First time trying a Gouldsburger cheesesteak and I must say, it's the best cheesesteak I have ever had in my entire life. Not sure what went into any rating below 5...maybe it was an off day for the business, but certainly if the finished product is consistent with what I had this evening, there is no way that this cheesesteak should be rated anything below 5 star. The bread is perfect...the cheese is perfect...the meat is perfect. Very rarely do I think to myself about eating anything "I wish this experience wouldn't end" but I felt like that with this cheesesteak. If you receive something less than what you see in pictures, talk to the manager because certainly the bar is high for this place. I get the impression they would want to know. It's $17 but it's welllll worth it. What would you expect to pay for ribeye. Only thing I regret is not trying the fries but I'm stuffed so maybe next time!

I liked very much that they sent us to the second floor. It was small but something about the place makes it feel cozy. I asked for the meatball Parmesan sub and it was packed, fresh and tasty. Someone who seemed to be the owner came around and said hi. Asked if everything was good which is a plus.
