The store itself is gorgeous and spacious, so you can avoid the fight-over-the-rack that can happen at similar boutiques. I thought the selection was a shockingly good range of prices and had a great assortment. A few items actually surprised me at their price-- I think the store has a really keen eye and doesn't stock clothes that are cheaper, just those that are awesome and happen to be less expensive. Selection included some French Connection, seven jeans, Hudson jeans, Paige jeans, and a ton of gorgeous brands that I had never heard of. That's what cool about this place: I knew it was curated and unlikely that someone else would have the exact same outfit. They also have a small shoe section but I steered away- too dangerous. I bought a new pair because I've gone down two sizes and wanted to treat myself to some new ones. They didn't have the style that I wanted, so I went with the pair that the associate suggested. I wore them out of the store because she told me that I could donate the pair that I wore in that day. I wore them home and when looking in the mirror some more, I just didn't feel good or confident in that style. I came back today and they told me that because I had worn them out of the store, that they weren't eligible for return or exchange. I'm extremely upset because I spent $115 on a pair of jeans that I wore for an hour and a half, that I don't feel good in. To pour gasoline on the fire even more, she had the gall to tell me that if I didn't like them that I could DONATE them back to the store! She said that there was nothing else that they could do. I informed her that I was a loyal customer and would never come in again because this just didn't seem acceptable. Im not trying to sound like a "Karen" but I've worked in retail for over 15 years and I had expected a higher level of customer service with such a high-quality brand. Thankfully it was a great experience. Friday and Saturday they were very busy, but most shelves had some inventory. Sunday was a more pleasant customer experience with lower crowds. Also the shelves were not ransacked. There was plenty of staff at every turn to ask for assistance. Checkouts were smooth with lots of staff. This has been an issue for a bit with customers being forced to checkouts. I know that I will be back.

My son arrived on campus as a first year just one week ago and was planning to try out for the club Tennis team. He met on Friday with a couple of new first years to play doubles, and his racket frame broke. He was disappointed! I contacted this location and the amazing staff and wonderful owner, Troy, offered to deliver a racket to him since we are not local and he does not have a car. I sent an email on Friday night and had a response from Troy within an hour. By Saturday morning at 1, the racket was in my son's hand And he is now prepared for tomorrow. Troy, thank you!!! You went well above and beyond to help us with this situation and your efforts are so appreciated!!
