And for the price and oddly formal-feeling atmosphere, I'd expect at least one standout ingredient- but no. I enjoyed their simple margherita pizza with flavorful sauce, bold basil, and warm melted mozzarella. The Caprese (pronounced kuh-prey-zey, ‐zee) On a Boat was delicious. The mozzarella--although not Italian buffalo de mozorella with its heritage from Campania-- had the right touch of mild flavor accentuated with the balsamic glaze drizzled over the top. The wood fire added a slight touch of smokiness in the thin, wonderfully stretched, dough. I can only describe the dough as perfection.
