If my Uber wasn't already in the parking lot waiting, I am sure I would have shopped for longer and likely made a purchase too. I did hop onboard to check out this awesome new business... I learned that it's 34 feet long and 900 square feet filled with super trendy and moderately priced women's clothing and accessories. The owner was onsite and friendly. Unfortunately, I never received a response. As someone who works at Kierland Commons, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and concern. Instead, I had to flag down an employee driving a golf cart just to locate the security office myself. The lack of follow-up and assistance during a situation involving property damage is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot design is extremely narrow, making it difficult to navigate safely and increasing the risk of accidents. I hope Kierland Commons takes both customer and employee safety more seriously and improves its response to incidents like this in the future.

There are so many more interesting photos of local architecture or desert scenery they could have used and more prominently displayed. The California or New York architect that designed this A&F did not care about connecting their brand locally. The locally employed retail workers were friendly and helpful.
