Had the pleasure of attending their soft opening. Wow! Santa Clarita really needed this place, my new go to for healthy eating. This place really takes fresh eating to a new level. I'm normally not a sauce person, but I went ahead and gave them a try and OMG so delicious. Their house vinaigrette on the house salad, to die for. I also have never tasted such soft pita bread. My son was also amazed by how big their shrimp were, he cleaned out his plate and getting this kid to eat is never a easy task. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The food was horrible. No flavor. I tried a bit of each item just to see if I could just eat something. Nope not one thing on plate had any flavor. After working in the restaurant and banking industries myself as a teenager years ago.... It was so refreshing to experience the same level of customer service I was accustomed to provide. All the restaurant staff we interacted with additionally were sweet and accommodating. Our first experience with this location was equally on point. The food was takeout...so I elected to NOT leave a review based on that singular experience. Lucas made another trip around the establishment to check on our satisfaction as well as everyone else who was dining. We've been there twice now. This is the average of the 2 reviews. First time was on opening day. Tons of staff, well organized, friendly. Food portions decent. Good taste, food hot. Second time tonight. Only after I ordered one chicken kabob plate and paid did they tell me they were 35 mins behind! I looked around, every table was full yet no one had food. There were about 6-7 angry looking people standing waiting for food too. I waited over where I could see the food coming from the kitchen. There were only 2 people packing and they were having a tough time figuring out which food went with which order. Food was sitting for at least 5-10 mins in most cases...some even more. They also kept having to get food corrected...missing sides or wrong sides, missing a 2nd kabob, etc. Staff was trying to be friendly but it was obvious they were way understaffed for volume of orders. Got my food and took 5 mins to get home. Chicken kabobs were not even lukewarm...they were cold. Flavors were still good. Hopefully they are learning and will improve. The wait time can't be that long and then get cold food. I'll be avoiding going there during meal times for a bit. But will try them again sometime. read more

Came during my lunch break and immediately Lucas was very accommodating and provided great recommendations to eat. The seating area was clean and comfortable. I went to this Luna Grill location just last week. I ordered the kaboodeh with Luna Caesar salad for take out. The restaurant was very busy as there were a lot of people lined up to either order food or wait to pick up their orders. Noticeably, the staff were hustling to provide fast and still friendly service. The action in the kitchen and front area were definitely hectic, which are all good and positive signs for a casual dining restaurant. It took like almost 30 minutes for me to get my order which I brought and planned to enjoy at home. When I got home and opened the food to start eating, I noticed that of the greens from the Luna salad were wilted - limp, droopy leaves that have lost their crisp texture, often looking a bit flattened or tired rather than perky and firm. I could actually tell the salad greens they used for my salad were not fresh. I have not seen how salad looks from dishes of other people, of course, but from what I have seen from what I had ordered which looked very unappealing and not very inviting to eat, I would surely to take a look at how the actual foods look like next time I order from Luna grill whether from this location or other locations as well. read more

I was excited to try Luna Grill but was extremely disappointed. I ordered a classic pita with fries for 17.32$ I waited for 20 + minutes & my order still wasn't coming out. I went to the register to inquire, waited some more & after 25 I asked for a refund. I was very hungry & kept seeing all this takeout orders being filled & people that had arrived after I did Receiving their orders. I spoke to the manager as she had to assist the young man with my refund. The manager was very unapologetic stating, the orders take about 25 minutes to be prepared, however, It seems they were more focused on takeout orders, not the customers that are there. I like to support local businesses but certainly not happy with the length of time & specially the lack of customer service. read more
