I was envisioning a trip to the body shop and an expensive repair when I decided to see what Like-New Detailing could do. Darren attacked the damage with his buffer and cut polish and when he was done the car looked almost like the damage had never occurred! There are a couple of places where the paint was scraped off so Darren told me to get a bottle of touch-up paint and to come back and he would apply it. It cost me just over $100, which I think was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the job!

Problem was assessed and an the invoice presented for the assessment with the assurance from the service writer "we will call when the brake switch arrives". They never called. I had the job done elsewhere. Would I go back?? NO. The part was locally available and the job could have been completed on the initial visit. For some reason even though they knew I had to drive two hours to get to their shop they chose not to do the work. I will never grace their doors or suggest any one go there.

No 1 treated me like a person and not a pay check, something lost on that other business. They had my truck fixed and ready to go in less time then they quoted me! They found a piece of a screw about 1/2" long that was in the tread. They were able to patch the tire and reinstall it. On my way in about an hour and a half. Very happy with the service.
