Well, New York printed items - that's what! They have the usual new products, purple sticker items, socks, caps, visors, shirts, tank tops, shorts, pants, leggings, jackets, hoodies, backpacks, belt bags, totes, duffel bags, coin purse, undies, keychains, water bottles, yoga mats, pins, hair accessories, shoes, etc. c Clothes and accessories whether you're into yoga, tennis/ pickleball, golf, running, gym training, or if you're simply an athleisurewear aficionado. Everything you need if you're a gym girlie or a more sophisticated gym bro, they have it except for towels. Now, that's an idea, lululemon! They have like 3 floors so, it's a big store. I left with New York shirts and few other items, and claimed my Pinnacle member gift. The young girl behind the counter was new so she wasn't sure how to work certain things but I'm on vacation so, I had time and patience. read more

I am updating my review after exchanging the Align with pockets two size up from my normal align size. I compared my (washed and dried in the dryer and worn for two years) align with no pockets with the new aligns with pockets two sizes bigger and the legs and waist measurements seem to be the same. I wore the new aligns with pockets all day and they felt like pajamas. I might like this new fabric better because the leggings stayed up throughout my one hour walk on the treadmill. I often had to pull up the old aligns but the new fabric stays up better. I also bought a pair of Grooves at this store and they are hemming them for me. The new grooves are so comfortable. I did not have to size up. read more

I truly like the Lulu lemon product but the prices have recently gone up and that's a bit of an issue for me. The assortment of leggings and sizes were not great as well. It was easy to try things on which was good but I think they should have a picture display /chart to show the length of the products (so I don't have to keep asking an employee). I see that they have expanded their line and it appeals to more of the masses. They also need to have more people checking people out (the line was pretty long on a Saturday). When I asked why do they need my phone # (when checking out), they said its easier if you have a return. OK. You also get a little LuLu bag when you check out so that is a good bag to carry some items in. I will certainly be back but I hope they do listen to some of my comments. read more

I'd like to give them a big fat ZERO! I ordered a coat over a week ago and I kept tracking it to find out when it would arrive. ( I was told 4-5 days). It stayed in Washington state for 4 days. I called and tried to cancel it only to find out they only give you 1 hour to cancel an order. That's right folks 60 minutes to cancel! So now my coat has been in Ohio for 2 days and supposedly it's being delivered today but how can it be delivered when it's in Ohio. I called again and explained that I need the coat for Dr's appointments next week and that I had been diagnosed with cancer. That made no difference! I asked if I could get store credit for the coat so I could go try to find another coat but they won't do that. I asked if my coat wasn't delivered today as promised could I get my money back. Nope! Then I have to file a complaint and that can take 5-10 days! Whatever you do stay away from this company. All they want is your money!!! I will never buy from this shady company again!! read more

I came here after I emailed the Lululemon online customer service asking about getting the zippers on my favorite hoodies fixed. They emailed me back and told me to take it to my local Lululemon and they would send them in for repairs. When I entered the store, it was very busy and there were long lines on the main floor checkout. So, I figured I'd go down to the Mens section and see if someone could take my items there. I was lucky enough to encounter Thomas! Such a super nice guy and a whiz at everything customer service! His hair was also a super cool color. Anyway, I told him about my email and he helped me out immediately. Told me that they don't repair the zippers anymore, but they will take my old jackets and give me 2 new ones! What?! That's crazy, I thought! I was a little bummed to have to let go of my old jackets, since they've been with me through a lot. But it was nice to know that Lululemon really stands by their products! If you go to this location you have to be on the lookout for Thomas, he was so helpful and friendly, not just with me, but everyone who spoke with him. read more

very impressed with this lulu location! its located in soho, surrounded by tons of other stores. this lulu store is super spacious, clean and neat. we were greeted at the entrance and was asked if we needed any help. all the employees were super kind and friendly. checkout lines were quick, but we did have to wait a bit for the fitting rooms. there were many sizes available which i appreciated, because that's not always the case. overall rating: 9/10 read more

