crappy service. Poor selection. was asked several times why I, as a male, was in the store. one person asked if I was Trans and told me they did not support that! I told her I was shopping for my wife. she just said "mh hmm"and walked off. OMG, what kind of people do they hire here????? I walked out read more

I was excited for this Lululemon store as it's in a more convenient location for me. There's a big private parking lot and also street parking available. The store is in a cute Heights house. Cool concept but the store itself is small with limited selections to choose from in comparison to the Galleria and Highland Village locations. They did have every size available from the clothing they had to offer and everything is neat and well-organized. The sales associates are extremely friendly and helpful. There are about 3 dressing rooms and one bathroom. It took me a couple of years to justify spending all this money for their clothes but it is definitely worth it!! Their pants really tighten things up and give your body a nice shape but are still stretchy and breathable and soft and just feel so good to wear. Definitely worth the price tag because their clothing lasts for a long time. I really wish this location had more of a selection so I probably won't be visiting here very often. However this location does donate 50% of their proceeds to help fight the cause against human trafficking, kudos to that! Definitely a great reason to make a purchase here! read more

lululemon athletica - Women's Clothing Near Me - Houston, Texas

I really love this location. It's small, charming, and cozy. The girls that work at this location are SO nice and helpful. I really will visit this location going forward versus the other Houston locations. I appreciated everyone's helpfulness, and friendliness. They had a great selection of sizes and product. I walked in to browse and left with 4 things! Highly recommend this location. Parking was easy, and great customer service! read more

absolutely love this store although it is so crowded on the weekends and the music is a little loud but all the employees are super super kind and very helpful in finding things and if you can't find some thing they'll thank you buy gift card and then pay for the gift card and use the gift card online to purchase an online order if you're trying to use cash read more

Cute store in former house with plenty of free parking. Sunday's free yoga at 10am. Good selection of men's and women's things - also bathroom if needed. Highly recommended! read more

Employees are abundant but all they do is talk with each other while customers wait in long line to overpay for athletic gear. Make the employees chatting actually help customers check out so we don't waste our time. We gotta get back to work quickly so we can afford this overpriced store. read more

Staff is always a bit short. There is always something going wrong (e.g., closed early without notice, printer isn't working so they cannot accept items for tailor, they will not accept more than three items at a time to tailor). Don't waste your time, go to another location. read more

One of the worst lululemon I've ever shopped at. Staff act so uninterested in helping you. They are more interested in arranging clothes than helping customers. Rude and unprofessional, please do better. Continued: 1/12 Went back today and the same thing happened. The cashier a tall brunette, white lady was extremely rude and mean. She treated me like I was bothering her or if she had something better to do. She questioned that I was in the sweat collective. I'm so offended that I'm never buying from Lululemon again. read more

I came in yesterday looking for something specific for my husband and had some other things in mind to try for myself and after browsing for 10 minutes not a single store associate acknowledged my presence. There were about 4 on staff and they were talking amongst themsleves or offering to help instead of saying hello. I won't be back. read more

Customer service at this location is awful. They have three fitting rooms, and there was a long wait to get a room. The store feels cramped and small. The workers are the most unfriendly bunch, attitude and plain rude, with exception to the male worker working at the fitting room who was kind and very helpful. They do have a bit of a different selection then the other local lulus, but otherwise would not recommend this location. read more

Lack of great customer service @ 6:30pm on Friday. Sorry I'll take my money elsewhere so another store can meet their goal. Also a lack of merchandise selection for such a high traffic area read more

I enjoy this location for multiple reasons: 1.) I live in the Heights, so I like the proximity 2.) 50% of your purchase goes to a great cause 3.) the staff has always been helpful You may see others saying the staff was not helpful... I have been to this store at least a dozen times and that has never happened to me. Quite the opposite... every time they didn't have an item in stock they would order it for me. All in all I recommend to is location. read more

Only go to this location if you don't mind your car getting broken into. Literally had to drive home with my THREE year old in the passenger seat because there was so much glass everywhere. Horrible location. read more

I agreed with all the comments about the ride costumer service. I've only been here 2 times since I live closer to another location and the 2 times I've come, the employees are no where to be seen. They definitely won't ask you if you need help either and when you ask, they seem annoyed. read more

I visited this location for the first time today. I called ahead to ask what the biggest size is that they carry before heading that way since other brands tend to only carry smaller sizes. AJ took my call, put a pair of biker shorts on hold for me and assisted me the entire time I was there. I was impressed by how comfortable their clothes was and by how they offer complimentary alterations if needed. This was my first ever lululemon purchase and I'm sure it won't be my last. Thank you for your help, AJ! read more

The employees at this store are awful. I saw at least 4 people working and they all talk to one another without helping a single customer. When I checked out, the manager was rude and didn't even say anything, it was super weird. The inventory here is also less than most of their stores. I would suggest going to a different one close by due to the inventory and service. read more

I absolutely love this location and the staff is always so welcoming! I find their staff to be extremely knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I've been to several of their after hours events and they are always so well organized. I choose to shop at this location because part of the proceeds benefit United Against Human Trafficking. This store does tend to have less merchandise selection but they always can order anything online and have it sent straight to you. I will choose to order online in store so that my proceeds go to a good cause! read more

