There were several mistakes in the report as well. For example, he claimed our 3.5-ton HVAC system was too small for our 1,691-square-foot house, when that size is actually appropriate for a home of that size. He also stated that the attic was not insulated, even though we had insulation blown in the year before. He left the attic access exactly as it was and didn't even go up to inspect it. As a property owner, I recommend being present during the inspection or following the inspector through the home.

The ceramic are the best quality and don't make the windows dark or shiny from the outside, just medium tinted.