As a former Lulu lemon ambassador and long time enthusiast I have traveled to LuLus all over and always get great service . Just moved to the area and visited my closest store in soho. I was not greeted by 1 person. As I was ready to purchase I waited in line in the men's section for 15 mins while the cashier was having personal conversation with a customer who had already checked out . I made eye contact with her and she completely ignored the other people in line. Spoke to the manager to let her know it was clear she could care less too. By far the worst Lulu I have been too for customer service . Most definitely does not fit the brand of lulu lemon. read more

MY BEST FRIEND WORKS HERE!!! Okay, I am joking. My best friend does not work at Lululemon.. but honestly had the best shopping experience here that I have had in a LONG TIME!! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was a regular!! The staff here appears to have been hand check marking everything you want in a personal shopper and friend! Literally everyone, from the sales reps to the cashier, was very helpful. The person assisting me listened to exactly what I wanted. -- this is why I said my best friend works here! HAHAHA! This store only carries women's sizes 0-14, despite many other Lululemon stores carrying sizes 16 and up. What is the point of deliberately choosing to not serve a large portion of your potential customer base? Very disappointing shopping experience. read more

I forgot to pack athletic wear for my trip to NYC, and when I arrived I took a trip to Lululemon. My best friend Julia introduced me to Lulu, so I was not a stranger to the brand. I walked in to the store in Soho and it was swarming with "Karen's." Everybody was hopped on caffeine, and in a hurry to run to the Hampton's. I have a curvy figure with a pronounced bottom, but I was still able to find pant's that fit. I look great in my new athletic wear. Don't hate me because I'm beautiful. read more

After being initially told I could exchange a pair of ripped pants for in-store credit, I was told the exchange would not work after spending 30 minutes shopping. I can understand if they want to claim my pants fall outside of the warranty window (I don't think they do), but if that's the case it would be nice to know up front so I don't waste my time. read more

I think it's great that a lot of review here felt very helped when they went to this store and I wish I could say the same. The level of help these other people felt just reaffirmed my experience. I walked in to several employees in the front, no greeting. I walked to the fitting room downstairs to a cluster of educators, no one asked if I needed help, no one offered to help. No one said anything to me. Despite being in the store for over 30 minutes and watching many other customers walk in and be greeted and helped. Not once did anyone ask me anything even though on several occasions I was inches away from an educator and key leader. Over and over again and I was genuinely shocked that no one asked me for help, maybe it was my Muslim husband and my hijab. Do better this isn't reflective of lulu IDEA. read more

This was the first time I was in this Lululemon as I usually go to the one on the Upper East Side. I found it to be very neat and well organized. They had a ton of marked down merchandise and the sizing was very clearly displayed (particularly by the Scuba jacket display). The sales help was also great. A staff member helped me find what I was looking for and critiqued how it looked and that I should probably go down a size (always good to hear). Will definitely go back! read more

Lu-Lu Lemon is a great store they have apparel however the store has changed a lot with their style of communication....when I call a few stores they do not really like to answer the phones they are not really very cordial and when you place an order at the store ...they do not CALL you to tell a customer their order has arrived they email you...I know this is how things are done however, there is not human personal touch...and they are very ADAMANT after you place an order they will be EMAILING YOU not calling you and they need to train their staff on how to answer the voice in a cordial manner tone of voice....not sure if I will be placing any orders... FYI: When I call the store at Columbus circle they need some training and assistance on how to speak on the phone...especially when they ANSWER the phone.... read more

I arrived at 7pm on Friday, November 3rd. This store closes at 8pm according to their website, phone number, and Google. There was a full store of people inside shopping and around a dozen staff members. Yet the door was locked... I stood in front of the locked door, assuming someone who worked there would see me and at least explain what was going on. Several did and smiled at me. One waved. None of them even approached the door. I was very confused. I tried knocking on the door a few times. More smiles and waves from the staff. At this point I didn't know what to do. A number of other would-be customers gathered around the door. The store was locked in the middle of business hours with customers shopping inside and every member of the staff could see a crowd gathered outside and yet decided to do nothing about it but plaster their faces with these odd grins. Tourists kept coming and leaving. I assured the three of us who stayed that the store was in fact open. I called the store. It went to voicemail and just as it did a staff member with a phone to her ear smiled and waved at me. I started to leave a message, explaining the odd circumstances in hopes someone in management would check it on Monday. Finally, the woman who was on the phone came to the door. She kept turning the deadbolt back and forth, locking and unlocking it. I looked at the other customers and we all shrugged. It appeared she was trying to figure out how to unlock the door, but was unclear because she didn't say anything as we all entered in shock. An employee eventually approached me, apologized, and explained that they were hosting an event in the store for the first time ever (this is false) and so no one knew whether to leave the door locked or not. In his words, "we all just froze." He said they were waiting for the manager to tell them what to do but she just froze as well. After ~15 minutes waiting outside the staff were now trying to rush me out of the store. It reached the point that several in a row would come and harass me yelling my name every ten seconds or so while I was attempting to try on clothes in the dressing room. The one helpful one finally came and helped me, but he couldn't remember any of the items they sold. Eventually he just recommended I shop online and apologized extensively for the behavior of his coworkers and manager. Congratulations, whoever was the manager on duty! You turned away dozens of customers and cost Lululemon more money than you likely make in a year. I, for one, am never coming back to this store in my life. It was one of the most frustrating and odd shopping experiences I've ever had. read more

