For $195 I really was hoping for better quality. My tech was super kind but when I mentioned the lashes pointing the wrong direction she didn't seem to think it was a problem and just said it was fine.

She offers the next day, which won't work for my work schedule so I politely inquired about just getting my $40 deposit back. No response but after a few days I see a refund on my account for $35. No explanation for the missing $5. I send a text, respectfully, asking - no response. I'll let the texts speak for themselves. I think it's apparent this isn't about $5. It's poor business practice by someone who wants to treat me as the problem over their own poor communication skills. And seriously- $5 is kept every time you cancel on someone because of your computer system?? That's actually called stealing, BTW.

My lashes are soft and healthy after the treatments so I will do this again before summer is over. And the microblading: I can't say enough positive things! Sarah takes her time ( I think the entire process was about 2.5-3hrs) which is great for anyone who may be nervous!

Then, I find a spot that was missed at the root. I needed a place that I could go to regularly for my roots and trims but this just convinced me to buy the salon quality and do it at home. It's black. Wild part is, she has black hair too so I thought she'd be good at it. Not $245 good (with tip bc I always tip).

I paid for something that shouldn't have looked remotely natural. Can you even tell I have lashes in that photo? I wish I had checked the Yelp reviews before booking my appointment! How a business treats their customers, or stands behinds their service and products can say a lot…read more They recently did eyelashes for my daughter, and the work was visibly uneven. They offered to 'fix' them for an additional $40, or remove without a refund. It doesn't matter if you are certified, if your work is sloppy. I would avoid this place at all costs. Their are much better services who stand behind their work.

Horrible! I don't even want to give them 1 star. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB…read more I got pink eye and a stye after getting lash extensions here!! When I told the tech, she blamed me for having dry eyes. She is the only person I've ever gone to, I'm new to town and have never gotten eye lashes put on before. So I thought "she's the professional, maybe I did do something wrong" and I gave her another chance. After 1 week and $80, 90% of my lashes fell off. She said it was the humidity and I wasn't caring for them correctly. I followed her directions to a T. I guess I'm naive, but I believed her and gave her another chance (again). Then it happened again. 90% of my lashes gone in 8 days!! When I expressed my concern to the technician, AGAIN she told me it was my fault and then blocked me on Facebook. I have other serious concerns, but yelp is not the appropriate place and I will report them to the state. When I called the owner she pretty much called me a liar and told me "I can refer you to another technician but can't guarantee their pricing." I said "I'm not asking for a referral, aren't you going to do something about this?" she then told me "No, I'm taking my technicians side. Just because you don't like her doesn't mean you can complain". It has NOTHING to do with not liking her! I liked her that's why I continued to go to her even after getting pink eye. It has to do with accountability and professionalism. I've never written a complaint against anyone before because I believe in the benefit of the doubt and treating others the way I wish to be treated. I am shocked at the way I was treated. I'm in tears. I can't even form the words to express how hurt I am physically, financially and emotionally. I don't know what else to do other than share my story in hopes of helping other people avoid this treatment and report the studio for causing harm with no plan of correction.
