Ha spilt oil all over my engine, his boss jumped in and tried to mop up the mess but didn't. They also broke the secondary hood latch, so I couldn't see why the engine compartment was smelling and looking like burning oil. They said the hood latch eas my problem, and the burning oil was not related. Funny how it never smelled before and stopped miraculously. I will NEVER use these CLOWNS again.

In fact all of the staff that we saw met us with a big smile and a hello. On our first visit to the dealership I told Shaun that we were in the market for a new car but that we had no idea what types were currently on the market in our price range. I said that we would not buy a car that day and that we were going to look at all of the different types before making a decision. Shaun accepted that and offered no hard sell but asked what we liked in a car and then showed us a CR-V that had everything that we wanted. We took it for a test drive while our old Jeep was appraised. Louis gave us their offer to which I thought was a bit low (I don't think anyone gets an offer more than what they think that their car is worth!). I told Shaun again that we were not going to buy a car right then to which he gently tried to talk me into staying. Again he and Louis blew me away by not hitting with the hard sell but offered to let me take the CR-V for another drive to compare it to any of the other cars that we might test drive and wished us luck. We eventually returned to Campbell River Honda and bought the CR-V after much detective work. The price that they offered me for my Jeep was fair and the explanation that Louis gave for that offer was valid. I have never had such a pleasant experience before trading in a car for a new one and both Shaun and Louis are responsible. My wife and I are very happy with the CR-V and if we are ever in the market for another new car we will be back to Campbell River Honda.

I had a tire that was loosing air slowly. Could not see any damage but every time pumped up, the…read moretire would soften. Took it into this location. The tires were OEM from the dealer. They found a piece of a screw about 1/2" long that was in the tread. They were able to patch the tire and reinstall it. On my way in about an hour and a half. Very happy with the service. I had the job done elsewhere. Would I go back?? NO. The part was locally available and the job could have been completed on the initial visit. When we explained the situation, the staff at Seymour shoehorned us in and provided excellent, comprehensive and friendly service.
