Just left Lucy's and we have four happy bellies. We all had breakfast and it was so amazing. I had the silver dollar pancakes with blueberries. The blueberries are big and fresh. The hash browns were cooked to perfection. The cream gravy on the biscuits is some of the best I have ever had and I'm from East Texas. Husband had the philly omelette and it was big and tasty. The service was fast and friendly. Will be back for sure. read more

Love the food and vibe, HATE the loud music which spoils the overall experience. There are nearby other breakfast options where you don't have to shout. read more

The server I can not remember her name but, she was a stand up comedian and it really made the dinning experience amazing. We waiting a little longer for the food then expected but, it was so good. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. Plus the pie is amazing. read more

One of my favorite places in the area. The coffee is always on and the environment inside makes you want to stay a while

First time here. Waited an hour after ordering, never got any food. After watching FIVE other tables who came in after us receive their food and the people at the bar who all came in after us , we finally gave up and got up to leave. The manager offered no apologies, just said, 'we're busy, have a nice day. ' Very disappointing. read more

Highly recommend. They serve breakfast all day, so it's a great place to stop by if you like breakfast food. Everything is very reasonably priced. I ordered the veggie omelet which was about $8. The omelet was huge, filled with veggies and cheese. It also came with a large side of hasbrowns (they specifically ask if you wan them crispy!), grits, and toast or a biscuit with gravy. I was also told the chicken fried steak was delicious. The waitresses were very busy when I dined there, but they were still fairly quick with everything and apologetic when things took more time than expected. Go here if you like breakfast food! read more

If you need your fix for tasty diner food, this is the place. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night meal to prevent a hangover. I love coming here on Sunday afternoons and filling my belly with there breakfast meals. The staff are great and always so nice and kind. They serve it up diner style, you know, when there are 17 plates for your one order (exaggeration, but you know what I mean.) I promise, you won't leave hungry! read more

Us girls went out for lunch today here, I picked here because I have been here many times in the past and had breakfast late at night or in the middle of the night or early in the morning lol yep breakfast any time, always good. Well, I haven't been here in a long time because that virus messed up my eating schedule lol like I had a schedule, but I'm blaming that! First, the lady waiting on us was great, super friendly and they both seemed to be that were in there. So, ok the food, well there was a lot, when I say a lot I mean I could eat on it for three days!! Yep I brought it all home with me. Ok the food taste, sorry this is why it only got the 4 stars instead of 3. I had meatloaf, mashed taters, and fried okra. The meatloaf was super dry, but there was tons of ketchup on it, which I'm not a big ketchup fan and tons and tons of bell peppers, very strong pepper taste. So yeah sorry was not impressed with that but hey I'm very picky. The fried okra was pretty good, crunchy like its suppose to be but a little to much cornmeal on them, they were grainy from all the cornmeal. Like I said im very picky, and probably won't try any of that again, but I will be back for breakfast again soon. Try it out if your in the area, great for big eaters!!! Oh oh, fried green maters, yep they have them. We had some but the makers were not cooked long enough, dang I'm so picky lol I will sti k to frying my own. Happy eating yah go try it out and enjoy. read more

Ew. And don't let the old lady wait on you. She's unpleasant to say the least. Makes you feel like a huge inconvenience for being there. Huffed and puffed over having to do her job.. youd think instead of complaining about not making any money she would be a bit nicer to try and earn some tips.. the only tip I've got for the old hag is to learn some manners. Shame. read more

On Sunday, July 22nd we arrived to Lucy's Diner around 8:30 pm. Although the food was excellent there were some other circumstances that made this a three star review. The lady that took our order was new. She had my son repeat his order numerous times and when it came out all of the toppings he requested were not on his burger--he did get a bunch of toppings he didn't want. I ordered hamburger steak and the cook came out of the kitchen asking if I wanted ham steak or hamburger steak because he wasn't sure and wanted to get the order right. He then corrected the new waitress numerous times and anytime she asked him a question he barked at her. Very uncomfortable atmosphere........ Food was hot and delicious but the other nonsense was something we could have done without. read more

Visited Lucy's 3 times: Went for breakfast. Restaurant was packed which was a good sign. Food was delicious. Portions were large. Bill was very reasonable. Went to lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered the Turkey Dinner. Food was not very hot. A little disappointed but decided to give it another shot. Went to lunch on a Monday. Ordered breakfast. Ham in omlette was burned; Hashbrowns were off. Biscuit was not fresh. Originally had Lucy's rated at 5 stars but had to downgrade to 3 stars based on last 2 visits. I will probably try one more time. read more

The food is amazing! Prices are great! Free pie Mondays and Thursday s. I mean, if you don't go here. you are missing out!

