Nicole listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions to me. She even made further alterations after the cut until I was completely satisfied with the style I was looking for. I decided to get a fill and change from French tips to a natural color. Amanda was nice. She wasn't very talkative, which is fine because it made for a very relaxing visit. I like her attention to detail, and that fact that the acrylic wasn't applied super thick. Overall, I was in and out within an hour and was pleasantly satisfied with the end result. Cost $$ - I was charged $51 for the fill plus nail replacement. Not bad. Glad I took a chance on this place despite the reviews. I'll be back!

I came from out of town and had…read moremy nails done there. my index finger fell off within two days my pink nail was infected came off with the acrylic nail. I don't do any heavy work or anything. For this to have happened. I had them done. the day before the Labor Day weekend so I asked to come in Wednesday made an appointment for Thursday and asked for a different nail tech. They said one was not available. They would provide a refund. And do it through Cash app I specifically made a Cash App for this. I even went into the salon since I was staying down the street and let them know I had made a Cash App also just in case they wanted to see my nails in . Because I hadn't heard from them after they said they were going to provide the refund. the Manager wasn't there at the time. They messaged me two hours later And sorry we will not be providing a refund. I saved all the text messages. So not only did they lie to me, but they took my money and didn't provide the service they were supposed too. I even took pictures of my nails and sent them as well. the girl hadn't been doing nails that long she had told me. But she was also. doing them in the dark. Everybody starts somewhere it's not her fault they have shadey management. but she definitely needs more training. This place is beyond unprofessional, not only did a bad job, but also lied to me extremely unprofessional place. Did not even apologize for what they did. Filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

She did trim all the way around, but definitely did not take off the growth that I had during those six weeks, she just trimmed the very tips. The shop looks very nice and clean and she was pleasant. It's in a very good location in a small mall. My haircut was $25. She cut it dry with scissors.
