I've dined here several times but most recently on Thursday 4/2 at around 2PM. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially want to give kudos to the fact that the front staff went out of their way to make sure the restaurant was tidy and customers had everything that they could need in between taking orders...super appreciated! I dined with my nephew and took advantage of the kids eat free with paid adult entree which really is a great value. Quick dinner at this very cute and clean location in Poway! It's located in a small strip mall with lots of cute indoor and outdoor seating! Ordered the Santorini bowl with extra chicken (+$2). Waited 40 minutes after checking in in-person for my to-go order. I checked because the wait was long, and it turns out they had it sitting there, but I don't know how long it had been waiting. I give this Luna Grill 10/5 stars. The customer service here is exceptional, particularly Maria. I live in Del Mar and prefer to go to the Poway location. The food is excellent and very fresh and the wait time is very minimal. The staff would check in if we needed anything and they even brought some hot pita while we were waiting, which is above and beyond in my opinion. Luna Grill is our go to for quick fresh healthy delicious food - the new pita sandwiches are delicious and their catering menu is pretty awesome - we have enjoyed the 4 and 6 person options which come with ample portions. We normally go to the Poway location and that crew is extremely friendly, helpful and service oriented. I ordered the salmon plate with chicken, and I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. The salmon was completely dried out, and the chicken was burnt. For $26, I expected a decent meal, but instead I got overcooked protein and a very small portion of rice. Luna Grill markets itself as a fast-casual spot, but they're charging full restaurant prices without delivering the quality to match. It felt overpriced for what was essentially a fast food experience. Definitely not worth what I paid. read more

The employees that work at this location are amazing. My son and I love coming here together, he calls it "our spot" and today was a good reminder of why we love it. I have to shoutout Riley for being so honest and kind, I called in a panic after realizing I left my Oura ring in the bathroom, she was kind enough to retrieve it for me and in a moment where she could have kept it and I'd be none the wiser she kept it safe until I could retrieve it. I'm so grateful for her honesty. The manager here is also wonderful, I've seen and heard the way she interacts with the employees and you can tell she puts effort into building them up and having positive relationships. This will forever be our favorite Luna grill location. read more

I had ordered Luna for an office lunch threw a 3rd party vendor and although I was tracking the delivery, the driver NEVER showed up with the food to the Dr's office (for catering)!!! This was NOT ordered via Luna grill it was ordered from EZ Cater....I called Luna grill and Maria the manager said she would "take care of it"....it took a little longer b/c they had to remake the ENTIRE order (the EZ Cater driver TOOK THE FOOD, the ENTIRE $500 order and disappeared)!!! But Maria and Luis (who was first day on the job)....came and saved the day!!!! Thank God they came, the office was happy, they saved me as I was so close to having to order them pizza :(! I appreciate them stepping up and hope that their Regional Manager reads this and acknowledges them for the great team work as the worked together to fulfill the order for me (and my company) thank you!!! read more
