fragrance sensitivities and needed to confirm accommodations before booking. Initially, communication was responsive. I was told what services were included and that the day I wanted was completely open. However, when I mentioned I needed to call back before confirming, I was suddenly told availability might not remain open, which felt somewhat high pressured. When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly and then never heard back again. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but ghosting a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. Sharing this so others, especially people with fragrance sensitivities or accommodation needs, know that communication may be inconsistent.
