The front staff was friendly and Marissa was knowledgeable and explained the risks and why she did not feel comfortable moving forward. I deleted my first review on good faith that Vida was going fix this. This has carried on for months now. I'm updating my review nothing was done to fix this. First off I've been going to Vida for about 5 years. I've had fabulous results up until this year in March. I had went in then for my usual juvaderm ultra (Tara did the injections) and then Rstylane I've made several attempts to see what had went wrong with 2 consults back in there. 1st time I went back after my initial treatment I was told there was nothing they could do about it. 3rd time one of the estheticians looked at it. She said they would fix it and yes something didn't look right with juvaderm ultra. (Took pictures their lighting angle, oh I don't see anything wrong with it, odd my pictures I phone dated all do. Their lighting photo) She said, "Melt it all." Odd, she didn't even feel my face to see where filler was if there was any in my laugh lines or if there even was any. ( none felt right side minimal lil left) None on the right side. I still can see puffy marks needle marks without make up months later. As for the Restylane she told me, " No see, you have malasma, you should look it up and it's from the birth control you started. Odd I'd been on birth control months prior this low dose possible. ( she never contacted my Gynecologist prescribed it, so how would she know when it was started, blame shift) Those brown rings didn't develop till after the injection of Resteylene. Proceeds to tell me, " Yeah you should look that up". Turns out I don't have that and that's common occurrence with Restylane when not injected correctly. My end result looking worse before I came out. She offered fix the juvaderm laugh line area. She could melt what was there. Nothing to melt, or add to it. I was scheduled an appointment for a day she wasn't in. They called me to tell me she wasn't in that day. They would call back to reschedule I waited a week and half with no reschedule call. The restylane looks like this few months later. I have to cover my face with foundation to hide big round brown rings under my eyes I never had. To add to that my rip off on the Juvaderm that wasn't mixed right or she diluted the solution? I didn't receive that left me with deeper lines. What she use on that dissolvent? Worst of all look like I'm left with permanent brown ring marks under the eye area. Of course they said " nothing we can do about. From my first review they contacted me and looked at it. She didn't even test my face feel where filler was at. ( they take pictures in their lighting etc.) Trying say nothing wrong with it and that it was me. Why do all my before pictures( dated pictures on my I phone) look like afters? Argue, oh it was the angle. No, In short I paid to look worse not better! I paid for a product I didn't receive, correctly. Dilute solution or improper mixing solutions which is against Oregon Board of Health laws for Esthetics. How could you trust them to fix that. Lies. Never going back here again. I'm out the money I spent. Plus cost fix ( laser brown rings from restylane) and replace my juvaderm that they dissolved or just used saline. I have to go to another esthetician. The end result I look worse and am out the money I spent. I'm sharing this so others don't get ripped off. I've went here for years and trusted them. To be treated that way is an insult to my intelligence. I'll never go here again. Long story short I would never went in here if I would've known My face would've looked worse coming out. I paid to look worse. I had no results! Results don't very if you don't use your product right. I'm done communicating and attempting for months to fix this along with playing their games. read more

I feel like these people care far more about making an extra buck than they do about actual customer care. I made several trips to them for Botox, wondering why it wasn't working for me anymore. They kept telling me I could "use a little more". I'd seen another doctor in the past for my Botox, and consistently needed about half the number of units for the same results. After shine investigation, a source of mine leaked that Vida is allegedly not mixing the Botox to the manufacturer suggested dilution ratio. So basically I was getting needles full of saline & a tiny bit of product. This way Vida can make their product go farther. Many people may not notice this, but I'm a Botox veteran. They also made promises to "fix" the situation, and do some complimentary IPL/BBL for the extensive bruising they caused several times, but then coincidentally were too booked & couldn't squeeze me in & make good on any of their promises. They have monthly parties with lots of booze & they get people drunk so they will spend money at their establishment and even perform services on them right then. Probably so they won't notice their unprofessionalism and shortcomings! read more

I have PCOS and had a large amount of facial hair and she has been so friendly and knowledgeable over the past 2 years. I noticed a difference after just one session. There are so many great services here - so far I have only tried out their laser hair removal but I'm impressed after only one session. I had been going to somewhere else that offered it cheaper, hoping to save a buck - buuut you definitely get what you pay for! At VIDA they are VERY professional, very thorough and careful. My technician went through all of my medications/etc asking many questions to make sure I didn't have any contraindications which I hadn't been asked at the other place! After only one session I feel like I had the same result after a year+ at the past place. Laser hair removal is definitely NOT cheap, but if you're going to do it - now I've learned it's best to go straight to a medispa/somewhere more medically inclined to have it done. First let me say I didn't use their service, only their initial consultation. Had the consultation with Olivia about "non-surgical face and neck tightening" as the billboard said. At first it sounded like I was being promoted for every service they offer. But I asked one question specific to an issue I've experienced in the past and Olivia immediately responded by saying "I'm glad you told me that. This (meaning the primary service recommended) would NOT be good for you. You may experience...etc". She was very forthcoming about issues and ultimately referred me to a completely outside provider. She did point out a follow up service that she thought I would be happy coming back for later, after I went elsewhere. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was misquoted for # of units by a lot, equating hundreds of $$ difference in what I thought I'd pay and ended up paying. Great friendly service. Staff is very personable. Atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, clean. Knowledgable with extensive detail concerning all procedures, tests, questions, supplements. Both buildings of employees represent what naturopath and ski care should be . Encouraging happy staff! If I had to say one thing for a future improvement, it would be to give consideration to forego 'high end expense' treatment(s), as significant change was very slight, minimal(considering the cost). I do believe as more procedures are done, more body types and skin will give staff opportunities to improve specific needs of individual patients. So for my one star review please understand I never had a procedure done at this clinic and the staff was nice however my frustration with this clinic is there ridiculous pricing!.. I went in for a consultation on cool sculpting, I was really excited to try it and I assumed it would be expensive, Expensive is an understatement! I was told for one procedure on my abdomen and flanks it would be $12,000 yes $12,000! I was also told to see optimal results I would most likely need 3 procedures done. that is $36,000 absolutely ridiculous! Now please understand that you could have a "mommy makeover" which includes breast augmentation, liposuction, and tummy tuck for way, way less money then this! You could also have "smart Lipo" which also has very little downtime for way way less then this. The fact that I would need 3 procedures done when im not obese is frustrating on its own. Where is this pricing coming from? There is no Plastic surgeon or doctor of any kind doing this its an Esthetician, there is no injection of anything you're literally just paying for the machine and slot time, this is so unbelievable to me that I had to write a review because I cant believe anyone would have this done at that pricing! I hope that Vida has a reality check and understands that with all the local plastic surgeons and other options out there if they don't lower there pricing by ALOT they wont be in business long. read more
