Never again. It was obvious the girl had no idea what she was doing. Asked for simple pedi. Used a dremel to remove existing polish, grinding away a layer of my nails and making several abrasion wounds on my toes, then spent literally 90 minutes rubbing my legs randomly with creams, scrubs and masks, plus rocks and towels. I asked for Eucalyptus scent; she used Cannabis Sativa. I finally realized she was killing time so another tech could do the polish. After almost 2 hours, I left with a mediocre polish job. read more

Went in and was very rushed. I've had my nails done every couple months the last 7 years. I can tell you that this was the worst experience I've had. The young man doing my nails missed a lot of steps. He rushed through it and didn't say not one word to me. I told him the length I wanted them and completely didn't listen to me and he made them so much shorter than what I wanted. Not only that, I told him I wanted a nail re done because it was so different from the others and was very crooked and he rolled his eyes. They reuse nail files, Emory boards, and nails clippers. There was a sign in the front of the store that says not to use sharp metal tools for removing dead skin, and they use sharp metal tools to remove skin. The massage chairs are nice and they have a great color selection. But they need to sanitize their tools and toss their nails files after each use. read more

Walked in & got right in. I got a shellac mani/pedi & my daughter got a shellac mani. $68 for all. Very relaxing! Everything was clean and staff was friendly. They have the largest selection of shellac on display that I have ever seen! read more

I've been going here for a while, they have a massive selection on dip nail colors and do an overall great job. But every time I go, the price increases for various reasons... most I understand but I'm finding a new place after today I was told it was $40. I've gotten colored French tips and understood the additional charge (2 colors were used and it did take more precision- understandable up charge) Normally, it's $35 for one color, but it was $5 more because they shaped my natural nail into an almond shape. I have never heard of an extra charge for shaping your nails before. When I question why they gave no real reason besides the shape....I think that's kind of unreasonable charge. maybe if I asked for a coffin shape or something more drastic but this seemed ridiculous. read more

Very good place for women or men to get manicures and pedicures. We have been there several times and got great work done.

First there was no sanitation between customers at tables getting there nails done. I had a full set by Amy, I believe she's the owner. Some of my nails are thick, some thin, some wide, some narrow. There is acrylic under my nails she didn't get out. I asked for square but she rounded most of them. All my nails are rough around the edges. So much inconsistency I can't believe they still in business. What a waste of money. read more

Lady doing my nails was in a rush from the moment I chose my color. I did pointy acrylic and they turned out really bumpy and crooked. I even had her take one off completely because it was crooked. The first time I went here I had a great experience. I got a pedicure for $25 and gel on my nails for $15. My nails looked great. Since I had such a good experience I went back to have my nails done with the gel again. I had a younger man that did a great job on my nails! When I went to pay it was $25 even though there is a big sign in the parking lot that says gel nails $15. Since he did such a good job I didnt say anything and just paid. Third time I went I got gel on my nails again. I said I wanted to get just the $15 gel o. My nails. I got a newer girl and the entire time all she talked about was how she was about to fall asleep, how her eyes were getting hard to keep open, and how she couldnt wait to be off... wow really, I'm in here to relax not listen to you complain. When I finished I had speckles in my nails or some sort of debris. I even hard a sparkle here and there and I didnt choose gel with sparkles in it or have any design with sparkles. At one point there was a hair/fuzz stuck to my nail and I had to let the girl know to get it off. The girl cut my cuticles 3 times. When I got to the counter surprise surprise it was $25 so I advised I had asked for the $15 gel and was advised I got shellac. Before I even decided on the gel I had asked the girl what the difference between the two were. So I paid and left and did not leave a tip. I am not the type of person to cause a scene but after being overcharged twice I just wanted to get out of there. I understand these things can happen but the last experience just really made me opt to not try this salon again. Maybe it will be better for you but make sure to ask for the younger man. This was my third, and last time. When I first sat down in my chair for a manicure, I noticed a line of "nail dust" gathered along the edge of where you rest your palms. I was relieved when they asked me to move chairs. At the new station, though, there was an obviously dirty towel with old nail trimmings on it. I expected the beautician to, naturally, change it, but she grabbed my hands, pulled me in, and we got started on that nasty towel. She didn't disinfect the nail clippers, file, or buffers that she used on me, so I can only wonder how long it's been since they've been cleaned. Very gross. I will not be coming back. read more

Several different nail technicians there have taken care of my manicures and pedicures, and I have been very pleased with all of them. Damn it Hollywood Nails! If I didn't always get in and always get what I wanted, I might be mad at the fact that the price is always different from the menu board. Walking up to the counter to pay my tab is a surprise every time. There is a funny Hispanic comedienne who has a skit about how all the little extras on it at a nail salon add up. It's something I can't do myself and so I just end up paying it and getting mad... And then going back and doing it all over again. LOL I have never had the same technician twice here, and I've gotten everything from shellac to dip to Spa pedicures... It's a busy busy place and for good reason. Their massage chairs are nice too. I've been to this location several times and it gets a little worse each time. I guess if you don't mind being treated subhuman, this is your place. It's always busy, they rush you to your chair, they never look at you or talk to you and they do everything as quickly as possible. When they are finished, they rush you up to the counter to dry your nails and never look at you again. The quality of the pedicure is subpar. I will not be going back. I'll be looking for a place where they treat me like a person and not just more money to be made. read more

I went to get my nails done about two months ago and the woman doing my nails cut my cuticles very badly. I didn't realize what she was doing until she had already started, and I bled on about four fingers and it hurt. I asked for regular nail polish (meaning not the UV kind) and she gave me the UV kind. They are not only just like every other basic nail salon in town just way more unprofessional. I go in and am told a two minute wait time, that turned into over twenty minutes. It's even more sad that I've been going there forever but will never go again. Even before I went in I called to let them know I was coming in.... and ended up walking out. The guy who did my nails cut me 3 times. I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes, and had two women who were very rude (I am not the kind of person to make posts or try to make places look bad, but this was a very bad experience). I also witnessed a woman who was basically bullied and made fun of because she wanted to just take her shellac off and leave her nails bare. Absolutely LOVE this place! I drive all the way from Branson to get my nails and toes done here! I have tried just about everyone near me and they are by far the BEST!! They have great service and an amazing staff! They do the best pedicures! And if you haven't tried the powder on your nails yet I highly suggest it! Does anyone speak English in any of the nail salons? This one was no different. The salon held around 15 chairs and appeared clean. Beyond the language barrier the staff was mostly young and hard working. Call first to get a price quote as there can be some misunderstanding if you don't. I had a girl file down a corn on the bottom of my foot near the little toe. Price was reasonable and I was in and out within 10 minutes. They do accept walk-ins. HORRIBLE pedicure, polish is lumpy, not a good experience. Plus we were going to get eyebrows waxed and they ignored us until they were so busy there was a wait. NEVER go there! I tried to complain to the managers but they all of a sudden no longer spoke any english. The place was a zoo too. The manager kept telling people to come back tomorrow, come back at 6, can't help you now. All in English. It is the first time I have ever had anything done and not left a tip. I figured the best thing to do is give them terrible reviews and post on my FB page how awful they were. My intention was to get a deluxe pedicure which at Queen nails is the normal pedicure and then includes two different leg and foot scrubs, cooling gel, mask, paraffin wax & hot towel. She rushed, talked on her cell phone the whole time, used the pummus stone on the arch of my foot where it wasn't needed and hurt yet did not do my heal and then was practically grabbing my credit card out of my wallet when I was trying to get it out.
