I did a full volume set, the most expensive service they offer, and overall I was just not impressed. Tina complained about the client she had before me for the complete duration of my appointment. There are other reviews that say they act like teenagers and I would had to agree. The vibe is mean girls from highschool. I was not welcomed. I felt like I was an intruder as they spoke about stories I had no business being so involved in. I paid for something that shouldn't have looked remotely natural. I have only the best of things to say about my lash extensions experiences with Megan. I've been going here a few months over a year now and not once have I been disappointed, she ALWAYS makes my lashes look amazing, like amazing!!! And in all of time I've gone (I'm a fill every 2 weeks kinda gal) not once has Megan cancelled on me, and there's been a couple of times I've needed to reschedule due to vacation or whatever and she's always super accommodating. My lash artist Megan didn't set up the eye pads correctly and burned my eyes both times and the lash quality was garbage. The second and last time, I got an infection from my eye being exposed to the fumes from the glue. I left her a $50 tip and when I called to try to work out a replacement since all the lashes fell out the same day and they were rude and called me a liar and offered no help. Unprofessional and stuck up. Even a coupon would have helped mend the issue. read more

Just don't do it. Don't come here. I scheduled a mega volume fill, I show up and these girls are like literal teenagers. Talking poorly about other customers, non stop annoying story telling. It was so cringeworthy I had to stop myself from laughing. I seriously thought a group of 13 year olds somehow managed to run a business. They're not welcoming, friendly, or professional. As soon as I walked in, the girl I was seeing (Megan) had another client leaving. Megan does not sanitize ANYTHING. She didn't wipe down the bed, replace the head rest cover, sanitize the tools. NOTHING. She spent 57 minutes "filling" my lashes. Normally, my lash tech will lash me until I'm completely full. Not to mention my eyes are on FIRE the entire time. I go to pay and she charges me $115 which is absolutely insane. I hated my lashes and the second I got to my car they are falling out. I lost over 30 fans and now I need another fill. I called to complain about my lashes falling out and the lady on the phone acted so surprised and like none of that had ever happened before when there's dozens of reviews online with the same issue (my fault for not doing research) She couldn't think of an excuse for the lack of sanitation (reporting to the health department) and just said "mmmhm. Well we do sanitize." No you don't. BE SMART AND GO ELSEWHERE. This is a shop filled with no sanitation, high prices and shit work. My lashes look terrible. Don't come here. read more

I made appointment for lashes. Was unable to make it. They proceeded to try and take funds of $150 twice from my account. Apparently when you schedule appointment you agree to a no show fee of $150. After speaking with them I was informed that I wouldn't receive service or refund of any kind of the $150. So they pocketed $150 for no service at all. I had my lashes done there twice in a month period by two different people. They were crunchy and I could feel the glue clumps. The glue burned my eyes and was caustic. Both times my lashes were almost bald after 1 week. I would just be brushing them with the mascara wand in the morning and they were shedding in the sink one day after getting them done. I think the product they use is terrible. I've had lashes done in the past and they look good for 3+ week. Don't waste your money here until they switch to a quality glue and lash brand. read more

