So disappointed. The Mediterranean salad had more rice than couscous, and not mixed lettuce, kale. No feta, no mint, and was so spicy I could not eat it! It was in a much smaller bowl. I have ordered this multiple times and it was great. This was inedible. We will never go back now. read more

Ordered pickup and was greeted by Gael and Joey! So friendly. My chicken kabob was tender and delicious. The pita and rice were also very good. I prefer the chipotle sauce over the tzatziki sauce to dip my pita and chicken in. I also ordered the new citrus herb pita chips. They had good flavor but weren't as crispy or crunchy as I would have liked. Maybe they were just a little too thick or needed to be fried longer. read more

I've dined here several times but most recently on Thursday 4/2 at around 2PM. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially want to give kudos to the fact that the front staff went out of their way to make sure the restaurant was tidy and customers had everything that they could need in between taking orders...super appreciated! I dined with my nephew and took advantage of the kids eat free with paid adult entree which really is a great value. I had the crunch wrap and he had the chicken kids meal with fries and both were tasty. read more

The person who served me, Josue was really great with his service and gave me his recommendations on which items he liked. Luna Grill is our go to for quick fresh healthy delicious food - the new pita sandwiches are delicious and their catering menu is pretty awesome - we have enjoyed the 4 and 6 person options which come with ample portions. We normally go to the Poway location and that crew is extremely friendly, helpful and service oriented. I ordered the salmon plate with chicken, and I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. The salmon was completely dried out, and the chicken was burnt. For $26, I expected a decent meal, but instead I got overcooked protein and a very small portion of rice. Luna Grill markets itself as a fast-casual spot, but they're charging full restaurant prices without delivering the quality to match. It felt overpriced for what was essentially a fast food experience. Definitely not worth what I paid. read more

I give this Luna Grill 10/5 stars. The customer service here is exceptional, particularly Maria. I live in Del Mar and prefer to go to the Poway location. The food is excellent and very fresh and the wait time is very minimal. The staff would check in if we needed anything and they even brought some hot pita while we were waiting, which is above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you Maria and your team for top notch customer service. Your beautiful energy, spectacular customer service, and your genuine hospitality made for an extremely impactful experience, one that you will never forget. I highly recommend this Luna Grill.
