This location of Francesca's is great! I am a big fan of quirky, fun and unique clothing pieces and Francesca's usually has what I am in search of. In addition to cute clothes, I can usually find fun accessories, household items, ornaments and home decor, what more could you ask for? I have had great customer service every time I have been in this store and the associates are very willing to help find what you are looking for. Wow did that all just rhyme? Crazy. I bought a super cute top from here but unfortunately the sleeve came apart after 1 wash. I didn't pay attention to washing instructions and should have ran on delicate. Without a tag or receipt I wasn't sure if I could return but the ladies at the counter were super helpful in exchanging my top and giving me washing instructions. Always find cute things here and the customer service is just as spectacular. read more

My mom and I went in this store this afternoon. I have been in a few times myself and had nothing bad to say. But this time the three girls that were in there were so overly chatty it was almost as if they were being rude. Saying things like oh my gosh you guys are both wearing pink? It's not Wednesday you should have waited till tomorrow. Just bizarre chatter that wasn't necessary it made me uncomfortable and couldn't wait to exit. Being friendly is great but there was nothing friendly about their demeanor, it was catty. One of them even complemented my sandals and said "it's really hard to find cute sandals but those are really cute " which I find extremely odd when the store sells sandals? Lol A friendly hello is great, just Let us roam the store in peace without the unnecessary comments... read more

I grew up shopping at Francesca's at the Austin, TX location and was so happy when I discovered their boutique here in Scottsdale!!!!! The store contains mostly clothes and jewelry, along with other accessories, purses, shoes, picture frames, and fun gift items. They carry very limited numbers in each of their clothing items (which can be a negative when they already sold your size), but you can be sure you won't run into anyone else wearing the same style. The clothes are very feminine looking with lots of everyday style dresses, not club style. Also, everything is affordably priced, but looks expensively made, nothing cheap looking here! Today I bought a cute one shoulder dress, belt, and a watch all for about $70! read more

Super cute little boutique nestled in the corner of Scottsdale Fashion Square. There are a lot of things to choose from, cute little blouses and dresses to unique jewelry and knick knacks. The service is also really great. I've been here a couple of times, each time, there are new items, which is great because chances are what you buy, not many others will have. The only thing is that I wished they had more things in size small, since the trend tends to run big/oversized with tops and dresses, I have trouble finding something I like that is actually available in my size. Or maybe things are just too cute that they go that fast here! It's also reasonably priced so two thumbs up =) read more

I came in here looking for some outfits for a trip I have coming up. I had a few things in my hands for me to try on. I went up to the register to ask a question about the white halter top they had on the mannequin. There were 3 workers helping out one customer and when they finally made eye contact with me, she said "Not right now, you'll have to wait". So rudely. I have been to plenty of Francesca's all over and this one I will never return to. read more

Cute clothes, but never get any customer service while I'm shopping. Fitting rooms are never monitored, so girls take in 15 items at a time, then continue to switch out for other items. No one seems to care that customers wait 20-30 minutes for a fitting room. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. If you enjoy girlie girl things, this is THE place. Yes, I know I'm not 6 anymore, so playing dress up isn't something I really get to do anymore. However, this place allows adult women to feel dainty and girlie with all the amazing little things in here. Lots of little pretty headbands, barrettes, jewlery, clothing......Feels artsy in here in a good way. Just a fun place to come into. Plus the prices are SOOOOOOOOO reasonable. In a place like this, you would expect boutique pricing, but when feminine feather headbands are $9.00 and dainty floral dresses are $30.00, how can you not be excited??? read more

I usually love this store and come here all the time. Because of all my positive experiences in the past, my sister gave me a gift card. When I tried to use the gift card to purchase something, it froze their computer. It took them 30 mins to figure out how to fix their system while I basically just stood there. Instead of them issuing a new gift card there they had to have a manager that wasn't there issue me one at a later date. Due to the 30 mins I had to waste they never offered a discount on the one item was trying to buy or anything. I won't be going to this location again. Very disappointed by the service and we can't figure it out attitude. read more

If I hadn't been in a rush, I would have gotten the name of the girl working today around 1pm- Scottsdale Fashion Square. She was more interested in chatting about herself to the other worker and then with her own friend at check out than actually working. After making a line of customers wait so she could finish her own private conversations, had the gall to make an eye rolling faces at customers who asked to check out. This is such a cute store (although overpriced), but will only survive with customer service to match. Sheesh. Really unpleasant, rude girl. Updated: Actually do see the name of this girl on my receipt. Starts with an N. I'm hoping the manager reads this (actually REALLY hoping Miss N isn't the manager!) and helps this girl understand the value of good manners and customer service. Ugly experience today. read more

Huge shout out to Sarah, absolutely one of the best store clerks (maybe manager?) I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I come into this store often and Sarah provides an exceptional level of customer service, going above and beyond what I would expect in such a small store in a mall. She isn't pushy at all but provides tons of options, and really pays attention to personal style and budget! I will absolutely continue to shop here, and more often now if I have that customer service to look forward to. read more

This was some of the worst customer experience I've ever had. After being ignored while I sorted through the store, I helped myself to a fitting room. I could hear the two employees talking the entire time I was in there about how wasted they were getting that weekend, guys they were dating, etc. I was checked on once by someone who might have been a manager because when she came and asked if i was doing okay, the two girls stopped talking until she went back to the back. When I was ready to check out, they finally stopped gossiping, and gave me a look like I was troubling and interrupting them. The clothes are cute, yes, but I can find just as cute clothes cheaper at another place and not have to deal with the ridiculous employees. read more

I usually love this store and I would rate the clothes and accessories 4 stars, however the experience I had today was VERY unpleasant. When my friend and I walked into the store, we picked up items to try on. I had just picked up a dress and the sales clerk said from across the room loudly "You won't look good in that color. I'm just being honest." She continued to explain to me how I wouldn't look good in it and how she tried it on the other day and it didn't work either. I was very embarrassed and humiliated. I'm fine not being greeted when I walk into a store but I'm not okay with being insulted across the room. It wasn't like I was trying on the clothes and asked for her opinion. I was mortified. Other customers noticed and left. My friend and I immediately put the items we had in our hands down and left. My friend did have something she was going to purchase but decided against it after what she said. The sales clerk didn't even notice the business she lost and all the unhappy customers that left. The funny thing is my friend and I joked I probably would've bought that dress! But I don't want to spend my money somewhere I'll be insulted at! read more