I usually don't like leaving negative reviews but after my experience today I just want others to be aware. I've been getting eyelash extensions for a few months and never had any issues or reactions. I scheduled my appointment with this studio because my normal lady is busy. I was warned by a few people not to come here because they had issues with the glue used and not being refunded for terrible services. I don't listen to people and I always give a business the benefit of doubt. My lash tech I saw was nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time but I should have said something when my eyes were burning half way but I thought it was just me being sensitive to the gel pads but fast forward to this evening where my eyes swelled almost shut and I was extremely uncomfortable. I called and the owner offered to stay late and remove them which was very kind. I wasn't refunded but I wouldn't schedule an appointment here until better quality of glue is used or offered. I'm not the only one this has happened to and it's a bummer that I'm starting all over again with no lashes. Okay so I've been going here for over 2 years I think now maybe longer.. Tina is who does my lashes and she's amazing. Normally other places take quite a bit longer and it never turns out as good as Tina's work. Very cute shop and they do more than just lashes. They also sell very cute clothes and jewelry! I bought a couple tops here before and loved them. The prices are really good and like I said the outcomes really good. I recommend doing them every 2-3 weeks for them to always look good. I do a volume fill every 3 weeks and I get so excited for my appointments lol lash extensions are nice because when you don't want to do your make up you don't really need to. I normally don't do reviews, but this place was very unprofessional with welcoming people in. I have been to other places before and never have I ever been so intimidated or felt just like another client before. No smiles, no small talk, not even from the owner. I came in because my usual lash lady didn't have any openings until 3 weeks from the day I wanted to get a full set redone after giving my lashes a break. I looked at their work, and thought "hey, these girls are really talented. I'm gonna give them a try!". I ended up liking my lashes but not loving them, it almost felt rushed and didn't use up the entire time that was promised on me. When I went to pay the two girls at the counter, one being the owner kept staring as I was paying and didn't even smile at me. Although my lashes came out okay, the service here was horrible. I felt extremely uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. Please just take your business elsewhere. There's definitely some talented girls out there wanting to make it big in this business that would welcome you with huge smiles and lots to talk about to make time pass. If I could give 0 stars I would. Hands down the worst airbrush tan experience of my life, and I've had tons of airbrush tans. I was looking forward to trying this place out too as I've heard great reviews about the owner. To start off, the person at the front desk was rude and barely acknowledged me when I walked in, just kept talking to other employees. Then I go to tan and the room is dirty and gross feeling. Tanner all over the walls and streaking down. Megan, who tanned me and is apparently the manager, didn't even ask what color or how dark I was wanting. I'm way darker than I would ever have wanted, even after I told her to please make it look natural (again, she didn't ask so I had to insert myself to let her know). She missed tons of spots so my tan is incredibly patchy. She clearly didn't even try to get hard spots like under my boobs and under my butt or my sides at all. Almost like she was rushing to leave since my appointment was in the evening? They don't do any prep with lotion on dry spots or nails (every other airbrush tan I've ever had does). No setting powder after either (again, every airbrush tanner I've ever had puts on setting powder after). When I called to ask for money back or for them to fix it, the person who answered the phone was super rude. I asked for the manager and she said the manager was in an appointment (I had JUST left, maybe 5 mins prior) and then later on said the manager had left and was actually Megan (who did my tan). She lied the first time around? Not sure. Then she hung up on me. Probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I went back in to get it touched up and it's not any better than before. And the girl at the front desk was even ruder than before. Honestly 100% do not go here for an airbrush tan unless you're looking for horrible service, mean girls, and an awful patchy tan. Worst experience ever. I'm so bummed, look like an orange mess, and I'm out $38 for all of that. I was quoted one price (110.00 which is what I expected) on the phone and after a long conversation with the receptionist about how I wanted my lashes done, I felt confident that I would be getting what I had hoped for. I thought it was weird when I met Megan, she said you don't have lashes, I said no. She immediately got up and went to the front desk! Megan mentioned NOTHING about any changes in price or Anything! I was concerned about my way I wanted my lashes done and asked if she had been told. She said yes. I showed her a photo and the size number of lash my previous gal had used. She said she could do it! My lashes were HORRIBLE! I told her that is NOT what I asked for. She said oh yes it is! She also informed me she'd been doing lashes for 8 years! I asked how I could get them taken off! She thinned them out! I then went to pay and she said it is $240.00! I said What! I was told $110.00! Her answer was the receptionist made a mistake! I have NEVER been so shocked in my life that # 1 you have a customer that is not satisfied and she throws at you a $130.00 error and expects you to pay it!!! I made the mistake of paying it even though I should not have! I let Megan know I was calling my credit card company. Her response- I will just tell them it was a charge for a service. GUESS WHAT. Megan knew what she was doing! I could not dispute the charge because it was a Service! I also discovered later that Megan had sent a text to my phone changing the charge from $110.00 to $240.00. The text came through as I was lying on the bed and she was starting my lash extensions! If I had said " Hold on, I need to check my text, I would have found out I would be charged $240.00! She never said A WORD! I never would have gone through with it in the first place! I have never encountered anything like this and I've been in customer service my entire life! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! On the morning of my appointment I woke up horribly sick, I called to reschedule but was told they would charge me for not giving 24 hour notice.I told her I didn't want my credit card charged and asked to speak with the manager, and was told she was with a client and would call me when finished. I never received a return call, and ended up in the hospital that night. After a week in the hospital, I checked my credit card activity. They did charge me the cost of the service, and never attemptEd to contact me. I understand that no-shows are a problem for small businesses, but I was terribly ill. I shouldn't have been treated the same as a no-show, and the manager should have contacted me. As a previous client, I deserved better treatment. I don't usually like to write negatively about a place, but this is probably the worst place you could ever go. I recently started coming here just because they were really good with scheduling but it just isn't worth it. Eyelash extensions should not ruin your lash but unfortunately, they did because the lashes were placed on in a way they shouldn't. Also, an eyelash specialist should be able to know what size and how much your natural lash should hold but unfortunately they did not know and seemed to not care about the health of my natural lash. read more

Every 2-3 weeks for 10 years I've been getting my lashes done here. Tina is amazing and has always been wonderful to me. I go to Meghan now but only because her schedule works with mine better and Tina is so popular! Love Meghan too! I always look forward to the pampering and I've never had any problems with my eyes. I do have red eyes at the end of my appointment but I understand that there are chemicals in the glue and that it's normal for my eyes to be irritated. I explained to them right then the disappointment and that I was leaving town for vacation not one person could squeeze me in to fix them since I was sitting there for three hours .
