I've been trying to check out this outlet for a while and am so glad I did. They had great deals. Most importantly- I'm writing this review from the parking lot because I am SO impressed by the service I received. I've worked in retail for over 10 years and never encountered so many friendly and genuine employees (especially at an outlet) every single employee greeted me. Mike was especially helpful going out if his way to look for sizes for me. This was more than worth the 30 min drive. Thank you Lululemon for making my day :) read more

Came all the way out here for my favorite store Lululemon, but the sales here sucked! This should not even be an outlet!!!! It was just a collection of unwanted Lululemon at unreasonable prices. I would have been better off with the sales in Burlingame or PA. sigh): read more

Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful every time I am there. They have a very Wide selection of styles and sizes at great pricing! read more

My least favorite location of lululemon ever. At first everyone was super nice and I was excited to be there because I could actually afford their stuff since it's an outlet location. I made a special stop just to come here. Then as I was trying on the clothes I found I left the dressing room, held up a pair of shorts and asked a lady working there if this particular style of shorts was supposed to be short. She examined them, looked at me up and down and told me there was no way these were my size. Mind you I have purchased items from lulu before and they have all fit in the size I had selected. She told me I needed a much bigger size and suggested one two whole sizes bigger. I was literally just asking a question about the style and instead felt bad about myself and put back everything I was planning on purchasing. I am updating this today as I came back and the same lady was rude once again I wish I knew her name because she is terrible she's the oldest lady there and had dark hair. read more

Got great service, two quality crop pants for the price of one. Lululemon is quality product and outlet pricing is exciting, however some items were out of season or just like all other outlets items most people wouldn't pick out. Very large men's collection and kids clothes are available too. Some reasonable prices, some discounted slightly. Overall I would recommend, but lower your expectations just a little. read more

Went the opening weekend. Prices and selection are not worth the trip. The discounted prices are the same as the 'sale' items in the store. If you are a size 4, 6, 8 selection can be limited. There really wasn't a great selection to choose from. They also don't give the R&D discount. So the prices are better if you go to the regular store. All sales are final. I wouldn't drive out just for this store, but if you are in going this way, you may luck out and find something. read more

Girl who rang my husband and I up was rude rude rude. Interrogating my husband on where he is a trainer at (he was going to use a discount). He was buying me clothes as well, and she refused to ring that up with his discount. Fine... but then she refuses to ring up a duffle bag with his discount because she assumes it's for me only. Even after We told her it's for the BOTH of us for traveling. She then tells us is a courtesy he's getting his discount in the first place. Lol so ridiculous. read more

this lulu outlet is pretty glorious. i was able to get 7 items (with all wearable pieces including black shorts/crops/tanks) for $300! no joke, i almost threw my wallet at the sales associates because 7 pieces would normally cost me an arm and a leg! i walked home with 2 pairs of shorts (run speed, shake & break), 3 tanks (aria ii, power y, and free to be), 1 crops (gather & crow), and 1 sweater (avenue pullover). this was probably as good as the lululemon warehouse sale. reasons to visit: 1) super friendly sales associates: i'm not sure why people said the sales associates were rude, but i found them to be extremely friendly and helpful, attentive service to not only me but to my dog :) 2) dog friendly: a lot of stores at the outlet have a no dogs policy and is clearly marked via stickers on the front door. lulu was dog friendly and they even had a water bowl and treats for dogs! my dog was in heaven. 3) huge store: i was quite impressed by the amount of stuff they had, if you're a dude you're definitely in luck! 4) great selection: i happen to have visited while they had a large amount of basic blacks, which they said is pretty rare. there were also a large amount of pretty pastels and pinks which i didn't mind at all. i like my workout apparel to be more on the girly side. 5) great prices: they're marked down to the sales rack prices you'd see at the regular lulu retail stores, but have pretty great size runs. things to look for: shorts, tops, and tanks. if you're looking for bras or pants i would suggest to stay away because most bottoms are crops. they get shipments every week, if i lived nearby i'd definitely make my visits pretty regularly. until then, this will probably be the excuse to drive up north :) read more

