It also shares a lot with Rita's Italian Ice, so dessert is basically built in. I ordered the Asher's Cutlet sandwich and it was tasty. The bread was soft and fresh, packed with a few crispy, well seasoned chicken cutlets, and the pepperoni really stole the show. I also grabbed one of their brownies at the counter, which was moist and fudge like and hit the spot for something sweet. I did try the potato salad and it wasn't for me. It leaned more toward a plain potato taste than a true potato salad, I prefer mine with more mayo or condiments mixed in. Service was friendly from the moment I walked in, greeted with smiles the whole way through. I'll definitely be back to give it another shot.

My eldest niece had her incredible baby shower yesterday; it was catered by Palladinos…read more Id never heard of them before but my relatives did due to a mutual connection with our local fire company, who uses them. I met Nicole, who prepped the hall and food so beautifully. She seemed genuinely happy to be there and to do her "thang!" The array of foods, from appetizers and a stellar charcuterie board, to hot entrees and desserts were absolutely amazing! I personally had a Caesar salad, a chicken cutlet, and bow tie pasta in a blush sauce. Really good salad - crisp and fresh, plus Im guessing store made dressing? Super good (I eat a ton of salads). As a foodie and Italian lol - Im picky about my cutlets! These were very good and not greasy at all. I loved the pasta as well. Very tasty sauce and not overcooked (I hate when it's mushy!). I passed on the desserts since I had cake and my sister's brownies. They looked beautiful and were getting rave reviews from my daughter and other family at my table. My only ding, and IDK if it was due to refrigeration, was from my partner, who had a leftover sandwich. The roll was falling apart as he was eating it? He enjoyed the stuffed and good quality meats though. Overall, fabulous! I highly recommend Palladinos :)

We flew in from Portland Oregon the day before and drove from upstate New York on the 29th so I could have my Aunt officially meet my fiance in person. After almost 4 hours of driving, Palladino's was literally the PERFECT food for us to enjoy once we were settled in for the night. Thank you to everyone at Palladino's for making such amazingly delicious food! My fiance instantly became a huge fan and you brought back so many great memories of why I love hoagies from South Jersey so much! I know my Aunt has previously ordered from here and I'm glad our first meal back on the east coast was from Palladino's.

It's technically just a deli--but it's a great deli…read more We've been coming here ever since we moved to the area. The first time we walked in, it definitely caught us a little off guard (you'll understand once you see it), but it didn't take long for this place to completely win us over. Pro tip for first-timers: the front door has a mind of its own. It sticks pretty hard--probably some weird pressure thing--so you've got to pull hard to get in and push hard to get out. Like... commit to it. Once you're inside, though, it's all worth it. The food is consistently delicious, generously portioned, and very reasonably priced. Truly zero complaints--we've never had a bad meal here. And on top of that, they offer free local delivery, which is always a huge bonus. As you'd expect from a proper deli, the menu is massive--easily dozens and dozens of sandwich options--yet somehow the service is always fast, efficient, and friendly. Even on busy days, they keep things moving without making you feel rushed. And yes, even when I only stop in a handful of times a year just to play the lotto, they're still welcoming and upbeat. Overall, this place does an excellent job of giving you real value for your money. It's one of those no-frills, neighborhood spots that just gets it right--good food, fair prices, and reliable service. We're glad to have it nearby and will definitely keep coming back.

Sometimes the simplest places are the ones that end up impressing you the most…read more Steak Out has been around forever, and after finally stopping in, I completely understand why. From the outside it looks like your classic neighborhood cheesesteak shop, but once you walk inside you're greeted by a surprisingly warm, rustic dining room filled with old license plates, wood accents, and just enough local character to make you want to sit down instead of grabbing your food and leaving. I ordered a cheesesteak, and this thing was absolutely loaded. Not one of those sandwiches where half the roll is empty--every bite was packed with tender, finely chopped steak. The meat was flavorful, cooked perfectly, and the cheese was melted throughout instead of just sitting on top. Sometimes cheesesteaks try to get fancy with a hundred toppings. This one proves you don't need any of that when the basics are done right. The surprise of the meal, though, was dessert. I figured I'd finish with a slice of cheesecake, expecting something ordinary. I was wrong. It was rich, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. It's the kind of dessert that makes you slow down and enjoy every bite. Service was friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere felt comfortable--exactly the kind of place you could bring family, grab lunch with coworkers, or stop by after a long day. South Jersey has no shortage of places claiming to have a great cheesesteak, but Steak Out has earned its reputation. When you combine generous portions, quality ingredients, a welcoming dining room, and a fantastic dessert, it's easy to see why this place has been a local favorite for so many years. This definitely won't be my last visit. There's still plenty left on the menu I want to try, but one thing is certain--the cheesesteak alone is worth the trip.
