So happy with my results from Smile Labs PDX! Lisa is absolutely fantastic and walks you through every step of the whitening process. I cannot tolerate traditional whitening strips but have experienced no sensitivity following Smile Labs treatment + the bluMineral restorative after treatment. I would highly recommend! read more

My fiancé is self conscious about his teeth, so with our wedding approaching I thought it would be nice to book us for a couples teeth whitening! I love that Lisa had a couples discount and that you can choose more or fewer treatments depending on the desired results. We booked two 15 minute sessions and were both so pleased with our results! Especially my fiancé, whose enamel stains lightened by 10 shades! Lisa is such a kind human - her studio is in a beautiful old house and is so clean and peaceful, even on one of the hottest days of the year. She walked us through each step of the procedure and we both felt totally comfortable and at ease. Left with such a great confidence boost. Will definitely be back - thanks Lisa! read more

After researching MANY ways to whiten my teeth... especially after losing dental insurance, where out-of-pocket cleanings can be quite pricey, I found Smile Labs. I didn't know what to expect, but I was praying for a miracle, because that's how bad I was feeling about my stained teeth. I even tried a bunch of DIY methods, but to no avail, and I became increasingly insecure about smiling big, which I love to do. I was also never 100% satisfied with my regular dental/hygienist cleanings, as my teeth easily stained again. I read great reviews about Smile Labs, and that also sealed the deal for me. SO..... at Smile Labs, I went with the double coating ($149) and decided to get the aftercare treatment for and extra $50. After the 1st coat I already saw a huge change, and I choked up a bit. Lisa was super kind and supportive. Many folks have this experience, and I so understand why. After the 2nd coat, I was even more WOWED!!! Overall the whole experience was great, and super easy, and Lisa was the kindest and most wonderful to talk to. I'll definitely be going back! Plus you get return customer discounts to boot! Thank You so much, Lisa, and Smile Labs!!!! read more

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet?!?? What is wrong with me? I love the SMILE LAB! My teeth aren't movie star quality, but after a session here I feel more movie starish! The whole set up is so inviting. The owner is an absolute doll. She is friendly and professional and gosh darn it, make ya feel like a million bucks! The beds are comfy, the room is bright and airy and the process is painless. I have it on my calendar to book more often, not because my teeth need it, but I want to support a cool place and woman owned to boot! read more

I have had discolored teeth my whole life due to a medication my Mom had to take when she was pregnant with me. In the past I've tried the whitening trays/gel from the dentist's office. It worked but took months to see any real results. Recently I was meeting a friend I hadn't seen in 15 years and on a whim I decided to try professional whitening so, based on all of the good reviews I chose to make an appointment at Smile Labs PDX. When I showed up Lisa, immediately put me at ease and explained everything that she would be doing. There was absolutely no sensitivity at all. When I walked out of her office my teeth were 10 shades whiter than when I walked in! I was almost in tears I was so happy, and she was just as happy for me. It's one thing to be excellent at the work you do but, it's another when you can do it while also being a warm, kind and very caring person. Lisa has that perfect balance which is very rare these days. I wish I could give her 10 stars both for her work and for her personality. Thank you Lisa - I feel so confident I am smiling all the time now. read more

What's the first thing you notice about most people? For me, I'd say it's their smile and teeth. I decided my teeth needed some brightening, and I hadn't had my teeth professionally whitened in years (I just use whitening toothpaste and strips), plus I wanted results right away. So after researching some different places on Yelp, I decided to give this place a try. They have online reservations, which I love, so I was able to get the time and date I wanted, and it was also easy to find (across the street from New Seasons). There really isn't parking in front, but you can park across the street in the garage, so pretty easy. After arriving and signing the paperwork, the owner, Lisa, explained the process to me and after two 15 minutes sessions, my teeth were about 2-3 shades lighter. It was really easy and done before I knew it. I also got the remineralization treatment afterwards, which I would highly recommend (helps with any sensitivity you may have and seals the pores of your teeth). I was actually concerned with sensitivity, because I've had issues after using whitening strips. But I had NO sensitivity afterwards, which was great. Also, the price was very reasonable, so that's a bonus. Overall it was an easy experience, and even though my teeth were pretty white to begin with, I'm really happy with the results. They are much brighter, and I plan on doing some maintenance 2-3 times a year, to keep them nice and white. If you are thinking about whitening your teeth, I would highly recommend Smile Labs PDX! read more

I was looking for local teeth whitening services and came across Smiles Lab Pdx and I'm so glad I found this place because I had such a great first experience! This was my first time trying a teeth whitening service and didn't know what to expect. The service was amazing, and I left feeling great about how white my teeth were! Would come back again! read more

This was my first time doing anything like this and Lisa made me feel very comfortable, making sure throughout the process that I was doing well. She gave me an overview of each step so I knew what was happening and the process was actually quite relaxing. I would highly recommend and I will be returning for further visits. I could tell a much improved smile even after my 2 initial rounds. Very excited to see how white we can get my teeth. read more

Lisa was so awesome! If I could give 50 thousand stars I would. So very clean and welcoming. I literally would hang out and have a beer with her she is that cool. My teeth went 8 shades lighter and she was so thorough. Everything was clean and sanitized, with which covid I appreciated. She has a personality of a Rockstar! Thanks again girl definitely coming back. My teeth look amazzzziiing! read more

It was very easy to schedule my first appointment on line and communication with Lisa was prompt and informative. I really enjoyed meeting Lisa and she is very friendly, personable, and professional. Parking across the street at the market was very convenient. Lisa's establishment is very clean and comfortable. The whole process was stress free. I am very happy with the results and will be back soon. read more

