It really is just hit or miss when you come in here.. Sometimes you score and sometimes you look around the store and wonder what the hell possessed the designers to make MC hammer pants in puke green and orange and stick a lulu logo on them. Oh, and the mesh pants, yikes! These pants totally look like top of the line hooker workout gear. The last time I came in I found a really cute black Asana jacket for $69 that was originally $129~great deal:) I found a really cute pair of maroon running pants that I wanted but they didn't have my size but they did have them in a black with some grey print. I tried them on and didn't care for them but asked the lady in the dressing room if I could check the rack since I spied a pair of maroon pants:)) She actually said and I quote, "Oh those pants would never fit you, they're all size 2, don't even bother." Omg I've never been so speechless! If you knew me, you'd understand the significance of that statement. I'm healthy and average size and in no way out of shape so I was rather amused. I walked out and told my family who were there with me and they were just as shocked. We all had a good laugh and I don't think I'll ever forget her statement. read more

Do not go here! I was so excited to find out that there was a lulu outlet. I saved up my money and made a lil outlet shopping trip with my friends. We all couldnt wait! As soon as we entered the store I asked the sales person where their leggings were. She replied that they dont really have any legging and especially not in black. This store was full of total junk. And it wasnt even on sale. maybe 92 for some ugly leggings that were originally 99. This place sucked. Thnak goodness the True Religeon outlet made us all happy. Can't beat 79.00 for a pair of Billies read more

I guess the outlet doesn't have the same customer service as the regular stores. I was looking for awhile and no one even came up to me to see if I needed help finding anything. The girl and the guy that worked there were to busy talking to themselves then to assist customers in the store and I was the only one in there. They need to learn on greeting people that walk in as well. I won't be comming back here, if rather pay full price for a better experience. read more

Stopping in here really isn't worth your time. The store, which is not aesthetically pleasing like other Lululemons, is full of junk. When I visited, there were few styles in mass quantities all in obscure patterns/colors that (shockingly) didn't sell in the regular retail stores. Additionally, their "outlet price" isn't anything to swoon over. You're better off paying a little more and getting better styles/colors in the regular store. read more

Definitely shopping here for more lulu deals! I was devastated when I saw the tops that I bought full price for at the Santana Row location, ended up at this outlet location. The mark up on these items are significantly cheaper and almost half off the retail price. Yeah there are unique color schemes and patterns. But they also do have nice solid colors(including black/neutrals) and popular styles from previous seasons. My only strife was finding sizes for some of their nicer tops. Sizes 4, 6, 8 are really limited. The layout of this store is interesting; they have sale racks for $14 $19, etc., slight imperfection items, and the rest are pretty much leftovers from various seasons. Nonetheless, there were hoards of racks to rummage through. As for the service, all the associates were helpful, patient and don't give you that vibe like you are just there to browse. I would most likely resort to this outlet store first before going to a regular/non-outlet store, just because some of the styles are similar. fyi, they offer extra removable insert cups for coverage for their form fitting tops. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the "large" selection this outlet has to offered. I wasn't expect to find anything other than some pants and maybe a couple of jackets but when I walked in, I was like a lost kid in a candy store. So much to choose from (maybe it was the bright colors that made it seem this way) but regardless, there were a lot of diff. styles and sizes to choose from. The prices were just ok, but it's Lulu, you can't expect the pants to go from $$$$$ to $ just because it's an outlet store. Friendly staff. I'd make a day trip out of it for sure! read more

This place was an utter disappointment. They literally have items no one wants and least popular colors and the prices are only $15 to $18 below the regular price. And, to top this is their return policy "everything's final sale, no returns, no exchanges." Waste of time! read more

Apparently this is the only outlet in Cali and the ladies that had just came upon the placefor the first time were frantically calling up their friends and telling them about this find. The things that are here tend to not be very basic. Lots of bright colors and stripes and weird shaped pants(clam diggers). It was hard for me to find anything I liked even though the markdowns were down to $19.99. There were lots of friendly employees milling around ready to help but with a dismal selection I left empty-handed. read more

This place offers an okay selection of clothes and accessories for both men and women. They mostly offer previous season clothes that either are "old" or less than their quality standard. I've purchased a nice asana jacket from here for $79- still pretty pricey in my opinion. My jacket is holding up well as if it were the same quality if it were purchased from the regular Lululemon. But if you are my size (4-6), then there aren't a whole lot of choices. This store is better suited to people who wear bigger sizes, and are willing to pay a fraction less than top dollar. If you don't live in the area, consider saving the gas and just shop on Lululemon's "we made too much" section online. read more

