I did not know this was a mistake because it was my first time having them done My nails were messed up by the time I get home I live an hour and a half away from Springfield so I did not have time to go back because I was leaving for my trip. I called the salon the first words out of the owner's mouth was I will refund some money on your card. From there he said he would be happy to pay to have somebody else repair the nails. Unfortunately I did not have time for that because I was attending the wedding. I simply asked for half the money back on my card, like the owner stated at the very first of our conversation on the phone. Of course that wasn't done and now he's saying that was never said but that's not true. Since it was the first time I had my nails done and I am 65 years old it's not like I want them done again it was for a special occasion my son's wedding. He did offer to do them again. I did a u turn and came to her to get my nails done. She took me in with the sweetest disposition and sense of urgency considering I only had an hour before picking up my daughter. I noticed a girl getting her nails done with a male tech, and he seemed to be very meticulous. So i decided to come back for a gel mani before my bridal shower. That was a Thursday evening, and it's now Tuesday and almost every nail has chipped/torn off. When he did it I could tell he didn't care at all about the polish application. My cuticles also look like crap. The "massage" was not even close to that, more like an aggressively quick arm lotion rub.

REALLY? I have had my nails done way better the same style for 25-30$ I think it is ridiculous how much they charge. I asked the lady why so much and she said "because of the coffin shape and my nails were long. Mind you they aren't long at all. So $40 bc of length and shape and $10 for shellac. I could have went else where and got the same exact nails and a pedi for $50. I'm really upset I spent that much and could have gone elsewhere for better nails. The nails seem big and bulky to me . No water was offered and it felt rushed. I also didn't see a color I really wanted so I had to settle. So no I will not be going back. Save your money and go elsewhere. Update: 2/17 - one day after getting my full set/gel. Did the dishes this morning and now the gel has chipped and started to come off.

Used a…read moredremel to remove existing polish, grinding away a layer of my nails and making several abrasion wounds on my toes, then spent literally 90 minutes rubbing my legs randomly with creams, scrubs and masks, plus rocks and towels. I asked for Eucalyptus scent; she used Cannabis Sativa. I finally realized she was killing time so another tech could do the polish. After almost 2 hours, I left with a mediocre polish job.
