This shop needs serious help . The person standing at the entrance did not acknowledge us. No one really wanted to help, although the store was fairly empty. After purchasing a few things we went to another store and as I entered the other store my shopping bag had a security alarm go off. I walked back to allsaints to have it removed and I didn't get an apology I won't be shopping there. read more

Stood online for 15 mins at the register where a patron was actively being rung up. My self and multiple others ignored and cashier switched registers and took another patron that JUST walked up. Cashiers need to look up and assess and stop prioritizing non-melanated guests. Long time allsaints fan - I was literally allsaints at the time but THIS single experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I shoulda have expected it from an elitist location like this but it's 2022 and this is the melting pot city of the US, should have never happened. Great store, the staff is all very friendly and helpful. They really let you do your thing and are not on top of you as a lot of sales people may be in a retail store. We came in to the store on an exchange because my fiancé's leather jacket was small from our online order, they helped out pick the correct size and also made the exchange process easy and effortless. read more

I paid $139 for a straw bag, and I wonder why this brand's goods are so expensive for what they are. The bag literally started to come apart after 7 days; the straws were so obvious, and the color faded after 2 weeks. By that point, the bag had two holes in the bottom. The customer service was so bad regarding the return that I decided to keep the bag and eventually throw it away after less than a month. They placed a knowingly broken sofa outside the fitting rooms, and if you sit on it, you might hurt yourself really bad. Had a good experience in this store. It is a huge store, well laid out. Everyone greeted me in a very friendly manner and helped when needed. One of the sales assistant helped me go through racks trying to find the right color / size combination that I was looking for. I went to this store yesterday. It wasn't by choice, mind you. Sometimes you're afraid of the unknown, especially if you only have 1 hour and you can't revisit the location you love after visiting one that's so so. Unfortunately, however, this location was the only one that had this sweater I HAD to have! Thank goodness it was! Even though it wasn't the flagship store, it was in some ways so much better. The store wasn't as packed as the SoHo location so you could really shop at your leisure. (I don't know if you're like me, but shopping in SoHo is starting to become an irksome process, much like how I feel when shopping in midtown near Macy's). That led to a staff that was extremely helpful and friendly. They didn't shove us out of the door at the 8 o'clock chime. And they didn't give us the cold shoulder because we kept asking questions and adding to our pile of stuff to buy. All in all, I think if I can, I'll just come here. I don't like fighting for clothes. I don't like having to wait for fitting rooms. I don't like having to battle over a shoe guy just so I can try on a shoe. Say of this what you will, but isn't shopping w/o fighting a much better experience to be had? read more

Excellent Customer Service from Christopher! My husband and I spent two hours shopping at All Saints. Christopher provided AMAZING customer service. He pulled additional sizes from the back, offered suggestions, and was helpful. The only down side to this store is the sizes run small. They are closely aligned with European sizes. If you have broad shoulders, the men's clothing will be tight. read more

My favorite store in NYC ... I prefer this location over the SoHo store .. you can shop at a leisurely pace and there's never a wait to try on clothes .. the staff is extremely helpful as well .. I wanted a leather jacket that was on sale for $300 .. the SoHo store had one last size but the jacket was made incorrectly (even the salesgirl thought so) .. it was made from grey and black pieces of leather and looked like patchwork even though it was supposed to be one color .. I stopped by this location after the sale was over ... all the sale items were no longer on the floor and were being shipped back to the warehouse .. the staff here was awesome though .. they called down to the stockroom and had someone find the jacket ... it was the perfect size, color, and fit .. I have been visiting this location since it's opening. In the past, both their stock and their customer service has been great. However, their customer service has taken a turn for the worst. The (new?) manager, Sara(h?), doesn't know company policy and is rude as hell (not just to me, but to customers that purchased almost $2k in clothing!). The rest of the staff still seem great, but with bad management I can only see this place going downhill. If you wanna shop this location, it'll be fine, but if you need help, go to the Soho location. read more

