Then immediately text her letting her know I hadn't seen the promo price pop up. She text me back stating that there was no promotion going on at this time so therefore the price was what it was. And that she would not refund my $35 Deposit. This is literally within one minute of booking. I don't expect to have a promotional price after I miss my appointment, but the way she urge me to rebook I just assumed I suppose that she was going to book me for that. I also assume that because of the misunderstanding she would refund my $35 deposit. I get that way appointment I missed took a two hour window of her time but I also asked her if she wanted me to come in immediately and if she had a cancellation I would come right away. For my last appointment I was ready to do something much more fun that I have been wanting to do for years, take it shorter and do a bright fantasy color. There was a small mix up for the booking (first time ever) and there shouldn't have been enough time to get everything done, but Blake and the team (even the owner!) stepped up to make it happen and still took great care of the other clients there. They even got me out the door in time to make an appointment I had after. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair since! I love this salon and the team, and highly recommend them. P.S. I really appreciate their policies that keep the salon a relaxing experience, it's so nice to know that every time I go there it's going to be like going to a spa instead of a carnival or daycare. They are so conscientious about their clients needs, including sensory overload and/or stress reduction.
