They had a lot of choices to pick from. I ordered a regular sausage, jalapeño sausage w/ cheese, and a cinnamon roll. What stole the show for me was the cinnamon roll. I was concerned that it was barely had any frosting on top but it was perfect! I wasn't a fan of the jalapeño sausage but I did like the original plain. Maybe just too much bread for my liking. This place has a lot of unique pictures on the walls and different flavors of pastries to buy. Definitely stop by if you're on a road trip!

It would be awesome if they had some kolaches with just cheese or were sweet, so while I had one with ham and cheese and one with sausage in cheese, she was at least able to enjoy a strawberry and cream danish as well as the always awesome poppyseed kolache. It's possible that a pecan square was purchased for later consumption, too. The self-serve coffee was great and we enjoyed all of this inside at a comfortable table. And after that, more shopping. But if you want brisket, look out! I've never seen a more miserly portion offered for 13 dollars. I understand that brisket is expensive now. But I still get it at various restaurants and have to say that it was a five dollar sandwich for thirteen bucks. Additionally, the sandwich maker apparently does not know what and order for "moist" brisket means. Mine proved rather dry.

The market is exceptionally clean, well organized, and beautifully maintained. Everything was neatly displayed, making it easy to browse without feeling rushed. Working behind the counter was Ms. Jenna. She greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly, welcoming attitude that made us feel right at home. She kindly let us know that if we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. We took our time wandering through the store, looking at all the unique items they had to offer. I couldn't leave empty-handed, so I picked up two bags of their chipotle-flavored pecans as souvenirs for my brothers. Whether they'll share them with anyone else is another story entirely. I spoke to a nice young man, Zach, and he immediately said he would help out, fetched his mechanism to charge my battery, and went outside with me. He jumped it off and I was soon on may way again. I hate small talk, I don't appreciate the cashier (one specific girl) throwing out items into the cart without a care. Things that you typically shouldn't just toss in Willy nilly and 9 times out of 10 she's extremely rude and gives nasty looks. I actively avoid her when she's on register.
