My Hairstylist is Brooke who is also the Salon Owner. She is a go getter, very knowledgeable in her field, and specializes in blonding. I constantly see her teaching new hairstylists coming out of college, assisting others colleagues, as well as educating her clients. I am usually scheduling an appointment evert 5-6 weeks. Brooke is really talented & always so helpful with recommending products as well. I have learned so much about taking care of my hair & have seen/felt a big difference from having Brooke as my stylist to prior hair services from other Salons. I have also had my nails done with Debbie. I did a Manicure & pedicure. I love the environment here & see so many familiar faces every time because the clients stick around. Everyone who works here has been so kind as well - I always love watching Haley doing peoples hair when I visit as well. She is there every time I am getting a service. I paid $53 for a $45 manicure... Avoid the Groupon! So that was the initial pricing drama... Then for the manicure. The hot stone massage was decent. Then she was shaping my nails which were short to begin with and she just gave up on shaping. I had to ask her to please at least smooth them out. So unshaped nails and then came the polish... She did it so spotty and didn't even get it to the edges. Literally the worst polish job I've had yet. No cuticle work, so I looked at my nails when she finished and they already looked like they were a week old. At this point I had gel polish on my nails and there was nothing that could be done unless I got it fully redone. It took 2 hours from start to finish, so there was no way I could wait around any longer. They agreed that it didn't look great, but said there was nothing they could do and still charged me the extra amount for the gel polish and claimed my Groupon. The lady was nice (I believe her name was Tammy) but it seemed like it was hard for her to see super well and that's why the attention to detail was off.
