It is smaller, but that doesn't matter because there's more than enough space for her and I and her supplies. It smells amazing and she has a beautiful eye for calm, relaxing, refreshing decor. Hallie is kind and thoughtful and talked through anything I didn't know or was uncomfortable with. Then immediately text her letting her know I hadn't seen the promo price pop up. She text me back stating that there was no promotion going on at this time so therefore the price was what it was. And that she would not refund my $35 Deposit. This is literally within one minute of booking. I don't expect to have a promotional price after I miss my appointment, but the way she urge me to rebook I just assumed I suppose that she was going to book me for that. I also assume that because of the misunderstanding she would refund my $35 deposit. I get that way appointment I missed took a two hour window of her time but I also asked her if she wanted me to come in immediately and if she had a cancellation I would come right away.