Check www.lululemon.com before you visit outlet store because the price could be much higher than website "we made too much" which is discounted sale items. Yet, I have found great deal, $88 regular price crop I paid $19 so you just have to study before you visit the store. All of educators are super nice and friendly and I always enjoy talking with them. Just remember, everything is final sale so you can't exchange or return once your buy something from this store. I am so glad we have outlet in Gilroy! read more

I have always loved this store and the staff is normally amazing. But today I came in and do my shopping, normally not bothering the staff and browsing. I had several pieces in my hand, like 15 items and one staff member decided to approach me. She let me know 10 items for dressing room and no returns. But not in a nice way either. At that point I decided to stop shopping because girl was not what I'm use to at all. Normally all the girls and guys are super sweet and friendly. She made me feel like I couldn't afford what I had in my hand based on how I looked? I didn't see her approach anyone else and she quickly came to the register to help my transaction, leaving one girl to deal with the other 15 people in the building. I spent $482 and normally spend over $1000. I doubt ill shop here when she is in the building again. If she was supervisor and manager then she needs to retrained in customer service. First time leaving lululemon not happy with my purchase. Wish I could give them zero stars read more

So, I went here today really excited to find something to buy. In a nutshell, I walked in and NO ONE said hi or acknowledged me. I even would purposely walk by the workers to see if they would ask if I needed help or even to say hi. NOPE! Not one employee. It made me feel really uncomfortable and I didn't have the urge to purchase anything anymore. Lululemon has always had a reputation of being friendly and catering to customers. Here, they pick and choose. Later, a few people came in after I did and all of the employees greeted them! What? Because I wasn't a typical looking lulu client and not skinny enough? Thanks for the warm welcome jerks. My first experience at the outlet, not a good one. read more

This was my second or third time in this lulu and the first time I bought something. I must say I was really impressed with the customer service. The staff was so helpful, upbeat and kind. Several staff members took the time to ask what I was looking for and were eager to help me find the perfect attire. I was unable to find the exact pants I was looking for but I did leave happy with clothes that will enjoy wearing. read more

I'm currently suffering from an addiction to Lululemon so of course I had to stop by while on a road trip! However, I was disappointed with the selection. Sure, the store is stocked, however the items are all sale items I've seen at the regular Lululemon stores. The prices were the exact same too. The store is worth visiting if you don't frequent the sale racks already. read more

I thought this is supposed to be an outlet? Why is the final sale price the same as the ones in retail? What's the point of coming out here if we can get the same deal at the nicer retails stores. What's crazy is they even cover the lower price with stickers of a higher price.. so pretty much, what you'll buy here is more expensive than the sale items in a retail store. Don't fool people! read more

I've heard that it's a hit or miss coming here but I couldn't help but stop by on my drive back to San Diego. We went on new years day, and the discounts were awesome. All tank tops and shorts were only $19. There were a good selection of sizes in tank tops but most of the shorts only came in larger sizes. Their crops were also on sale for $39. I would say half the items are decent if you can find the right size and the other half are patterns and styles that are a little to much for me. I went with my boyfriend and he mentioned that there weren't as many options for guys. Most of what was available for the men's were large sizes or items he wouldn't ever wear. I got lucky and ended up with 2 tank tops and a pair of crops. What a steal! read more

My wife luvvves Lululemon and this place has pretty good discount on there stuff. Not alot of guy stuff. Just know their products are already expensive, so a discount on an expensive item is ok.... Still need a larger variety of items for discounts. read more

First outlet of Lululemon which made mi esposa stop by and grab some stuff. Folks here are quite helpful and many are from their other stores. read more

Great deals! Maybe not on everything but that's lulu for you. Still lots of variety and bras only $19!

A terrible friend of mine started an addiction... I must quench this thirst for Lulu everytime i pass by on my way to LA. This outlet keeps me from experiencing sticker shock and prevents overdrafts on my account. I get my rations of exquisitely made workout ( and lounging for me) gear at more than half the cost. If you want to know how serious this addiction is... I'm often wearing Lulu from head to toe... Like right at this very moment. read more

This place is no joke!!! Got three bras for $25 each. Definitely a good place to get a deal and experience some slight shopping madness.