My co-worker recommended me to check this brand out because I was complaining how my bags were either too small to hold all my stuff or too big to carry LOL, so I looked up their bags online then the following day went to the store after work. The store was pretty big (or am I just too used to small stores in Staten Island haha..) and their products were displayed well. I guess the only problem was that I couldn't tell who worked there? And no one approached me if I needed help or anything even though I was sure I looked completely confused. It wasn't until I saw someone with headsets, I approached them. I asked them for a completely new bag instead of the ones being displayed, but they didn't seem to understand what I meant. Mind you, I came after work so it was a long day already so I just grabbed one of the displayed ones. Then the cashier gave me the wrong change.. if it wasn't only a dollar, I probably would've complained. Luckily for them, I was happy with my purchase. Their prices are a bit on the expensive side but my goodness, do I love their travelers bag. I purchased it for a total of $140 after tax, but I honestly don't regret a thing. It's made to be a gym bag but I use it as a daily bag. I'd certainly go back next time to purchase other products and hope my experience gets better with each visit lol. read more

This is my first time shopping experience in Lululemon store in SoHo. I was greeted within 10 seconds from entering the store. I was just browsing around and looking for a pair of leggings. The person working on the main floor quickly found out what I was looking for and directed me to the second floor for Align leggings. Then another associate from that section helped me and I got my usual size and he helped me with starting a fitting room... so far so good. I was just going to buy 1 pair of legging at this point and leave. Then, Mr. Thomas ( the beautiful purple hair handsome boy) asking if everything is ok, after I told him that i find 28'' legging a bit too long, he offered the tailoring service, free of charge, so I bought 2! And then he also helped me to find the right size, not what I originally picked. So much patience and so helpful. He also helped me to find a black running jacket in my Size, I spent over $400 today and left the store HAPPY! Thank you so much Mr. Thomas, you have make this experience from good to OUTSTANDING! To the Yelp powers that be, can we establish a 6th star on the grading continuum? I really want to give this place that extra 'thumbs up'. I used to think lululemon athletica was this majorly uppity place where filthy rich people bought their workout gear at a store whose name you can't pronounce without some culture in your veins. Mind you, this is not entirely untrue, but my ignorant apathy for lulu has since transformed to sheer adoration. It happened earlier this year. I had always been intimidated by lululemon and had never once stepped foot into its stores. Being broke at the time was sufficient reason enough not to go into a specialty sportswear store that sells yoga pants for $100 a pop. But alas, my curiosity and excitement over the World Vision Half Marathon I was to train for had set me up for my first splurge at Lu's. Once I realized my plethora of cotton hoodies were not cut for the cold, outdoor long runs that were required during training, I picked up the "Tracker" Jacket at Lululemon and fell madly in love with the quality of their products. This sleek black jacket made with their signature "luon" fabric wicks away moisture, retains warmth and breathability and prevents chafing. It is pre-shrunk, so it fits like a glove, and while being surprisingly comfortable, it is also very flattering. I was also completely head-over-heels with the thumbholes that keep the sleeves down while your hands are warm and toasty. I invested in one of their running caps as well for added protection from the cold. All in all, I didn't mind paying the $98 for the track jacket, since it really is one of the best pieces of workout attire I have ever owned and I imagine it lasting many years. So although lululemon's products are on the pricey side, you are paying for this expert and perfect balance of functionality and style. Ladies, you know as well as I do that we like to bring it at the gym and get our sweat on, but look cute while doing so. Lululemon has anticipated this need and has crafted their goods to serve our vanity. And really, their logo is adorable and even reflects in the dark! The SoHo location is great. The service here is brimming with friendliness and know-how. They greet you with a smile as you walk in, they describe their products to you as you peruse the racks, and they give you helpful suggestions for the type of gear you'll need for the sport(s) you commit to. Lululemon is driven by female customers, but they do have great men's apparel, so guys, don't be shy to go in and see what they've got to offer you. It'll sure be more unique than a Nike t-shirt. Now that the 13.1 miles is done (thank God), I have put running aside for other pursuits, that being kickboxing. And in recent weeks, I came back to lululemon and picked up a yellow tank top that was amazingly on sale ($19), and will enjoy sweating in it during a heavybag beatdown session. The lady who rang me up for this purchase was extremely nice. See, I have a thing for reusable bags (it's my eco-friendly side), and though the tank fit in their small bag, I had asked for the larger sized bag since I am a perpetual bag-lady, always carrying wads of stuff around and needed volume. So without protest, she met my request with a sunshine smile. What's also great about their bags are all the inspirational one-liners that motivate you to "Do one thing a day that scares you," or give you perspective on life with such wise words as "That which matters the most should never give way to that which matters the least." Sure, I have a few other items, the Nike and Columbia and Puma stuff, but none of it is as alluring as the workout gear I own with that cute little reflective stamp on the back. Plus, as girls everywhere will tell you, their pants - while $98 each - make butts everywhere look better. Even mine. As for the shopping experience itself, the staff have almost always proved extraordinarily helpful, regardless of whether you're a yoga fanatic or not (I'm not). For those of you familiar with NY shopping, you know that this in and of itself is exclamation point-worthy. Just two days ago, at the Soho location, the young shop girl with the bouncy red hair single-handedly restored my faith in humanity by pointing me in the right direction regarding Lululemon pants that were perfect for my trips to the gym in this cold weather and... wait for it... on sale. read more