I have never had a teeth whitening procedure done so I went online to see how much it costs. I found Smile Labs and they looked professional and were a great price. Plus there were options for how much time I wanted to spend there. I was worried that it would hurt a little or cause sensitivity but it didn't. Lisa was extremely clear, organized and communicative. She responded to a phone question I had immediately. I highly recommend going to get your teeth whitened here. I will be a return client for sure. And, btw, my teeth whitened 6 shades! read more

The best whitening experience I ever had! My first time I got it done in a dentist office where it was painful and so uncomfortable. I have to say everything about my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. Lisa made me feel at home in her very cute office. She walked me through the steps and having her just a few feet away from me during the process put me at ease. My teeth got 5 shades whiter thanks to the 30 min session and I didn't have sensitivity afterward. It's only been a couple of weeks since my first visit and I already booked my next one for next week. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

This was a great experience on all counts. I have been going through a post-divorce remake process which also involved brightening my smile. Lisa was totally professional even though she was having serious back pain on the day I came in. I chose the double whitening session and my teeth looked white and luminous afterwards. I did have a small amount of pain in the night about 12 hours after the procedure, but I have extremely sensitive teeth and I get sore from whitestrips, so this was to be expected. The actual cleaning process was easy, comfortable and extremely fast. An affordable way to reboot your face without plastic surgery! Ha. read more

I had an incredible experience here, with wonderful friendly service at a great price- my teeth are sooooo much whiter and everyone says I look so much younger!! Who knew something a fraction of the cost of Botox would have a better outcome in keeping that youthful look!! The owner is lovely and had some great recommendations on reducing sensitivity in teeth. Their strict safety and infection control practices in these pandemic times was very reassuring (coming from an RN). read more

Quick, easy, and EFFECTIVE treatment. 10/10. Thank you!

I went to this place on accident thinking I was going to another place I had frequented prior. I got more results with one treatment there than I did with three treatments elsewhere. I will definitely be returning. The owner welcomed me with open arms, was very kind and helpful and answered all my questions. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

Lisa is great! My teeth are 10 1/2 shades whiter! The difference is clear. I hate to say it, but my teeth were pretty yellow, and now they are really white. I'm not completely vain, but the color of my teeth used to make me self conscious. I feel confident about my smile now. How about that :) read more

I'm very happy with my results from Smile Labs PDX. Lisa was great, explaining exactly what was involved. My teeth aren't too stained but my uppers lightened by 3 shades and my lowers by 6 with 2 treatments. I opted for the Bluminerals add-on since I have a lot of sensitivity. The process was easy and I have no sensitivity about 24 hours later. Will be back for sure. read more

Wow!! Lisa was so wonderful and helped me go 6 shades lighter. So glad I found this spot. Will definitely be coming back

Lisa is tremendous and I highly recommend her to everyone!! She put me at ease and worked with me to get the best from my newly straightened teeth. My whitening session improved the overall whiteness of my teeth by 3 shades in 2 treatments -- very satisfied customer here. I also strongly recommend adding on the Bluminerals Remineralization Treatment in office immediately following your whitening. Well worth the additional cost. Will be seeing Lisa again before my wedding in July!! read more

I was told for years (by dentists) that my teeth had a gray tint that would prevent any whitening process to be effective. Well, I decided to give it a try and I loved the results! Lisa Kiraly is a wonderful technician and is kind and funny, as well. She runs an impeccably clean and darling office that shouts more "spa" than dental office. I Would urge anyone who needs a little cosmetic lift in the teeth department to give Lisa a call!! read more

I loved my experience at Smile Labs Pdx. I went 8 shades whiter in one day and Lisa is amazing at applying and explaining the procedure. Absolutely no pain! I would recommend getting the mineralization too as you don't have to wait as long to drink red wine! read more

First time ever having teeth professionally whitened because the home kits cause me sensitivity (so I admit I was a tiny bit worried, still determined to power through) -BUT I HAD NO PROBLEM !!! whatsoever with this (a few little light zings during the first treatment & they went away fast after which no sensitivity at all & I opted for the 3 consecutive treatments + remineralization. She got me 8 shades whiter in 45 mins ! Had me feeling I should have done this aLONG time ago. The technician was super cool friendly & attentive for every step of the way, I would most definitely recommend this place to everyone! read more

I live in New York and needed teeth whitening Asap. After much research I decided to give Lisa a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by my results. Lisa is rather attentive and constantly checking in to make sure you are fine. Even while I was under the light she stayed in the room and made sure all was good. I am a big fan of this kind of service. In addition, she gives the flexibility to start with one 15 minute treatment and based on my satisfaction she continued to the next 15 and so on. This is great because I love not being locked into a service until I saw real results. I was so impressed by her work I did 3 15 minutes session plus the blue mineralization. I'm super picky and I'm ecstatic I found her. I can't wait to be back! read more

Lisa was SO amazing! Explained everything and was so kind! Highly recommend her and the service! I went 10 shades lighter!

I'm getting married in about a month and I wanted my teeth to look whiter for the photos. I am an admitted coffee addict and will never be able to give it up, and after my appointment my teeth were 9 shades lighter! I did the two treatments for my appointment. After the first treatment there was a noticeable difference, but the second treatment lightened my teeth much more than the first. If you have never done this before, I definitely would recommend doing the two treatments. My teeth did not have any sensitivity after my appointment like I had noticed after using trays at home in the past. I will definitely be returning to get more treatments in the future. read more
