It would be awesome if they had some kolaches with just cheese or were sweet, so while I had one with ham and cheese and one with sausage in cheese, she was at least able to enjoy a strawberry and cream danish as well as the always awesome poppyseed kolache. It's possible that a pecan square was purchased for later consumption, too. The self-serve coffee was great and we enjoyed all of this inside at a comfortable table. And after that, more shopping. But what they do have is priceless -- friendly help, pharmacists who are full of recommendations on over the counter options, and more than a few over the counter medications you won't find elsewhere. Case in point, recently a friend had severe allergies and I mentioned Actifed as a drug that worked for me, but is no longer made. She called Old Corner Drug and Randy, the pharmacist on duty, told her they carried Aprodine, which turned out to the modern version of the medication with the exact same ingredients.
