After many years of being a big fan, I only go to Luna Grill when I'm forced to now, and it seems like every time I'm reminded why. Last night, I went with some friends and they dumped the gyro meat on top of my french fries. All of my fries were covered in meat, and the french fries then - not surprisingly - tasted like meat instead of tasting like potatoes. They dumped chicken (with its chicken juice) on top of another friend's kale salad. Unclear why, and honestly it just doesn't even make any sense. Who wants french fries that taste like gyro meat, or kale that tastes like chicken?? Their containers even have different spots the restaurant could use for meat and salad to keep them separate! It's just lazy and dumb and rude. read more

We were in the mood for Mediterranean food so we found this establishment in the suburb area. Food comes out pretty quick and taste pretty good, I'd say the portions are bit on the smaller side for the price. I guess thats the healthy part? I've never been to a franchise chain mediterranean food spot so I guess this would be a great example of one. Soda machines big seating, pretty clean overall. Luna Grill La Canada Flintridge is a fresh, home made style choice. We did to go so brought it home. We werent sure if they are open or not while It was Sunday and some restaurants are closing sooner than usual and they were very responsive. Also very welcoming. We didnt sit inside this time but the ambiance was chill and lay back. The food here is quality and i love their bowls, dolme and flafelsactually its better to say i love everything here specially that they menu shows the calories and protein amount. Price wise was reasonable for the quality we got and ill be honest i had a feeling that its home made one. Their hummus is also very delicious...You eat real food and there is no doubt that everything is fresh and well seasoned. Great choice for our late night dinner ...Everyone enjoyed their food. Dont forget to order the fries if you like your gyro wrap with fries because the frise isnt come but you have inside your wrap so its up to you if you want keep it as it is or like me love the fries next to your wrap. read more

This place is really nice and they have Salmon and I got the plate with rice and salad and a water. They also have dessert here too. They have indoor dining and outdoor seating available with umbrella canopy and lots of seating in the sun if you choose that. We love this spot! Healthy options, great flavors, consistency. Truly a wonderful lunch spot! I especially like the dip trio which offers three kinds of dips, including two hummus and one zesty feta. LUNA GRILL is a fast dining restaurant in a large shopping center in La Canada Flintridge. Large parking lot with shaded parking structure which are free. There is no line to get in. There was no line to order. Ordered the LUNA SALAD and it was good. My only complaint is that staff are not used to handling cash. Gave my payment... pause. Normally I like the food at Luna G. Today though I must express disappointment. Ordered a gyro with fries. The fries were nice and hot which I like - but way too salty. After eating a couple I just couldn't take any more. The gyro was barely warm and the meat had no flavor. Maybe my tastebuds were already shut down from the salty fries. I like Kale but not on a sandwich. Next time I'll try something else. read more