It was my first LuLu visit, and I went it with the idea of not buying just going with a friend who loves Lulu. I went noon time on a weekday mid November, not too busy. Laura was outstanding and so were the other two sales associates. I made two purchases and was pleased with the service I received. Wow, do I miss this kind of customer service!!! read more

After reading lots of Yelp reviews on the outlet here I prepared myself mentally to be disappointed, But after a friend of mine at the gym suggested I go there to check out their good deals on Lulu I decided to give it a shot. I like how Lululemon isn't in the huge cluster of most of the outlet stores to begin with, so parking was easy, and you don't have to walk far to the store. There were lots of discounted jackets, and tops upon arrival. But none that I felt I HAD to have. towards the back of the store there are shorts, skirts, workout pants... This is where I found at least 6 things that I wanted to try on! The associates there were super helpful when I had a hard time deciding which to choose, and gave good advice. I ended up getting a pair of Will Pants that were about $20 cheaper than they would've been in the Lulu store, and a pair of capris that saved me about another $30. Discounts on tops were more than that $30 off the original price had I purchased any. I would definitely be back because they did have a great selection of workout bottoms, and I love Lululemon! read more

This store basically has the same items that were in the WMTM or sale section but only the selected few ugly items. The prices are the same as if they were in the sale section of retail stores as well. The associates were very nice and informative though. They explained why certain pieces were in the clearance and where they had damages. I wouldn't go out of the way to come here, maybe only if were already around the outlets or passing by. read more

It seems like every time I've been to this Lululemon store its been extremely busy, which is fine. I can handle the near elbowing, items nearly taken from my hands by other eager customers and the occasional hit by an oversized handbag as someone tries to squeeze by me because despite this chaos the Lulu ambassadors that are working through it all are always around and pretty helpful. However, I learned that although it might seem like a good idea to go in on a quiet Monday night, it isn't. Quiet evenings at Lululemon Athletica in Gilroy are Ambassador/Employee time. When you are 1 of 3 customers in the store and there are 3 employees they can't be bothered. They brush right passed you without any sort of acknowledgement nearly kicking your 65lb dog because you are clearly in their way as they shop and try on clothes for themselves. I was looking for their H20 apparel since I actually wear Lululemon apparel for working out and outdoor activities... *gasp* I know. I left without purchasing anything and ended up going next door to Reebok where the customer service was excellent and bought two pairs of Nano 5's. Stark contrast between both experiences. Well, the sales associates at Lululemon didn't set the bar very high, the Reebok sales associates could have just given me a head nod as I walked in and they still would have surpassed the Lululemon sales associates that evening. In any case, lesson learned! I'll stick to the Monterey Lululemon showroom from now on. I'll pay 'x' percentage more for quality customer service. read more

Came from sacramento and left without regrets! Prices are low when compared to regular lulu prices. The employees were very helpful and glad to help. Cant wait to go back! read more

Salespeople are always great. An associate named Derek was outstanding. That's the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back. The selection of merchandise is hit-or-miss, but I think that's to be expected of an outlet. The sales-on-sale prices are fantastic if you're lucky enough to hit it just right. The merchandise if first rate, like all Lululemon products. read more

This location has a pretty extensive selection of clothes and the president's day deals made my purchase even better! The employees helped make my experience at this store wonderful and their enthusiasm doesn't go unnoticed. They took the time to go the extra mile and help me with whatever I needed and I really appreciate that. Thank you so much! read more

Everything is reduced compare to the one close to my house in Stanford Mall. I purchased sooo many items for my niece and myself. Very happy with everything I found. Just wished they had more low rise pants to choose from. I was able to get one of each low rise they had for each of us. Very happy shopper!!! read more

it's okay, the deals are great but..a lot of ugly sweaters/patterns.

