Very disappointed in my lashes . When I made the appointment I explained what I wanted . When I was finished they were not full nor pretty . I explained to them right then the disappointment and that I was leaving town for vacation not one person could squeeze me in to fix them since I was sitting there for three hours . It has only been one day and several have fell out my own lashes look better and after paying 100 it's a waste of money. I say go somewhere else!!! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!! I was devasted when I saw my lashes. After getting a lash lift (perm) and tint my top AND BOTTOM lashes were burnt , frizzy, almost non existent, and stuck to my eyelids. I was devasted. I called when I got home asking what I could do to reverse the "perm" on what was left of my lashes. I was advised by Megan ( the manager, who wouldn't get on the phone with me. She passed the message to me through the receptionist) to soak my eyes in olive oil and call back tomorrow. That did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I called back after waking up to my eyes EXTREMELY swollen, red, and raw. It was painful to even open them. Once again I couldn't get Megan or Tina (the owner) on the phone. The next day my eyes were WORSE. at this point I had to seek medical attention. The doctor confirmed I had received severe chemical burn from the last tint and lift. Not to mention my lashes were destroyed. I was prescribed a oral and topical steriod to help relieve the swelling, itching, and burning. I then called again demanding to speak to Tina or Megan but still nothing. I explained to Brooke (the receptionist) that I had to seek medical attention and was placed on medication and needed her to have Tina call me back ASAP. I also told her to tell Tina NOT to cash my check because I was not paying for the service. I had already paid for a doctor visit and prescriptions. Tina NEVER called me. I have left 2 voicemails explaining the severity of the problem and called twice and talked to Brooke (who said she would have Tina call me) it has been 3 1/2 weeks and my eyes are just now starting to heal and I have yet to get a call back but Tina didn't hesitate to cash my $90. I am taking action to make sure no one else has to go through this. I have made sure to take pictures through out the process and have kept my medical records. I got my eyelash extensions for a vacation to Hawaii and I am kind of disappointed in them. I noticed that within several days of getting the lashes, several were sagging underneath all the others and were hitting my eyes and irritating them. I also don't know if my eyes are just extra sensitive, but the area around my lash line became very dry and irritated, causing my eyes to water and be red the majority of the time. I tried emailing twice and calling several times to ask about the issue but I never got a response and the phone was never answered. Although my lashes were beautiful for the first two days, I feel like it was a waste to spend the money when my eyes were so irritated and painful. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place! Chloe does an amazing job doing my classic lashes. I always feel so much better leaving this place with my fresh set of lashes on. I am constantly getting compliments and i always refer them to Chloe at Envy. The girls there always make you feel very comfortable. This lash studio is unreliable and unprofessional, I booked in to get my lashes done for my boyfriends formal. I traveled all the way from Brookfield to Morning side, arrived and waited for twenty minutes outside- I didn't knock as the email she sent confirming the appointment said dont knock and just wait. After waiting for a while and emailing her, messaging her and calling her I decided to knock, it took her about 10 minutes to come outside and she was extremely rude (Darbie) and explained to me that she messaged me asking if I could come in earlier as her day got "pushed back" when she showed me the text messages she put my number in wrong! I am 15 years old and had to travel by train and bus to her, later on I messaged and emailed her asking for a refund and she didn't reply. It took 3 weeks and me nagging her for her to finally answer my message. Darbie was rude and un-professional and I will never be returning to this studio- I also missed out on getting my lashes done for formal due to this. read more

I would 100% recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I had been getting my lashes done for several years here, but the service has seriously gone down the garbage shoot. I cannot express entirely how unprofessional the experience is at this salon. Over the last couple of months they have gained new staff, and I had several fills. One of the young girls continued to talk about her love life with other staff the entire fill while smackin her gum in my ear. And the comments of her preference for certain races of men was just too much. There is constant inappropriate chatter, and over all an immature, unprofessional, and unwelcoming atmosphere. I continued to go because the primary people I would see were Jessica and Darby who have over the years done work that I appreciated. But this last occurance was the last straw. In the past I have had appointments cancelled on me last minute, and life happens so no worries. Then today happened, and I have chosen to take my business elsewhere, and if you would like to avoid a headache I would suggest you do as well. I scheduled an appointment for a new set of lashes for my best friend for the day before her bridal shower, and days before her wedding. This appointment has been set for some time, and I recently discussed it this Monday (3days ago) with the lash gal I saw for my fill. I even scheduled MY fill for that same day so I could go with my friend. I expressed to the lash tech that we both requested time off of work for this, and we are working on a really tight schedule. Now today I received a text letting me know that it was cancelled "and I will not be charged for this cancellation" how nice of them... So, I call confused as to what is going on. The reasoning....I was advised that due to traffic from the eclipse on 08/21 they are cancelling my appointment scheduled for 08/18. Excuse me! The eclipse is not new news, and we are talking days before hand...are you serious!?!? This is a two week notice for an appointment in preparation for a wedding, and I am being told that due to risk of traffic the studio will be closed. I am done with this place. read more

Ive never left a bad review before. I recently got eyelash extensions by an apprentice at Envy. She pulled my eyelashes, my eyes were burning from glue in my eyes and the eyelashes were clumpy and hurt . I had to leave them on for the wedding but had to go elsewhere to have them taken off. I would not recommend miranda. And everyone there could see my eyes were burning and did nothing to help. I will not go back. read more

First of all Very unfriendly and Caddie girls. Second, My lashes would not stay on for more then a week, my eyes itched for days, come to find out it is because the lashes are glued to close to my skin and the type of lash glue they use is not pure and not made here in the States but cheap glue from across seas. I was told if the eye lash glue that is being used is burning your eyes that is a bad sign and do not continue with the lash extensions, my eyes burned the whole time i was getting my lashes done at envy. read more

I was very disappointed. Went in for just a normal fill. Still had most of my lashes. They took the lashes I had off. It was very painful. I specifically asked for longer lashes. My left eye has longer lashes then my right eye. They are super short, not much loner then then my natural lashes. I have never had eyelash extensions be painful but this was. Would not recommend! The receptionist was not friendly. Many of my friends an co workers keep commenting about my eyes being two different lengths. Never had this kind of experience with bad service. i have gone to envy before and i loved my results the first time. the women who did them was amazing and so nice, absolutely loved her and what she did to my lashes. second time, total flop. the lady was rude and closed off. i though i would give them one more chance just to really see and they didn't answer and didn't ever call me back which is what their voicemail box said would happen. i called a week later and they didn't answer but then i called a second time and they did. they had no openings and were very rude and just said that it wouldn't work and i said oh okay and then they just said bye. very rude. read more

I came to Envy Lash with a lot of uncertainty, having spent nearly 80.00 for a set of lashes from Chenoa at Glamour Salon previously, which were a disaster. Noa put half again as many lashes on one eye as she did the other, quitting before she finished the second eye. I was told my eyes were too small and deep set for lashes, and I spent my vacation getting up a half hour early every day to apply individual lashes and mascara to fill the gaps on the right eye. I took a chance and went into Lash Envy for a consult, and was told there was nothing wrong with my eyes at all. I was given a beautiful set of lashes by a new stylist in half the time, for less money than Noa charged, even with the use of a Groupon. I highly recommend Envy Lash, they have a faithful client for life. Steer clear of Noa at Glamour Salon - she not only did a poor service, she placed the blame on my eyes and refused to refund even a portion of my money. read more
