Wow. Forget what you think you know about laundromats. This place is on another level. Huge, spotless, state-of-the-art equipment of different capacities... I actually enjoyed doing laundry! I hadn't been in a laundromat for years. After a week in a hotel while on vacation, it was time to get some laundry done. Found Lumin via Yelp. It wasn't the closest to where we were staying, but definitely worth the drive. If you are anywhere close to its location, and have a need for a laundromat, you will not find a nicer establishment. read more

Believe all of the five star reviews. Spacious, very clean, extremely helpful staff. It's a bit pricey, but less than another laundromat I've used, that is not nearly as wonderful. They have different sized washers, so if you only have a small load, you do not have to pay for a big machine. On the other hand, the big machines were huge, and looked like they could easily handle a king sized comforter or a large area rug. A wash and fold service is also available. read more

I needed to do just a wash while waiting for a new washing machine to be delivered and installed at my place, and wow was Lumin great! It was my first time visiting and was unsure of how the process went here, and the woman working was happy to help! She was so kind! The facility was modern and very clean as well. This place is great! The owners are very helpful and attentive. The facility is keep very clean and there are nice sitting areas and also smaller semi-private alcoves, in case you want to use a laptop or something. They even have a nice flavored water machine! They have a nice selection of machine sizes as well. I live in Lynnwood, but was willing to go to Shoreline because of how nice this place is. read more

This place is awesome! Not only is it clean, welcoming, spacious, reasonably priced but the owners are simply delightful! She walked me through every step carefully and was just so sweet! You can tell they love people and love what they do! From the TVs, comfy waiting chairs and even a water dispenser that offers cucumber and mint water options this place will make you want to do your laundry haha.... I will continue to come back! Tried this laundry mat and my boyfriend and I love it ! It is super clean, the staff is super nice AND knowledgeable about the machines, gave us all the tips n tricks. They are a bit expensive for the X large machines but it's worth it to get it all done! The dryers also do a good job on fully drying within like 20-25 mins read more

The facility is clean with nice assortment of washer and dryer sizes - all brand new machines. The laundry attendants have been very helpful. The cost of everything these days though and laundry is no exception. Most of the cost is washing. Drying is cheap and fast. read more

WOW! I saw this place opened next to my regular grocery store and thought "sure, why not give it a try" ... I am absolutely blown away. It is clear that they spared no expense when building this laundromat. I don't know a lot about laundry machines, but my bed sheets and blankets came out like the day I bought them. The machines were easy to use, had lots of settings, and for a short person I really appreciated the detergent was on the face of the washing machine, not the top. The building is pristine, the wifi signal is strong, and there are chargers and tables set up for a perfect work station. They also have a Bevi flavored water machine (still or sparkling water) which was the cherry on top of an excellent experience. The man behind the counter was so kind and helpful. Without a doubt, this is my laundromat from now on. A+ read more

I accidentally landed upon this business while searching for a pickup and delivery laundry service. I was so impressed by the reviews that I thought I could do it myself going here and save money at the same time. I'm so glad I did. This is like no other laundry I've ever been to. It's huge, filled with lots of washers and dryers of any size you would need. They're brand new high tech machines, and actually dried my topper in very good time. It's so clean and pleasant, with nice areas to wait, big clean tables to fold.
