Lucia's Two Go is located at the 5 Corners, next to the CVS and across the street from Top's Diner. Lucia's Two Go is a very casual pizza joint which serves up NY style (18" round) and sicilian style pizza, calzones, hot & cold subs, wings, salads, pasta dinners, and Pepsi products. It's order at the counter with a long open kitchen and table seating along the windows. The place can get busy with the phone ringing constantly and most folks were getting delivery ($1 charge/$10 minimum) or takeout. A few varieties of pizza are offered by the slice. I've been here for lunch and dinner. For lunch, I ordered some NY style pizza slices, which were just okay because the crust was a bit dry from the slices sitting around in the open air. If you can, I recommend ordering a whole fresh pizza (starting at $11.75 plus tax) instead. For dinner, I ordered a Baked Lasagna Dinner ($9) served with a garden salad and a big half loaf of Italian bread. The Lasagna was awesome, which was a big piece and had layers of firm noodles, ricotta cheese, ground meat, sweet tomato sauce, and slices of mozzarella on the top. The service was efficient and friendly each time. HOURS: Sun-Thurs: 11AM-9:30PM; Fri-Sat: 11AM-10:30PM

My aunt ordered cavatelli, broccoli, and sausage for a family party a couple weeks back and it was delicious! Very flavorful all around. When we headed back to NJ, we ended up stopping here to try their pizza and also ordered a chicken parm sandwich. We ordered the smallest pizza and it was huge! 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese...the cheese only part was better. The chicken parm sandwich was good and the bread it was on was delicious. It's a bit out of the way from my parents but we would definitely have something catered for another family party.

A delicious tuna sub with provelone, LTO & hot peppers... splitting it is a must.

This place has the best tuna sub I've had! (Please let me know where you've had one better) Fresh made bread, that's not too thick. Delicious white tuna, provelone, L T O & hot peppers... it really doesn't get any better. Easily splitable. (See my pic) Their pizza is good as well and always has the freshest ingredients.

Pretty average Italian food- but there are better ones throughout Rotterdam and Schenectady. Pretty disappointed in their Italian mix- they used their pizza pepperoni instead of nice, flavorful pepperoni. The sandwich was lacking in oil and vinegar and the meats (including the pizza pepperoni) were lackluster. If you want average food and don't want to eat greasy fast food at McDonalds or wait to sit and dine at Tops (both are right across the street), Lucia's is the place to go.

Was always the go to spot. Big let down tonight from the lack of enthusiasm and obvious annoyed tone I shouldn't have even placed an order. Ordered the wings extra crispy and hot like always. Came soggy with no sauce and way undercooked fries were soggy pizza was cold. Guess it's time to look elsewhere. Two thumbs down.

Great pizza and wings. The grilled chicken salad is by far my favorite and also the soft bread. It is inexpensive and plenty of parking. They do delivery after 4 pm.

They have great pizza. Arguable the best in town. It's a nice thick crust and one of our favorites. I also love the steak sandwiches.

The pizza is akin to the type of pizza you'd get from a birthday. You can tell when a pizza place uses fresh, high quality ingredients, and Poppies just doesn't. The dough is clearly pressed and the pizza (and wings) are just poor quality. The service was good enough and the overall cleanliness of the place appeared good. However, I can not recommend as a good place to go for a quality slice.

This location has been the home to All In The Family Pizza (moved), Roman's Pizzeria & Deli, and Tasty Pizzeria. I stopped by Poppy's Pizzeria for a quick bite. The place was quite busy with the phone ringing. To make things quick, I got the 2 Pizza Slices with Topping & 20 oz drink for $8 plus tax. I chose a slice of pepperoni and a slice of sausage which were heated up in the oven. There is not much seating inside, but there is ample picnic table seating outside shared with Poppy's Ice Cream. The hot pizza slices were pretty good, which had a thin firm soft and chewy crust topped with the right amount of tomato sauce, meat toppings and melted cheese. I will have to try their calzone on the next visit.

First off, presentation and crust game? Solid. You're getting a good bake, decent structure, and slices that hold their own. Not floppy, not overly stiff right in that respectable middle lane. That's a win. Now let's talk about the sauce... because this is where things get mixed. Taking a look at some of the chatter on Yelp, there's a noticeable trend and I've got to agree. The sauce is inconsistent. Some bites hit with a nice tang and balance, but others feel either a little too sweet or lacking depth. It doesn't always punch through the cheese like you want it to. For a place trying to compete in the pizza game, sauce consistency is everything--and right now, it's just not elite. Cheese and toppings are good--not mind-blowing, but definitely respectable. No complaints there. Quality is there, just not standout.

The businesses are located a couple of blocks from the gateway marking the entrance to Schenectady's Little Italy. So much history, food and romance in this neighborhood. We had Sunday brunch at More Perreca's. The bakery is closed on Sunday but I got a Sausage Lettuce Tomato sandwich served on toasted Perreca's bread. It was so delish. The Italian sausage was served with lettuce, tomato, roasted garlic puree, mayo and side salad. Everything was so fresh. My $11 meal was reasonably priced. The garlic purée was amazing. They need to bottle it. I'd buy some. My friend had the Mac and cheese and an espresso martini. He loved both. Rachelle was our server. She was wonderful. Very helpful. She explained some of the menu to me because there were a number of Italian sausage dishes. The food was prepared quickly which was great because we were hungry. Rachelle came back later to check on us. I gave her a thumbs up and a smile while busily chewing a bite of sandwich. The restaurant is charming with nice tin ceilings and big windows to let the light in. There are many booths which makes it cozy. When we arrived most of the tables were full. Based on the chatter in the room it sounded as though a lot of friends had gathered at the restaurant to literally break bread over brunch. The menu offers a nice variety: from egg breakfasts, assorted salads to Italian classics. It was an all around yummy and enjoyable experience. I let Rachelle know that we'll be coming back.
