I was driving around town with it blaring and blaring. They were totally full but they said come on by anyway. I'm from Two islands away and I was desperate. I could go on two ferries and make everyone listen to it. It was a bigger fix than they could do so they figured out a short term patch up to get it off and didn't even charge me. It is often like this: I'm desperate and something goes wrong and they figure it out. They know how difficult it is to leave my car while there without a loaner so they always figure out something and are just always friendly, kind, and really good at their jobs. And it's affordable. Forget a dealer charging way more... often they've been far cheaper than the competition. Thank you CR Toyota!

I took my truck to Campbell River to No1 Autobody and they looked at it that day! Within 20 mins I had a repair appointment, a comparable loaner truck and a restored faith in humanity. No 1 treated me like a person and not a pay check, something lost on that other business. They had my truck fixed and ready to go in less time then they quoted me! Top notch service and I recommend the trip here even if you're from out of town.

This is family business and they are very friendly, hard-working, and committed to doing a great job. The owner, Brennan, has a lot of experience and used excellent judgment in how much to polish so as not to sacrifice the finish. After polishing, he waxed the van and now it is shiny and smooth, has fewer scratches, and washes really easy. Brennan provided advice on washing and other types of care. Their business card says that they do scratch removal, wet sanding, polishing and also interiors. They are conveniently located on the road behind Walmart (a block behind), which is Maple Street (1690 B). Phone number is 250-287-8399.
