It is smaller, but that doesn't matter because there's more than enough space for her and I and her supplies. It smells amazing and she has a beautiful eye for calm, relaxing, refreshing decor. Hallie is kind and thoughtful and talked through anything I didn't know or was uncomfortable with. She is friendly, but very appropriate with this kind of body service, and I am glad to have her be a part of my monthly hygiene schedule.

I own a business and unfortunately was slammed at the time of my apt so couldn't walk out. I also forgot about my apt because of this. I IMMEDIATELY text stating exactly what happened and she urged me to rebook. Not thinking, I noticed the price had doubled, and I rebooked. Then immediately text her letting her know I hadn't seen the promo price pop up. She text me back stating that there was no promotion going on at this time so therefore the price was what it was. And that she would not refund my $35 Deposit. This is literally within one minute of booking. I don't expect to have a promotional price after I miss my appointment, but the way she urge me to rebook I just assumed I suppose that she was going to book me for that. I also assume that because of the misunderstanding she would refund my $35 deposit. I get that way appointment I missed took a two hour window of her time but I also asked her if she wanted me to come in immediately and if she had a cancellation I would come right away. Just be carful, I literally fee like I was tricked into rebooking so she could have some extra money, ‍. She's a tricky one.

She painfully pulled small portions of my hair when she washed it, she didn't cover my base completely but covered the side of my face and my part. She didn't remove wax residue from my face. The last time I went to her, she didn't wax my left eyebrow and she sprayed my face and glasses with hairspray! I left determined to find another hairdresser. I found a TREMENDOUS hairstylist at Blownout in Keizer. Stacy covered my base and the old highlights just popped. Her cut was WONDERFUL! She is great to talk to and showed great concern when her next appointment didn't show on time. I think she left after me to go to that woman's home to make sure she was okay. Best of all, Blownout is three blocks from my home and I don't have to fool with downtown parking $$! I am so glad I moved!