I walked in here with absolutely no idea what they sold, and despite not being a yoga practitioner, walked out with a new pair of men's fancy workout "pants" that look and fit 100 times better than my old sweatpants. There is never a bad experience at Lululemon. Not only do I want to buy the whole store every time I visit, but I don't believe that any of their staff has ever had a bad day. It's like they all live in their own Lulu world of sunshine, butterflies, and perfectly executed chaturangas. You'll probably be greeted when you walk in by their smiling, friendly employees - workers that are genuinely happy to be there, to help you. Where do they come from and can we throw them in MTA booths and behind post office counters??! Clothing-wise - this stuff is made to last. I have worn down to their sweatiest existence tank tops, the classic stretch spandex, and even street-to-studio pants - yet none have shown any signs of wear. Clothing-wise 2 - this stuff is FLATT-ER-ING!! There's a reason why Lulu has a cult following (and why 95% of the stuff sells at retail price). Lulu invented THE yoga pants - yoga pants which high schools have been banning around the world.. how bout that for ass-flattering? I'm glad there's finally a Lululemon closer to me! I went into the store and was happy to see that they had a great selection of sizes and styles. For a new store they seemed to be quite organized and were more than happy to look for specific items (no yoga pant cemeteries either!) They don't have all the same items as the two stores uptown so if you're looking for something in particular, I suggest calling first. My only complaint is that most of their stuff is pretty expensive but on the other hand, all of my clothing from here has stayed in great shape after numerous washings. read more

