The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

Instead, she argued, demanded partial payment for the poor work, and even threatened to contact her attorney when I said I would leave an honest review. That's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I still paid $100 just to end the situation, but it's unbelievable that a cleaning company would handle things this way. If you value honesty, quality, and professionalism, avoid Victory's Cleaning Service at all costs. I didn't think I needed to let a professional cleaning company know to use a soft sponge on stainless steel. The owner did reach out to try and fix it or give me a small concession. The service needed was two bathrooms and 1 vacant bedroom deep cleaned, plus the exterior of second windows which could be reached from the inside. They completed all of this work in roughly 3 hours, and they made the most of this time, vacuuming and wiping down every surface. At one point I watched as a team member cleaned in the gap between where the hardwood floor and the baseboard should connect, but since it's and older house these had become warped and dirt had gotten between there. In the end all the cleaned areas shined like new. As an added note, we live with two pets, cat and dog and the team was comfortable to work around both animals, who were curious what was going on in the house. I would absolutely hire them again.
