I typically feel a lot of inflammation in my body and it's been a week since my first session and have felt that inflammation reduce immediately and has stayed down. The compression sleeves were a really nice treat my for sore leg muscles. And I topped it off with the red light therapy which was super relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards. After receiving 4 treatments I am a firm believer that cryo really works. I have always been self conscious about my chin, there wasn't much fat build up but the skin had become loose with age due to genetics resulting in a double chin appearance. I had tried kybella, I had gone to a cool sculpting consult and I even went as far as a liposuction/ surgical consult! After speaking and expressing my concerns with Corrin she put me at ease by telling me I wouldn't have to deal with needles, knives or painful treatments any longer and I wouldn't have any downtime between our treatments. The owner happened to be on site when I had my appointment, and he conducted my intake session. He's a trained and practicing naturopath, which makes me feel there's more of a holistic approach to treatment than one would receive at similar IV therapy centers in the area. Prime IV verges on having a more corporate vibe, but that doesn't reduce one's level of comfort. Both the doctor and the nurse were attentive throughout the procedure, offering water and making sure the lighting was to my liking. The member's section has some really fancy looking massage chamber seating, but the leather recliners in their general seating area are comfortable as well. The seating arrangements are in sets of two, so if it's a busy day patients might have a neighbor seated next to them. However, there is enough distance between seats to provide a buffer of privacy if desired. Once my IV was inserted, quickly and painlessly, the procedure only took about an hour to complete. I received their version of a Myer's Cocktail, and I felt sufficiently hydrated and refreshed afterward. The nurse answered any questions I had, and unobtrusively checked in occasionally to make sure everything was running smoothly. I was attracted to this facility because of their introductory offer, which was surprisingly low. I didn't feel pressured into adding extra services, in fact, the owner was very generous with free upgrades. Now, as a monthly subscriber, I'm finding their pricing continues to be more economical than other clinics in the Portland area. I'm excited to have found Prime IV, and look forward to future visits.

The only reason I am not giving a 5 is due to the initial person I met. I work hard for my money, and I will not spend it somewhere I don't feel welcome. Obviously it was going to be cold but had no idea as to what extent. I was honestly so nervous but Amanda was very helpful and assured that all was going to be fine. Went into a room and got into my birthday suit, put on their robe, socks, gloves, and slippers that they provided and I was set. I volunteered to go first. She set up the booth and raised up the stool so my head reached over the chamber. Gave her my robe and she set the timer on the chamber. I'm actually glad my boyfriend and her were both in the room with me because they were able to let the time pass faster. Only did 2.5 minutes this time but it usually takes 3 minutes max per session. It was cold, started to shake a bit towards the end, and noticed the coldest parts of my body were the areas I really needed help on. Amanda let us know that for our next session we have the option of putting on some tunes or turning the lights of if we wanted to relax any more or meditate. After cryotherapy we were also given a chance to experience their Normatec machines. HEAVEN!! Made my legs feel completely new. You have the option to Normatec your legs, hips and back, or arms. MUST TRY. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a great experience!!
