No explanation for the missing $5. I send a text, respectfully, asking - no response. I'll let the texts speak for themselves. I think it's apparent this isn't about $5. It's poor business practice by someone who wants to treat me as the problem over their own poor communication skills. When I pointed out he missed some areas he became defensive and said it was my fault and should have pointed it out to him before he was done. I asked how many sessions it could take for complete remover, he said up to 18 sessions. Again, he barely went over and and missed a lot of it with the laser. I paid $80 for this session, which made no impact in the color or density of the tattoo at all. If it takes 18 sessions at $80 each session this would end up costing $1,440 to remove. It's a simple Chinese character. About 2" by 2". After I mentioned he missed areas he stopped talking to me. I have had tattoos removed in the past. Very unprofessional. I asked for a refund and he said no. I will be filing a complaint with licensing board. Not acceptable at all.
