The service from phone to pick-up was perfect, friendly and quick. The place has nice decor and a great spot to meet friends plus it's a Bed & Brew for your overnight guests. Our pizzas were really good, we loved the crust and the toppings were plentiful. We will def7be returning customers as this place is just down the street from our condo.

There is a wall of draw beer taps with a nice selection to choose from. However, for those of us that haven't acquired the taste of beer they didn't have a lot of options of other beverages. No Iced tea or soda only canned and bottled beverages which is cold. On occasion you will see some nice "eye candy" so stop in and give them a try. I'm giving four stars only because of the limited selection of non alcoholic beverages. I know it's an Ale house so if your coming for their beer that's great but fountain drinks and iced tea would be nice for those who come for the pizza.

Outside seating had no shade that I saw and we didn't go upstairs to the outside seating there. They are pet friendly. Will I go back, probably not, but give it a shot. They cater to ASU students I believe.since they are right by the college.

We recently celebrated my daughter's college graduation at Luigi's , and it was nothing short of perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make this special occasion truly unforgettable. The menu was a mix of classic Italian dishes and creative specialties. We enjoyed everything from spaghetti and meatballs to Chicken Florentine and the Chicken Marsala was tender, with a sauce so delicious it begged to be sopped up with their fresh-baked bread. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were always full and our needs met. They scheduled a restaraunt full of reservations all at the same time instead of staggering them a few minutes apart each so that they could keep up with the guests orders. Our drinks took 20-30 minutes to reach the table. I will say the bartender was working hard to keep up, but he definitely needed some help. The salad came out and was good. However, when I ordered my $68 filet, I specifically asked the waiter what it came with. He told me potatoes, and I said, "Perfect." When my steak arrived, there was rice on my plate instead. If someone had simply come back to the table and told me that potatoes were not an option that night, I would have gladly chosen a different dish. It really comes down to basic communication. Our waiter was also the only server covering our side of the restaurant, and it was obvious that he needed help as well. I don't necessarily blame him for everything because he was clearly overwhelmed. What really made the experience worse was the gentleman who came out after we expressed that we didn't like the food. His attitude was essentially "too bad", and he was extremely rude and dismissive. That kind of response to a customer is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the service issues, lack of communication, food disappointment, and especially the rude attitude at the end completely ruined the experience. Save your money and go somewhere else.

So I had to ask the server who dropped our food off. I told her "when we ordered our food, I ordered La Marca. That hasn't come yet, and I would really like to have it because it's a little wild that the food beat my drink to the table." The server then didn't know what La Marca was. I had to tell the girl who worked there what it was. The first white wine on the wine list, and the only procecco. Whatever, fine. The other server goes to tell our server, who had been flitting around to other tables and doing cleaning duties. All of a sudden we hear the cork pop and our server brings the glass to me with half a proper serving size. She then had the audacity to lie to me and say "I couldn't find the bottle. Sorry." Then she leaves and doesn't check on us again until my husband's food is almost finished. Now on to the food. That was the most bland, undesirable food I've ever had. It was like someone held salt and pepper in another room and whispered the word "seasoning" hoping that it would somehow magically hit our food. When she came to collect my husband's plate, I had barely put a dent in mine. Partly because of how bland the food was, but because the steak that accompanied my risotto was tough. She asked how everything was and I told her honestly that it was the most bland food I'd had in a long time and if I could have salt and pepper. She sarcastically responded with a "yes ma'am" and came back with salt and then stole a pepper grinder off the table next to us. I seasoned the food and it was tolerable. But because of how tough the steak still was (because there's no fixing that) I couldn't even finish half the plate. The server came to ask if we were ready for the check and to take my plate and I asked for the manager at that point. Because at this point I'd actively complained to two separate servers and having been in the industry myself for two decades, I would have thought some of this would have already been communicated to the manager. I was sorely mistaken. The manager came out and gave us platitudes and mid apologies. But at that point, what could she do? I recounted the entire experience to her, she offered to have us come back and give them another chance, but you couldn't catch me in there again. I've not been this angry and disappointed when leaving a restaurant in a long time, and that's saying something because San Angelo is notorious for having atrocious service. When we got the check it had both our meals and a sweet tea that we didn't order. So I guess thanks for the free half glass of prosecco and two Dr. Peppers. Edit: 25 minutes after writing and posting this review, I had to run to the bathroom with issues from both ends. The food made me sick. So not only was it bland, but it was actually bad.

Occasionally there is comedy night so look for the advertisement on their Facebook page. I'm not a big fan of New York style pizza but if you like a thin crust and folding your pizza in half like a sandwich this place is perfect for you. The staff were all friendly and attentive and the pizza was flavorful and hot.
