I had my nails done today with Andy. He did a great job he was quick and efficient. He gave me suggestions but respect my choice. The place is nice, clean and a quiet environment. You cannot leave the tip on the credit card so if you're paying with a card there is a one dollar fee and you cannot leave tip unless you have cash. Great place I will be returning there. read more

Tammy was awesome as well as Ivy, I had a mani pedi and my daughter got tips on with Andy. Wonderful people and very attentive to your needs. The salon is very clean and they are very sanitary. They got us right in same day and I called ahead first so it was easier for them to know what to expect. Tammy makes great suggestions and paid special attention to a problem area for me. the manicure was great, but the service was not. i walked in, wanted to get a full set, and showed one of the nail techs a photo of what i wanted, which was something pretty simple - just nails with rounded tips. he glanced at the photo and said "$50" (on the price board it said $30+) so it just seemed pretty steep. he then said "you want a gel manicure. not a full set. get gel" so needless to say i ended up getting a gel manicure with a different nail tech who was very sweet and did a great job! it just ultimately wasn't what i wanted and he seemed reluctant to do what i wanted. read more

I have been going to Binny for over a year now, and my nails and toes always look amazing. Binny takes her time, makes sure I love the shape and color. they are flawless every time I leave the salon. I love the new salon, she has made some wonderful improvements, it is clean, spacious, and who doesn't love a cocktail while getting pampered. read more

I've gone to Nail Pro twice now for a pedicure, and I'm glad I found them. It's not a fancy salon but everyone that I've encountered thus far is friendly and efficient. The leg/foot massage that comes with the basic package is pretty good and the actual pedicure itself is great. They even help put your sandals on for you so you don't mess it up -- which I very much appreciate since I can be klutzy when it comes to nail polish. :) For $20, it's a pleasant experience that I would recommend to non-snobby ladies and gents. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Since the new management took over I have been there 4 times and each time have had a disappointing experience. The dip manicure I got there each time started cracking after two days. I went to the salon this morning to have my dip manicure (which I got at another salon and loved) taken off and I waited 50 minutes with my nails in acetone before finally getting up to leave. And they didn't even finish the job! I live in the neighborhood and keep going back because of the convenience but I will never go back again and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I love going here! Everyone is sooo friendly and the price is right. I have to wash my hands constantly at work so I always get gel on my fingernails and it lasts for at least 3 weeks! I stopped in here on my drive home today instead of sitting in rush hour I decided to get a pedicure. The prices are reasonable and they do a fairly decent job, probably better than some of the places I pay more for. Plus they have a nice color selection. While paying for the service I happened to notice a sign about credit cards- though they accept credit cards they will charge you a dollar to use it, which is understandable. Fortunately I already planned on paying with cash. I will definitely be back, it's very convenient located right off the 5 ... Perfect stop for me along the way home after work. read more

Walk-ins Welcome! Since the change in management, many improvements have been made. With a fresh coat of paint and some other notable differences, it's worth a second look if you haven't been in awhile. Tammy and her husband, Andy have given this place a face-lift! I love the staff they are all friendly and it is very clean. The location is great, right off the freeway and close to a Vons, so it is great to get 2 errands done in the same parking lot. They are now open Sundays. Only bummer is they don't accept credit cards. read more

I have seen Binny twice now for acrylic/gel nails. Her attention to detail is top notch! I'm super picky and I recommend her to anyone looking for a new nail technician! The prices were very reasonable and they did not try to up sell me. I have been coming here for a long time now and I have always received excellent service by all of the girls especially Binny. It has taken me a long time to find a place that provides great service and is so accommodating. It is very sad that customers such as Tracy post reviews as such because I was at Nail Pro when that customer verbally assaulted Binny because the customer heard the incorrect time. Myself and the customer next to me had the unfortunate position of being stuck in a chair while Tracy yelled at Binny, over a nail appointment time, belittling her in front of a room full of people. I heard the phone conversation and the customer Tracy was not only wrong, She felt putting someone down was retribution for her not getting her nails done. Working in the service industry is very tough, and I would like to commend Binny for putting up with that very inappropriate customer. read more

Walked in, since it is close to the hospital where a family member is. Salon looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Asked for polish change & shortening. He clipped them down with the cutter & then didn't bother to file down the thickness so the tips are way too thick & on top of that, they weren't even filed evenly. I had to ask him to please make sure the tips were straight across. They'll have to do for now, but I won't be back again. read more