Meatloaf hey was good, green beans excellent as were the rolls. Service adequate. The music, however, was so loud. It was difficult to talk to other members of the party. When we asked the music be turned down we were informed that was controlled in Oklahoma City and they could do nothing about it. read more

I really like Lucy's, I go there quite often , but the music that they are playing in the background has gotton sooo loud lately and makes it very hard to hear the conversations at the table. read more

I stopped by while visiting some family a few days ago and I can confidently say the food was some of the worst I've had in my 50 years of life. The food reminded me of when I was in High School eating at the cafeteria. I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

Recommend, if you have really low standards. Staff is not knowledgeable, menu options aren't interesting or well prepared. Fails to meet the lowest bar for diners. read more

Great little diner. The food is fresh and prepared to order. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. It's getting rare to find service staff with a good personality and willingness to provide a great customer experience. The great thing is there's FREE PIE!! Poor service! Was seated...15 minutes before 2 drinks to be brought....20 before waitress came back to take order, had to repeatorder 3 times...staff standing around dirty unbussed tables...people coming in after we ordered got their food (which was a bigger party) there was only 2 other people there...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Lucy's diner is the diner experience that you are looking for. Food open past 10 P.M. is scarce aside from your typical pizza and "chain-diner" (you know which diner I am speaking of.....[if you are still unsure which, it rhymes with taffle bouse]). Lucy's diner is original which means the portions are big and filled with love. The staff are nice and helpful and the food is delicious. If I were to choose a restaurant that was open past 10 P.M., it would still without a doubt be Lucy's. Overall 5 Lucy's / 5 Lucy's. read more

Very friendly hole in the wall diner. Waitstaff are efficient and friendly. It's worth the wait if busy.

I got the Omelet and thought it was amazing!!! I wasn't impressed much with the biscuit but my omelet and hash browns was amazing!!! My wife wanted breakfast after church Sunday afternoon. We searched and found Lucy's serves breakfast 24/7. It was our first time there. I loved the diner atmosphere. But Lucy's is about the food! Great food! Great portions! Great prices and value! And great people! Awesome! We will go back! read more

I love Lucy's! It's a typical diner with good food and good prices. They serve breakfast all day so my favorite time to go is for brunch. It does get busy on the weekends so be prepared for a wait. The food has never disappointed, and the breakfast portions are large enough to share. All of them come with grits plus your choice of toast or biscuit and gravy. All homemade and excellent. Keep in mind this is in addition to your meal... so lots of food. Also, if you've never had fried green tomatoes, get them and try them! I don't even like tomatoes and they are really good here. read more

Just your average diner breakfast. Food not always consistent. Today was on lesser side of average. Hashbrowns not quite done and biscuits done Elly Mae style. Not bad enough to prevent future visits. read more

Like Denny's on steroids. The biscuits were soft and fluffy, the gravy was made perfectly, the hash browns were the best I've had in years, and the chicken fried steak was extremely tender. read more

We visited on New Year's Day, and I was so disappointed. I wanted to go somewhere that had "beans and greens" on their menu, and Lucy's did. The first thing I noticed upon walking in was how dirty it was. There was food all over the floor, and almost every empty table had trash and food on it. We found a table and hoped for the best. To sum up the rest of the experience, the waitress forgot about us- after taking over five minutes to come to the table initially to get drunk orders. When we had finally ordered, we waited a while only for our food to be delivered to the wrong table. Folks at that table actually touched my husband's food before the waitress brought it to us. The food was lukewarm and just not good. I'm hoping maybe this was just an off day for them, but I won't be back to find out. read more

Late review however... lets start with the pancakes ! Lovely , just like your grandma made them . I enjoyed a part and despite the small town and the close nit community i thought going at night was a great idea and i dnt regret it at all... the southern hospitality was REAL and the food was straight from the heart read more

Wonderful staff. Food portion was great for the meatloaf meal. Will come back again when I'm in the area.

I've only been here around 3-4 times but I really enjoy it. I love their fried mushrooms.

You have got to be kidding me. We love the Sunday turkey dinner. Great dinner/ great price. But much to our surprise we were charged 50 cents for each glass of water. If you think we're kidding, we have posted the receipt. We hope management realizes that the extra dollar he got today cost him some customers. Our $55 tab not enough? Try NOTHING when we eat where tap water is still free. read more

New diner in the former Hi-D-Ho location near downtown Rogers. It's open 24hrs. The menu is full of daily specials, home cooking, lots of sandwiches, an entire burger section and you can get breakfast at any time. I decided on a weekday special of roast beef with three sides, cornbread and a drink for under $7. Great value and very tasty. The mashed potatoes were yummy lumpy and the mac and cheese tasted homemade. I will definitely go back and try other items including breakfast. My only complaint is how crowded it is. They left the old seating set up so unless you are a table or two or four, you won't really fit and won't be able to sit together. The waitresses were super friendly and stayed on top of keeping my drink filled. While Wesners might be the town fav, the food here is ten times better. read more

The service is great. The food is so good. They serve large portions, fresh and fast. Come hungry, you won't be disappointed.

"can I start you off with fried green bean sprouts?". And with that, the amazingly serpentine and nauseating trip from Cairo, IL to Rogers was forgotten. Since we pulled in at 1130, and Rogers is in a dry county, we had few food options. Lucy's was perfect. Highschoolers occupied a booth two back and left. One nerd, one musician nerd two arkansas punks and one nickleback nerd. They were al having a great time and were having Ice Cream on this Sunday evening. I did not get the bean sprouts, but should have. read more

This place isn't the cleanest restaurant we've been to. Also our food was very oily and the grits had no flavor like they came out of a box. They definitely could work on the cleanliness of the tables and chairs as well as make more homemade food and it be less oily. This is not a place I will go to again. read more
