Dropped by on a Thursday afternoon for tea and coffee. The server was extremely friendly and told me the cafe was dog friendly. The passion fruit iced tea was delicious.

Apple cake which they are known for, carrot cake and red velvet cake.

Amazingly quiet cheesecake cafe in the middle of the city. Employee there was very friendly and we definitely enjoyed not one cheesecake but 2. Great spot to check out as you are walking or cycling around the city.

The CUTEST little cheesecake shop. The lemon cheesecake was fabulous but 5 euros was a bit high for one slice.

Good Cakes and great coffee. Just the prices for cakes are a bit high. Interior is very hip. Overall a cool place.

So good I stopped by twice on a 3 day trip to the city…read more I stopped by on my first visit craving a big, hearty sandwich for a late lunch and thought this might be a good find. Happy to report I was very right. I grabbed one of the many outside seats, took a look at the menu that was entirely in Dutch and waited for the wonderful waitress to quickly translate nearly every item for me. I landed on the chicken club and it hit the spot. I arrived hungry but could still only manage to finish half. Chicken was grilled perfectly into thin slices, soft boiled egg was a new touch that I loved, avocado, lettuce and probably a few other things I am forgetting. Oh, and a handful of crisps on the side. On my next visit, it was my last night in Amsterdam and I still haven't tried the infamous fries. I stopped in around 9:30 for a late night snack and a hot ginger tea. The fries were the perfect fries! Thin, crispy, salty. I loved. I also can get behind the mayo thing they do here, even though I really am a ketchup loyalist. Anyway, lunch or dinner or late night snack, this is a good spot. You'll like the foot and you'll love sitting outside people watching, reading your book, whatever.
