Disappointed to say the least. My order was incorrect . Walked back in with it and was told no I ordered that. What I ordered was not that! It was a pile of mush on mushy crust and just mushy ! First off the staff didn't include everything in my order, even though I asked them 3 times if everything was in it, including listing off everything that I ordered. Second, the pizza was lackluster. I posted pics of the hair BAKED INTO our pizza. NEVER AGAIN! I would even turn down a paid dare to ever eat Papa Johns again. NEVER. EVER. GETTING. BACK. TOGETHER! we ordered late online (2305). The email confirmation stated 30-40 minute delivery (2335-2345). Called at 2345, 2355, & 1215. He was pulling up in the drive as we were hanging up with that last call. Opened it, and it was cold. Not refrigerator cold... But melted cheese now solidified. How long does that take anyways... For hot cheese to reach the point on pizza where it is no longer even warm enough to "pull" and "stretch" but can be bitten cleanly? Anywho... Got up this morning for breakfast. i ordered a pizza for delivery from papa johns pizza on the box had a written note saying i was out of area please reward the driver mgmt lol well i was not told i was out of area and was charged for delivery and was asked if i wonted any toppings large pizza for $12.00 well for that pizza and cheese sticks it it was $23.53 and im five miles away lol what kind of reward does the diver need $100.00 lol well i wont be doing business with this place any more store bought is just as good if the drivers need rewards lol their in the wrong job.but maybe the mgmt needs to give the delivery charge to the driver the cheep asses. I placed my order about three hours ago. Paid for it and they took the money out of my account. Papa John's didn't tell us that we weren't in there delivery area. I end up calling them. And I was then told..That they were waiting for someone to deliver the food.. There need to put on the site we're the cut off is for delivery, and delay the time they will be out. The only reason I would contemplate giving this restaurant even one star is the quality of the pizza, which arguably is very good, however the service absolutely SUCKS! My order started at 7:00 PM with a call to a young lady who was either so busy or so inattentive that she made me literally repeat EVERY sentence! Next, when I asked if there was someone else who could listen to me and take my order, I heard "freaking really?". I was told 30-45 minutes for my order and then waited for it to come. Fast forward one hour...pizza still is not here. Called the papa johns office and was immediately put on hold while waiting for a manager. Pizza shows up at that time and I hang up as it's finally here, and I've been waiting for a manager for 5 minutes now. In the tip column, I write "Late" and only give the charge for the pizza. The driver comes back to my door and starts lambasting me on how she was not late etc. Really? While I will give a good tip for good service and have been known to tip 75-100% for exceptional service, I absolutely refuse to give a tip when the service is crappy! Especially when the company charges a fee for the delivery in the first place. Finally, my entire order was cold. This is unacceptable! Also, if you want to follow up your conversation with a manager via e-mail? Fat chance of that. When they offer you a free pizza for their mistakes, it becomes a "he said, she said" if that person happens to not be there that night or gets fired. At this point, I think I'll start going w/ domino's or pizza hut as papa johns has really let me down! read more

Well, Papa John's... going to have to end our relationship again until the next city. Over cooked, arrived at room temp, and the biggest thing with this store. If you're a delivery driver, you chose that path in life. Maybe it's your "i'm retired now and just want some extra cash" kind of job, but both times I've had this awful pizza delivered, same experience. Drivers aren't the most pleasant of people. Wow! I was truly surprised by the service I received. I was in the mood for pizza and wanted to try something different. I looked around on the web and finally decided to try Papa Johns. I ordered online (Large pizza 3 toppings or specialty) and cheese sticks for 16.00 I added a 2-liter for 2.00 more. After delivery charge and tax's it was roughly 22.00 not to bad for delivery. I liked that they sent a confirmation email, With a wait time on it. I was surprised by a knock at my door 10 minutes before the earlier posted time. The driver was not only nice, but was thankful for the tip I gave him! I certainly will be ordering from them again! read more

This store has improved a lot over the last year or so. When we first moved to town a few years ago, we were less than impressed (cold pizza, long delivery, drivers who made me uncomfortable having them at my house, etc.) But we've given them a second chance, and the last couple of times delivery has been quick and the drivers extremely nice and professional. We have ordered from this Papa John's many times. They are always fast and the pizza is great. We even messed up and ordered online for pick up when we ment to order for delivery. When we realized the mistake we drove over and they remade the pizza for us so it would be hot! They really go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Love the pizza and the service! read more

Papa Johns doesn't deliver out the Lake Nasworthy as of last week I suppose. We ordered last week and they delivered, and his week they refuse to deliver on Hillside Drive. (KOA) Ridiculous to live in such a small area and not have delivery to the lake. read more

I just moved into town last week and was looking at reviews for this Papa Johns. Saw a very negative review but tried it out anyway. When I called to make my order the employee was helpful and quick. Said it would take about 30-45 minutes and the delivery guy showed up in about 20. He was also very polite and I was glad I made the choice to call despite the bad review I read. This resturaunts customer service is probably the worst I ever had. We had a bad experience a couple of years ago with not having everything we ordered. When I called for the manager he acted like it wasn't their fault. Fast forward to tonight, I ordered online, the email said it would only take 30-40 minutes. Hour and a half later...nothing. I call to see where my order is and the girl that answers tell me that it had already been delivered. She puts the "manager" on the phone and he tells me that the delivery driver couldn't find my house and that my address doesn't show up on the GPS....idiot didn't even realize that on papa johns website it has a map quest map to show where addresses are, which I checked and my address is on there. Also starts fighting with me that my phone number is wrong, which the confirmation email has my number on it and my account information on there also has my number on it. He also tells me that its going to take another hour to get my food to me since they have to remake it. Absolutely horrible!!! It is just sad because the family and I love papa johns but I don't think I can handle another screw up like this. read more
