Unfortunately, they were out of a couple of the things we really wanted to order, but we each got a bowl and fries to share, and we really enjoyed them! I never even made it inside--and that's the problem!!!!! I've been to other locations of this restaurant and always enjoyed them, which makes this experience especially frustrating and baffling. This particular location is in a mall with extremely limited parking. The only option is a cramped, poorly designed parking structure that was completely full when I arrived. I spent 30 minutes circling the structure and nearby streets trying to find any open spot. No valet, no alternative lot, and zero guidance from the restaurant. Eventually, I gave up and left. Why they chose to open here, in Temecula with NUMEROUS other location options is beyond me. The parking situation is a deterrent to even the most loyal customers. STAY AWAY From this one!!!! Hopefully they get smart and relocate it for better business. read more

The service was EXCELLENT! THE food was even better. Our servers were Ilia & Vang...they oooze hospitality. I came yesterday for the first time and I had to bring my parents back today. They LOVED it! Dad got the Vegetarian Bowl and he loves it...he's usually pretty picky but he's looking forward to coming back. Mom & I got the Santorini Bowl with shrimp for a second time. Fresh Mediterranean food! I wish there were more fast food chain such as Luna Grill. Why? For one, the food is fresh as advertised. Secondly, it tastes as good as it looks. We haven't been to Luna Grill in some time and we got nicely surprised today. The inside of the restaurant looked clean and very well decorated. Everything was organised and simply on point. Temecula location offers good number of seating areas both inside and outside. We were happy to see that there were new items on the menu. The new bowls and wrap options are great addition. I tried the Santorini bowl and it was super tasty. The fact that it was thoughtfully plated made the experience so much better too. All ingredients were fresh, well seasoned and flavours were balanced. Great spot for healthy lunch so we will be back for more! read more

The Luna Grill is located within the Promenade Mall in Temecula right across from the CPK and adjacent to Regal Edwards Cinema. I am a huge fan of The Kebab Shop, and in my personal opinion, I find Luna's menu similar which I truly enjoyed. We ordered the following signature plates: - 3 flat cut chicken plates: It came with basmati rice, house salad, tzatziki sauce and pita bread - Pita Gyro: tzatziki sauce & fries Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. There was plenty of thin-cut savory chicken to eat. The veggies were fresh and crunchy. The long grain basmati rice was nutty with the pandan flavor which adds a sweet and versatile floral fragrance. Shocked is an understatement. First I didn't appreciate waiting 10 minutes in line behind someone asking catering questions when you have a second register and employees just walking around aimlessly doing nothing. Two, your prices. I understand the issues in regards to inflation and the reasons behind it, but it also seems like we are getting less food while you are trying to be sneaky about it. When we normally eat there, our food is huge portions on actual dishes. This time it was squeezed into small compartments of a plastic container. Without a tip, it cost me nearly $52 for TWO people!! Two entrees, two drinks and a side of fries seems kind of steep since the last time we've been here. While the food remains good, I just can't justify paying this with smaller portion size! Can't imagine a bill for my family of 6, I guess we are on the hunt for a new place, sadly. read more