Like: the vibrant colors Dislike: hurts my wallet I'm a runner and somewhat a fashionista so when it comes to running, I need to look good as well, right? j/k. I honestly think their workout apparel is better than other well-known brands such as Nike or Asics in terms of fabric and absorption. Most of their apparel are sweat-wicking which is great. The bad part is the price. Everything costs at least 40 or 50 bucks a piece so be ready to feel broke after shopping here. My favorite item is their racer-back tank. I bought 3 of them in different colors...yes the colors really got me. After several washes, they are still in pretty good shape, which means the money was well spent. I've been wearing the same ones over a year now on my race days and they are still intact. I haven't tried their workout pants/spandex as every time I look at the price tag, it gives me heart attack. Okay, so here's the thing. I've looked into lulus before, and always shied away because it's really expensive, and I usually just wear old t-shirts and $10 leggings. About a month ago, I bought my first lulu outfit: run inspired crops and a workout tank top. I now own three tanks, four pairs of pants, a pair of shorts, one sweater, one jacket and a t shirt. I know it sounds crazy, but I do feel like I work out a little harder when I know I look cute. It's almost like i have to live up to the clothing. As for the store, I've never met nicer, more helpful staff. They are always so friendly. Once (in the beginning stages of my exploration), I tried a bunch of stuff on and then didn't buy anything... and the staff member was still SO NICE: told me to have a nice day and informed me that their inventory changes all the time. This is a great Lululemon store. When my dad and I came in on Monday morning, we were greeted right away and told we were the first customers of the day. There were a few people working that morning and no one was pushy, even though a few of them came to say hello and told me about some of the products I was checking out (one told me the sale section was arranged by size, another told me about the different features of a product). This store has a good variety of merchandise. As a frequent visitor to the website, I thought this store had a lot of new products as well as a good variety of sizes and colors, many of which were otherwise unavailable on the website. It's a little cramped for space and I could see it being an issue when the store is more full of customers but for that morning, dad and I were ok walking around. read more

I'm a gear junky, and after spending thousands on rock climbing and ice climbing gear, I noticed Lulu because I started yoga. Once I bought a run-your-heart-out crop from Lulu I was hooked. Lululemon Soho most frequently mark down their clothing, among all Manhattan Lulus. Although their line is on the pricier side of the sports clothing and the selecting is limited, it is comfortable, multi-functional, work and night-out ready, and makes ALL WOMEN look incredibly cute and sexy. At first visit to LuluSoho, I was put off by the cashier's attitude, which, after I spent over hundreds of dollars she stuff all of them into the tiniest bag and push it on me. I left the store feeling upset. However, I've returned to Lululemon Soho numerous times and each time I managed to find a piece of work-ready workout-ready clothing. Since then I've grown to be a lulu-addict and now owns more Lulu than I'd ever worn in a month. Regarding the helpfulness of the attendants, although they give off snobbish "Soho" mentality, I did find most of the girls helpful in giving advice. Across the LuluSoho and LuluMadison, the attendants would drop you little you-know-what about the clothing without pressuring you to purchase. The Soho girls are generally passionate about their line of product and hasn't held back in looking for size or answering any question. I got a near "girlfriend shopping experience" when I was buying a hot bra top for a friend. I hope they keep up with their enthusiasm of Lulu and keep the price down so more women and men can enjoy the comfortable and yet figure-complimenting design & fabric of Lululemon. read more

I got hooked on Lulu after my Fiancee bought me several of their items. Being blown away by how stylish they looked and how comfortable they are to wear, I became 100% hooked. Wherever I go, if there is a Lulu storefront nearby, I check it out. After visiting no less than 5 different locations spanning 2 states, it is easy for me to conclude that this location is by far the best. It has a wide selection, including the Lulu latest and greatest, as well as a staff that takes great pride in meeting the needs of their most particular customers (That would be me). When I indulge in the Lulu experience, I do my homework on the site, mixing and matching outfits for my Fiancee. By the time I actually visit the store, I am ready to go, but like to browse around and see what catches my eye, as their selection is impressive enough that it is easy to overlook items that may be sandwiched or out of the way. This is where the employees fit in: The staff here is tremendous. They know when to leave you alone and when to offer explanations or suggestions. When I have questions, they have answers, even if they have to ask someone else or collaborate with several other coworkers to ensure I get the best advice. Shopping for my Fiancee is a very pleasurable, precise activity for me, and the employees at this location specifically are just what I need to be sure the items I choose are optimal for my Fiancee's exquisite taste. In fact, when I proposed, my decoy gift was a fabulous Lulu outfit that I put together in this very store! After purchasing most of Lulu's new women's catalog at this location for my Fiancee (Who is running out of places to put her Lulu collection), I will continue to browse and get ideas, as my Fiancee is very active and Lulu is always pushing out new products.