As mentioned before in other reviews, Jacob gets the 5 stars here. Came here twice in one day because I was undecided about the hem length and both times, he was super helpful and attentive. Almost all the other customers were also vying for his attention bec it was very obvious how helpful he was to everyone he tended to. The store itself is quite small, but I knew exactly what I was looking for and it was a common item so they had it in stock. I suppose if you were looking for more variety, this is where it loses 1 Star. Otherwise, it's a great store! read more

I like this location because it's Heights local - which can be dangerous because it's one quick walk away!! It's also super convenient and less crowded than other Lulu stores. This location is like a boutique as there is not a huge selection as other stores may have. This location doesn't have a great WMTM section either. Staff is super friendly and the overall location is great! read more

Lululemon is my go-to workout clothing store, and I've been a customer for years. I've been to this location a few times, but I always experienced bad customer service. I walked in today, and I was just in casual/comfortable attire. I was checking out a pair of leggings as I was approached by one of the educators, and he said in a condescending manner, "have you ever had a pair?" I was pretty stunned. It was rude and snarky. It seemed as if he was insinuating I couldn't afford a pair. This location needs work on their professionalism. I ended up going to galleria because their customer service is amazing. read more

The ladies and gentlemen of this location are particularly amazing and helpful! They were super understanding and helpful when I had an alteration issue and they got me taken care of in no time. Highly recommend .... and they're so nice you want to bring them all coffees or something! read more

Jacob deserves a 5 stars. He's so knowledgeable and friendly. He greeted us and helped us selecting a bunch of pants. He patiently explained different fabrics and styles. Everyone else was very rude and shouldn't be working there. They don't even offer to help when I was clearly needed help. I had to wait for them to finish with their conversation and before they acknowledged that I needed a different size. The older lady there didn't even smile or greet us at all. She only helped older white ladies. But I guess that the majority of the population. Then she went smoked in front of the store. Really?! It sent out the wrong message about lululemon. I thought it's about being healthy. Anyways, Jacob is the only reason this store stays open. Everyone else is a joke. Management should look closer at their employees customer service skills. Horrible! I would not come back here! read more

Worst customer service ever. Makes the company look bad. When you are paying for a luxury brand there are certain expectations. You don't expect the cashier to put her leg up on a step and scratch her head and not even acknowledge you appropriately. I would rather drive and put up with galleria traffic then go to this location. They at least greet you despite their heavy volume. read more

Cute lululemon store, but it is quite small and doesn't have a wide range of leggings/tops/bras you would typically see at a normal store. I was immediately greeted by a very cheerful young guy who was so so helpful and assisted me throughout the process. However, I was waiting around to get checked out and the two female workers were just passing by me while I was waiting at the cashier to be checked out. The guy was awesome, however the girls could do a better job smiling and being more helpful than roaming around the small boutique as if I can't see what you're doing. read more

The lady at the register was very passive aggressive and seemed annoyed when I asked her if I could make a return on clothes that I haven't even worn read more

This is an awesome quaint store. It was probably once a house. Jacob is SO helpful. He helped me but my boyfriend chlothes and went so far as to try stuff on for me when I couldn't decide on which works pants or joggers to buy. You can't beat that customer service. And they give you topo Chico when you shop. It's also dog friendly. They give your dog treats! Great customer service. The selection is not large like at Highland Village but the pluses are more personalized experience, less overwhelming, better parking, and a nice overall vibe. read more

I was very excited to walk into this local lululemon that isn't far from my home. We weren't greeted with a good morning, staff didn't offer to help either. They were just talking to each other. I walked into the fitting room and no one offered help or assistance if I needed another size. Won't be coming back read more

I love this lululemon location! They are always so friendly & willing to help find exactly what you're looking for. They also leave you alone to shop when you're just browsing! I love that part of the proceeds go to charity- makes me feel better about spending top dollar on stretchy pants. Go check them out! read more

Literally the worst Lulu location in Houston. I wanted to exchange paints for a longer pair that I bought a week ago and wore once and because I wore them they wouldn't exchange. I washed and took it to another location no issue. read more

I absolutely love this location! Its small & not overwhelming like some of the other store, makes me feel super comfortable! All the employees were so friendly & super trendy. You can tell they genuinely want to help out. This is my new go-to lulu !! read more

Small but homey. Great staff. Seem like they had more men's stuff than usual. Sry friendly staff.

Staff is very unhelpful and rude. 3 employees at once doing nothing. Very limited selection and sizes. Just a bad location. Go to the galleria location for better service. read more

I've always had really great experiences at this store. The staff is incredibly friendly and considerate. I lost my yoga mat during hurricane harvey and one of the guys working there happened to have a gently used one that he wanted to give to me. I mean, how generous is that?!?!? Additionally, they've had no problem ordering clothes to the store for me when they don't have it in stock. read more

So grateful to find this location in the Heights!!! I just had too much fun shopping and the staff was amazing and so helpful. And then to find out that they are linked with nonprofit United against human trafficking makes it even better! Anytime I'm wanting to make a future purchase online or in store I'll be making sure to go through this location to join them in their fight in make a difference. Thanks Lululemon Heights Team! Love this location. Staff was very helpful and gave great advice as to which pair of tights I should get. I will use this location for any other purchases I make! read more

The young ladies working can barely be bothered to look up from their phones to greet a customer, much less ask if you're looking for anything in particular. It's disappointing to have a better experience ordering online. While I normally give people understanding that they may be having a bad day, the poor customer service at this location is a constant. read more
