I adore the Lululemon Athletica Biltmore store and each of their lovely team members! It feels like "Cheers" when I walk into the store. Everyone knows my name! They are very knowledgeable about the clothing and seem genuinely enthusiastic when I find something I love. Their involvement in the local community brings about lots of fun activities that bond the community together and don't dig at your wallet. I feel like every dime I spend at Lulu is well worth it- not only because I'm purchasing a quality product, I'm supporting an ethically sound company, and contributing to a positive community movement. First, the selection is very poor at this store, even with the normal shortages and limited quantities, this store is the worst of the ones in the Phoenix area. I am obsessed with their clothes and go weekly to a LL store, but the ladies that work the registers at the Biltmore store were totally uncool about an exchange (with tags, new item, and I was buying lots of stuff), and the Scottsdale store did it no problem. They were actually wrong about the number of days to do returns and gave me incorrect information! Even though the Biltmore location is the closest to me, I will do all my shopping at the LuluLemon at Fashion Square and Scottsdale Quarter from now on. read more

I have been a loyal Lulu lemon customer until now! I have spent a lot of money in the Biltmore store. Recently I tried to return a sports that my boyfriend bought which had the tag and receipt. Evidently! There is a 2 week return policy so god forbid they buy it for you 2 weeks before they give it to you and it doesn't fit cause you're screwed. I sent them an email explaining what happened and Cyndi sent me an email back that they are standing by their stupid policy and won't make it right. Now I'm stuck with a 60.00 sports bra that doesn't fit. I don't understand their horrible concept of customer service. losing a customer over an exchange just doesn't make any sense. They obviously don't think long term. So Namaste to you LULU LEMON. YOU SUCK!!! read more

Shoutout to the staff at this lululemon. You guys have changed my life, no joke. So, in need of the perfect gym bag, I purchased the "high mileage" duffle bag here because at the time they didn't carry many others, maybe one other. I THOUGHT I loved it considering all the pockets it has AND lulu's signature garment bags for dirty clothes (which I've never ever seen in any other brand of gym bag).. I came back in weeks later to find a different bag that I fell deeply in love with (garment bag also included!). I went home and checked their return policy which is 14 days to return/exchange and I was maybe 20 days since my purchase, I was devastated. HOWEVER, the following day I came out to the Biltmore for yoga in the park (which is amazing, btw) and of course had to stop in for a quick look afterwards. The bag was still there so I spoke to a staff member asking if there were absolutely no exceptions to the return/exchange policy and that I loved that bag and wanted to exchange it with one I bought 20 days ago and she said she would do it for me! She made my day! Now THAT is customer service. I hope I'm not getting anyone in trouble by this review but I speak for every staff member I've encountered there... SO nice. SO welcoming. SO attentive. SO helpful. They really make the experience well worth it and you really won't regret buying these pricey apparels from heaven because of THEM! I know staff come and go but I've encountered nothing short of amazing service here. Great job Lulu Biltmore! Keep it up! read more

We have always been impressed with the staff at the few Lulu locations we have visited but today at the Biltmore was an exceptional experience. Theresa was so knowledgeable and patient with my 14 year old daughter. She was spending her own money and had dwelled over the decision to finally buy full price leggings. We had been to the outlet several times but could never find ones she loved enough to blow her gift card on! I know Theresa knew this was not going to be a BIG sale money wise and I knew she sensed we were NOT regulars! She did however sense thus was a HUGE EVENT for my daughter and she amazed us with her attention and patience. Customer service at its finest. You walk into the store, and the associates started asking me how I was doing with friendliness and sincerity and a hint of humor. I don't know how they do it; I love this place. Lululemon has excellent quality clothes, and it's almost upsetting to pay $89 for some cropped pants, so I don't. But I do have some of the $39 tanks, and there are some sales. Lululemon is almost like a cool museum; you want to stay and look around, have lululemon become part of your life and become more active. That is an A in my book. read more

I have loved LuLu lemon even before it showcased in the US. I first discovered LuLu Lemon on a trip to Canada many years ago. I was so excited when their store opened at Biltmore! I have been there many times & have been so pleased with the level of customer service and large selection of products! I have never seen their clothes on sale & I was shocked to see so mammy items marked down!! I'll be back very soon! Great job! read more

This location leaves something to be desired regarding their customer service. I had three items that I was attempting to purchase. The customer in front of me had just returned a bunch of items, but the cashier decided to continue to talk to her for over five minutes after the transaction was finished, eventually trying to set up a time they could work out together. Totally ignored that I was standing in line. I finally gave up and left the store without purchasing anything. read more

Lululemon has the cutest work out clothes! But, the girls working there are not so cute! I don't mean appearance wise, i mean their attitude! Customer Service.. i don't think so! Love the clothes, wish I could say the same about the staff. The girl at the register was short, and rude basically throwing the bag at me to get out of the store. Now i'll have to see whose working at the store before I decide to enter, maybe next time someone will be more pleasant. I mean they claim to be workout educators, isn't working out suppose to give you endorphins and make you happy and calm? Guess not. read more

Disappointed with this location - I love lulu leggings and still have pairs from 3 years ago that feel brand new. However I went in to buy three new pairs and all three came back hemmed 3-4 inches shorter than we had measured for in the store. I brought them back and showed them to the manager(?) or maybe just a worker and she was extremely helpful and nice and willing to replace all of the leggings. One style was no longer being sold so I had to pick a new style. They hemmed them and mailed them to me and the length looked great. But I wore one of the pairs and noticed it kept sliding off - looked at the size and she had grabbed a 6 instead of a 4! I will now be returning to the store for a third time to get this fixed and still don't have the pants I wanted a month ago. I'll definitely drive a little further from now on to go to the store at Fashion Square - all the workers at the Biltmore store were extremely friendly and accommodating but the lack of attention to detail here was frustrating. read more
