Moving from California to Arizona was a big deal for us. We knew we wouldn't be able to visit Arizona everytime a new listing became available and due to the high demand for housing right now we were competing with hundreds of other applicants for every listing, and listings were scarce. So Scott suggested that when we could not be there to look at the houses he would do the walk throughs for us while recording a video so we could get a feel for each place. When a new house became available Scott would immediately notify us. If we were interested he would arrange a walk through and video the entire house for us just as he suggested. He would also video around the neighborhood to give us an idea of what it would be like. When we did make it out to Arizona to check out some of the available houses, Scott spent the entire day with us. He arranged a list of houses for us to visit along with a folder with each of the listings and a short form to accompany each listing for us to comment our likes and dislikes for each property so we could revisit the comments later. His organizational skills and attention to detail are impressive. Scott genuinely cared about helping us find the right home for our needs. And that's exactly what he did. He found us a beautiful home in an excellent neighborhood. He checked off everyone of our needs and wants for our new home. I had an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Beth Jo and her staff…read more It started with a low ball appraisal from an appraiser that they selected, which had very poor reviews (Joseph's Appraisal Group - read their reviews), which I attributed to just wanting a quick sale at my expense. I was allowed to order a separate appraisal, and when it came back almost $50K higher, they would not recognize it, even though they said I could obtain another appraisal if I wanted to pay for it. When I got their appraisal, I discovered that my Ex Wife had trashed the condo, ripped out carpet and flooring, ceiling tiles, electrical outlets, etc., in order to get the price down so that she could purchase cheap. She also let her son move in with his German Shepard. When I asked that Beth Jo bring the issues to the Judge for resolution, she stated "We do not have the authority to instruct either party to make repairs or for the cost of those repairs to be deducted from one parties sale proceeds", and "Our current order does not provide for the removal of any occupants/pets from the property. Ms. xxxxxxx can you provide the reason for the two declined showings? Should future showings get declined and/or the property not be maintained and clean for all showings, we will bring this matter before the court for further direction" So, in her role as Real Estate Commissioner assigned by the Court to resolve issues, she did nothing to resolve the issues that she was hired to resolve. In addition, the low ball appraisal that she obtained failed to include recent sales with higher values, and when I asked her associate Joey Hasselbring to make sure that the next appraisal included those, his response was "The appraiser will use the comparable properties they see fit". Beth Jo and her staff did nothing to resolve the issues that they were hired to resolve, and in obtaining their low ball appraisal they helped my Ex Wife accomplish her objectives, so I don't see why she is allowed to retain the title of Real Estate Commissioner.

Currently live in a unit where we have had multiple water bills around $400 - $600 for our tiny 2…read morebedroom rental because there are water leaks we have had fixed multiple times that keep coming back and even after they "fix" these leaks the water company is still informing us there is still a leak somewhere and we're still paying for it. The leaks we present before we moved in and day of and we had to figure it out through the steep water bill. The air conditioning is broken and we're paying over $500 a month for our bill to keep the AC at 75 and it doesn't even get as cold as 75 in our place. The AC is broken and running 22-24 hours a day. We asked them to fix it and all the my did was put Freon in it and it helped for maybe a couple days and now were having the same problem. We even spend hundreds on portable AC's and even that hasn't helped much. There is a wet mold/mildew smell that comes through the air vents strongly after every time it rains. They have told us we HAVE to be there when vendors come to fix things but their vendors have told us the exact opposite which has caused multiple problems from us. The vendor that comes to fix small things is very nice and always does a good job - However, the unit clearly has things he cannot fix by him and has issues that clearly should have been addressed before we moved in. Just trying to save the next renter in out unit all the hassle and $$ that no one saved us from.