Lots of men's and women's merchandise and limited selection of girl's ivviva line. The pricing is reduced but not considerably so, and not enough to make a trip out for it. You likely won't find what you want in your size either. It's really just the store rejects that no one wanted to buy in their retail stores, so at least they are quality items and not made for outlet clothes, so for that two stars. read more

I finally went there today after 47 years of living in the bay area! Have to say, the entire sales team was very helpful & friendly. I was shopping for myself & my daughter who is away in college. I was trying to decide what size to get for her, 2 or 4? I wish I would have gotten the name of the l lady that helped me and really took her time going above & beyond! She had shoulder length brown hair & middle age, possibly a supervisor or manager? You even honored a incorrectly priced pair of shorts that turned out to be a steal of a deal as a result. Thank YOU! You are part of the reason I LOVE this store and will go back regularly! Excellent customer service on ALL levels! The 4 star is because I couldn't find enough items in sizes 4 & 6 for my daughter & I, which I know the store can't control! I will be back, many times! read more

The staff at the outlet was pleasant and friendly but the selection and prices are not worth the drive. As another yelper said, if you are in the area you might as well stop by, but you are much better off heading to the store if you have something specific in mind. The outlet pretty much had just the "trendy" stuff that didn't sell in the store. Further the prices are not deeply discounted. They are the same prices that you would find at the store if the item went on sale. I would gladly pay $6 more at the store for a pair of pants and have a bigger selections of styles, colors, and sizes. The men's clothing selection is very small as well. read more

I have never actually stepped foot in this store however purchased probably into the thou$ands of dollars from them over the past 6 months to a year. They may not always answer the phone but they will call you back and help you out the best they can whether it's looking for a specific item or specific kind of gear or something in a specific fabric that you love. Stefan, Christian, Hemma. Others as well have helped me tons and even tried on gear for me to tell me if it was stretchy in the arms or whatever I had a question about. Great thanks for helping me Team Gilroy from Amy in San Diego, CA :) read more

So I drove two hours to Gilroy to check out the outlets with the lululemon in mind. When I walked in I was honestly disappointed in the selection and prices. Most of the clothes in the outlet were the items you could find on sale at a regular lulu. The prices of the leggings ranged from $69-$80 which was outrageous. Even $10+ more than the online sale. They had some cheap items, for men but not for women. Men's t-shirts were $19 and women's were $50. I did find the Mist Misty jacket originally $128 and I got it for $39 which was amazing. Lululemon please improve you outlets!!! read more

Lululemon is expensive...but this outlet provides some discounts and most items and some really great specials where you can really run off with a good deal. They have both men and women's clothing. It looked like they carried tween aged dance apparel but being that I am not a dancer, I didn't really look at their stuff. The sizes run small just like their normal shop...the size run is not always complete because it is outlet. The staff are usually quite helpful and willing to look in the back or on the floor for what you are looking for. Some of the staff are quite chatty..that is ok if you like that. They have recent season attire..sometimes the "we made too much" from their website will show up at the store while the stuff is still sold online. Remember it's not returnable so try it all on in the dressing room. It's pretty clean and mostly organized. If you are looking for something but can't commit to the drive, call them. They're really helpful on the phone too! read more

i always vowed i wouldn't buy sportswear for outrageous pricing. as someone that's been playing sports since the age of 5, i have gone through my fair share of shorts, pants, tops, etc. when i've tried expensive stuff in the past it just falls apart. it seems it's more for the look than the purpose of it. to pay $50 for a sports bra or $100 for a shirt is crazy. thankfully they came to their senses and put in an outlet in gilroy. the prices are discounted, and some of the final sale prices just can't be beat. i bought a sports bra for $16!!! now that's a deal. i asked the salesperson about how long the sale is going on. he informed me that prices vary. sometimes for days, sometimes for hours. they tend to switch according to stock and what's coming in from other stores. so i'm happy to say that i am looking forward to trying this brand. maybe i'll be a lemonhead like the rest of them. only time, squats and sweat will tell. read more

customer services is a hit or miss. a few weeks ago i bought a very cute yoga cape. went back to get one for a friend. was in store looking for awhile cuz no one offered to help. finally asked for help. but they all said there were no more but refuse to help look. was in store little longer looking for new yoga clothes. went to cashier to pay. in line i saw a lady holding the cape. she just got the last one. wtf. if the sales ladies would have done their job instead of brushing me off i could have had it. damn it. giving two stars instead of one cuz there is one girl who remembers her customers and she is very nice and helpful. unfortunately she just started her shift when i was leaving. read more
