Each time the meat lasted our family of three at least three months. We were literally spending a couple of hundred dollars a month at the chain supermarkets. My colleague also has a family of three and she goes every 6 to 7 months. To make your experience better there are a few things you should do. 1) Make sure you have a thick jacket because its very cold and you can be standing inside for some time waiting for others to put in their orders. 2) Have an idea of what meats you want and how much you want. 3) Go on a weekday if you don't want to have to wait in line for hours. If you're someone who likes to have your hand held and your a customer who needs to be coddled through the purchase process, do the rest of us a favor and stay at the local supermarket. This is a fast-paced environment and the staff doesn't have time to stroke your ego as they have so many people to take care of in a short amount of time.

They charged me well over $12 a pound and when I saw what I was getting, I happily thought I was getting the center cut. But when I got it home and opened the package, it was just several butt pieces with a lot of silver skin and thick sinew running through each piece. I'm sure these were pieces that would otherwise be discarded. After an hour of cleaning out the silver skin and sinew, discarding over a pound, all I was left with was pieces, not a single one big enough to cook as a steak. Fooled me once, but they will not fool me again. I am never going back.

Truly zero complaints--we've never had a bad meal here. And on top of that, they offer free local delivery, which is always a huge bonus. As you'd expect from a proper deli, the menu is massive--easily dozens and dozens of sandwich options--yet somehow the service is always fast, efficient, and friendly. Even on busy days, they keep things moving without making you feel rushed. And yes, even when I only stop in a handful of times a year just to play the lotto, they're still welcoming and upbeat.