I'm giving 3 stars because the clothes are pretty cool: edgy, draped shirts and sweaters; asymmetric cuts; Japanese-meets-punk vibe; subtle shimmery metallics... all of which I love. I'm withholding 2 stars because: - clothes are overpriced. The draping and cuts are wonderful, but the materials used tend to be a little on the cheap side, given the price. Also, ladies, unless you are completely flat-chested, it's difficult to find anything that fits properly. There's a lot of draping, and if you have any semblance of a boob, the draping catches on that annoying shelf of a boobal area and hangs straight down, creating the illusion that you are eating for two - purchases are nonrefundable. They only offer exchanges. Annoying. My original review deducted a third star because of one particular snarky, cranky bad apple of an employee, but subsequent exposure to the coolness of the rest of the staff has prompted me to up this by one star. Everyone was very nice and helpful, even though I was kind of a pain in the ass customer since I went back to exchange purchases three times. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff here... They were incredibly attentive to me and so helpful while I tried things on. When I visit NYC I usually try to stick to a budget and will go to the stores, try things on, and pick out what I want to bring home. When I returned to All Saints to pick up a couple of things a few days after my initial visit, I was greeted by the same girl who remembered exactly what I'd tried on a few days earlier. Also, right off the High Line if you want a nice walk or next to the Standard Hotel if you want a drink. read more

I was really not impressed by the clothing at this store. To me the articles looked low quality for the prices they were charging (similar to H&M quality but at a much higher price). Best All Saints I've ever walked into. Everyone was super helpful without being overbearing. Went in for a new jacket, got some great info and knowledge from Holly on the different leathers, the cuts and the fit. She really knows her stuff. All the staff was really genuine and warm. Got a good vibe from the other customers in there too, looks like a lot of repeats, workers and customers seem to be in a first name basis. Definitely need to check this location out, much more relaxing being there than the soho location. read more

I hope this store doesn't become as crowded as the soho one, because each time I've been here, there have only been a handful of shoppers, and it's so refreshing compared to the other one (which I love anyway)! They have really good sales a couple times per year, so this month, my credit card is suffering more than it normally is. So many great deals--hard to limit what I get! They have these amazingly soft royal baby alpaca gloves, scarves, hats, capes, sweaters, etc. And they are all at least half off right now. I only got the fingerless gloves but decided I need to get the rest. Some people are discouraged by the small sizing, but that's just how it is. They carry high quality clothes, shoes, and accessories. The clothes are perfect for layering, and they have a great selection of leather jackets. The people working at this store are very nice and knowledgeable; whenever I've asked them about certain things they carry, they seem to know right away what I'm talking about, if they have it in their store, and where it is. Also, they have ipads around the store on which you can browse their website, which can be helpful. read more

The staff is really nice. Some of them are actually quite helpful- also, the store is gorgeous and in a great space. However, their clothes are less than satisfactory. I love Allsaints- some of their products are beautifully designed and unlike anywhere else. But, THEY ARE SO CHEAP. I bought a backpack from this store- the color started fading in 2 MONTHS! Also, the stitching in my Zodiac sweatpants is coming undone ( I have three pair- its happening on ALL THREE). My black Mitre shorts are fading TERRIBLY after only 1.5 months of owning them. Pretty sad actually. Their clothes look cool.... but they are CHEAPPPPPPPLY made and WAYYYYYY over priced. read more

Yesterday, my friend and I shopped at AllSaints in the Meatpacking district. She was looking for a new boot that would be comfortable for her to wear at work. Guy assisted her throughout her shopping experience and was nice enough, even though the store was close to closing, to help her find the perfect boot. She ended up needing to buy the boot in the Soho location, so he called and put it on hold for her. He was super helpful and attentive. After having the shoe placed on hold we rushed to the Soho location in a matter of minutes trying to get there just before they closed as she wanted to wear the shoe later that evening to work. Tiffany was super kind and although we arrived a few minutes after the stores closing time, allowed us in and my friend was able to purchase the boot just in time. Guy (Meatpacking location) and Tiffany (Soho location) we're so great, AllSaints should be more than happy to have these two sales associates on board.
