The bank declined it because I was so far from home and didn't have a travel notice. She proceeded to quickly say the bank would only allow me to overdraft so far. I asked to go get my phone to let the bank know of my travel and pay for my goods but couldn't believe what a rude cashier this was. Not to mention the clerk had no regard for the COVID requirement to wear masks. She didn't have one on or enforced the law requirement to wear a mask. I could have gone to the Exxon next door but I chose to support local businesses so to be greeted with such disrespect was just a shame. I can't imagine her life or what led her to make that assumption but God help her. Maybe she's struggling herself.