I was a little bit nervous that after driving 1.5 hours to get here I wouldn't find anything. But the complete opposite happened! They were having amazing sales on a great selection of leggings. They had solid colors and a lot of different styles to choose from. I ended up purchasing two different pairs of wonder-under high rise pants at 39 dollars each. I was really surprised with the great selections and prices. I will definitely be coming back here to get my next Lulu fix! read more

Limited sizes...if ur buying for the brand name, come here to the outlet and get ur $80-90 pants for $60-80t. If ur buying for quality fabric workout pants go to Athleta. read more

Friendly staff & was so surprised to see black herringbone vinyasa scarves on sale here ($29)! Since it was too good to pass up, I picked one up as a gift for a friend! read more

Pretty good selection for an outlet store. A good variety of sizes. The savings are not that significant... The regular price on my tank was $48 and I got it for $34. Make sure you look over everything carefully for spots, snags, defects, etc! Just like in the retail stores, very helpful staff. read more

love that there's now a lululemon outlet that i can sometimes get to (when i'm visiting my parent's in the south bay), but it's still pricey pricey pricey! nonetheless, service is great, items are still cute, and you can get more of the WMTM items in your particular size at the outlet over the sale racks at the lululemon stores... bring over some black wunder unders to the outlet!! read more

Bitchy sales associates that just stand around and have their annoying conversations. It's like when your in a restaurant and there's an annoying bunch of girls that just won't shut up. Couldn't wait to leave the store. The manager should train their employees better. read more

Staff was very friendly and helpful when we first stopped in, the selection is alright, and there were a few good deals, but after returning an hour later to come purchase a jacket which we just found out what size to get as a gift, they had raised the price, and although the manager had the ability to re-adjust the price for us, she not only refused to exercise that option, but wasn't even polite enough to come out to talk with us in person, instead sending a sales associate out to let us know. Overall very disappointed with the way the situation was handled. read more

Great selection of items, but the employees have a way of making you uncomfortable the second you step in. My mom and I were shopping at the outlets and went into Lululemon to purchase outfits for my sisters birthday gift. We had barely walked in when i saw an outfit for her, and as I approached a rack I saw the employee do an underhand motion of pointing at us while raising her eyebrows, and say to her coworker nearby "watch those 2". There were many people in the store, and she felt the need to single us out not so discretely. I looked her straight in the eye and she realized I heard her, and she tried to cover up by asking us if we needed anything, and I told her we were fine and I will take my purchase to my local Lulu instead. Won't be going back to this location anytime soon, I'm perfectly fine paying higher prices at my local ones with much better customer service and appreciation. read more

This was my first time at the Lululemon outlet and I was very impressed. They had a great selection of colors including solids and patterns. The deals were good on the tanks and shorts. Pants were just a little discounted. But the costumer service was awesome and all the workers were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in town! read more

The store overflows with past seasonal styles. However, the prices approximate the prices of sale items at regular Lululemon stores. While it's nice that they manage their brand closely, it's not worth going out of your way to visit this outlet! read more

Great customer service!!! If you have no idea what you're doing see Mariah, she helped me until I got everything I needed!!

I love that they have this location so close to where I live. The staff is awesome and always helpful. Only wish they had more variety of sizes when I stop in. read more

I need to control myself whenever I drive by . Sometimes there were really really good deal here . Customer service was always great . Extremely courtesy . I am like a kid in the candy house when I am shopping here lol read more

The customer service was great today! Despite being very busy the service on the floor, in the male section, was attentive and the fitting rooms were running back and forth getting correct sizes. read more

I drove 90 minutes to make a special trip once to this location hoping to find some great deals. I scored a pair of In The Flow II crops, a discontinued Cool Racerback tank and a couple other unremarkable items. This outlet basically carries larger sizes and the same items that are in the We Made Too Much section of the website. I wouldn't make a special trip back out here again but if I were in the area, I'd definitely stop in and take a look. read more

Great pricing on items. If you can find your size. The inventory is hit and miss. If I lived closer I'd go weekly to check stuff out. Just got ABC pants for $49. Regular price $129. Staff is polite and helpful. read more

Some good deals (especially during holiday weekends) can be found here and staff is generally helpful. However, I have found some of the prices at the outlet much higher than in WMTM section online or even on the sale racks at the regular stores. read more

What a great store! This has been a long awaited review, but I had the best experience here. The staff was so nice and friendly, they helped my friend and I get everything we were looking for (and more). Incredibly nice and helpful in the dressing rooms, all the way to checkout. The customer service actually extended outside of the store experience and back to my house when I realized I had an item that was tagged with the incorrect size as opposed to the clothing tag. I was very concerned because I had traveled all the way from Foster City to go to the outlets. I called up the store, and to sum it up, Nichole had helped me to the fullest extent- went beyond any other retail store had in the past. So thank you Gilroy Lulu, I will be seeing you in the near future. read more

Anytime I am going through Gilroy or at the Gilroy outlets I always stop here. Since its an outlet you never know just what you are gonna find but I always manage to leave with three or four things. The sales price can range from good to great. You cant beat getting the high quality but at a better price. You just have to have an open mind as to what you might find. The staff are very personable and are well versed in the different fits of various tights, tops etc... Whether you are just looking to update your current workout wardrobe or need a whole new set of workout clothes it is worth stopping in. read more
