Simply amazing! A…read morebird flying into the front of my Lexus dislodged the parking sensor. The repair entailed taking off the front fender (and probably right front quarter panel) in order to assess whether the sensor or its holding clip was damaged. Arriving at Willy's, Patrick (Willy's son) cheerfully introduced himself and the office staff quickly offered me a ride back home. 3 hours after dropping off my car, Irene (Willy's wife) called and advised that the sensor appeared to be undamaged and that they were able to remount the dislodged clip on the inside of the bumper. What Irene then told me was astounding: They didn't want to charge for job and suggested that a box of donuts or some treat for a staff break would be appreciated! I came to Willy's on a recommendation by a trusted mechanic, however, this happy, family-owned business went way beyond my expectations. It's a treat to find such an amazing gem! I'm hoping that I won't need any auto body work soon, but I know who will be my first call if I do!

I took my vehicle to Valley Collision for repairs on September 15th and I was told that the work…read morewould require 3 to 4 days. A section of my insurance coverage included a rental vehicle, which I took possession of on September 15th. On September 26 I phoned Valley Collision to ask when the repairs would be completed and was told Oct 4 or 5. I was finally called on October 10th to tell me that the repairs were complete and I could go and get my vehicle, which I did on October 11th also returning the rental vehicle at that time. A couple of days later I received a call from the car rental company asking for $500 some odd dollars for the extended portion of the rental term which they said was not covered by my insurance. Making a long story short, my insurance covered for only $500 for a rental vehicle in the event of a crash, of which I was unaware (my fault). Neither the Insurance company, Valley Collision , nor the car rental company would offer any recourse for me, and I am stuck with paying an extra $500 with which I was blindsided. Nobody informed me that my rental term was running out. I was given no warnings,but because Valley Collision took 23 days instead of 3 or 4, I am left with a huge rental vehicle bill. I think I just fell through the cracks and nobody will take responsibility for my loss. In future if it happens again, I'll make sure to go to a collision repair facility that offers a free courtesy vehicle!
