Very nice people. Honest. They only did the work necessary and charged fair prices. The service was fast too. We will go there again.

Craig is an extremely honest and trustworthy person. I come from a family of mechanic's, but we're…read morenew to the area and you know how it is with family? You hate to bug them! I'm so happy I chose to come to Integrity. Craig communicated with me every step of the way and the repairs were done on time and lower than the estimate! Don't be afraid to bring your auto here!

I was truly disappointed I'm this place, mostly the uncaring kids that work there. Six days after…read moremy car was towed there (including the weekend, to be fair) I stopped in to take a picture of the codes necessary for the correct part. Kraig was good to tell me them over the phone the day before, but it sounded like he said it was a PCM, when in fact, it was a BCM. Wish he would've been more clear, but not a big deal. When we were walking out there, we noticed the right rear tire was flat, even though my car was towed there & was a-ok at that point. Kraig stated it must be a slow leak; wasn't like that a couple of days ago. This was a Tuesday, yet they're closed on weekends (??). In checking out the tire, he then said it was getting low in 3 hrs. Be that as it may, When I picked up the car after it was done, immediately I saw big white scratches on my rear bumper that was not there before. Went in to inform Kraig & while we were looking at it, I then noticed a smaller mark on the front bumper, which was completely repainted just a few months beforehand & was also fine when it was towed there! He tried to downplay it & said he'd get ahold of the owner. In the meantime, I received photos from the tow truck company proving it was fine upon arrival there, yet Kraig said the owner was only willing to pay for the back bumper! Thankfully I disputed the charges with the AMEX (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), so then he caved in & paid for both bumpers. I later found out they will actually use a quad runner ATV to push in and out cars if necessary!! The tire was suspicious since it happened well into their possession, but I let it go since I wanted nothing else than to move on & put this behind us. If all this wasn't enough, they didn't even have the courtesy to use a paper floor mat, so my car was rather filthy especially on the driver side. Unless you want your car treated like this folks, there are places very close by (Ewerts Automotive, Art's automotive) that treat their customer's cars with more respect & are much more reasonable. Low integrity automotive charges approx $185/hr, which is comparable to dealers!!

They advised me that to get into the trans and change that, they should replace the whole transmission for a couple hundred more, otherwise they couldn't guarantee the work. And they charged $150 for this "diagnosis". They wanted thousands of dollars for a new transmission, and I was stuck because I couldn't take the emissions test to renew my plates with a check engine light on. Brought it to Tony's Transmissions, and he replaced the sensor in a few days for a few hundred dollars. I can't remember the exact amount because I paid cash and it was about a year ago, but I just saw his business pop up when I was doing a search and remembered that I should have left him a review back then. He really did great work. Check engine light was off, car passed emissions, and we drove it for another year before selling it a friend for his teenage son. Car is still running strong.

Tony said they were backed up and I offered to drop it off early just in case Tony and team got some extra time, as the family had an urgent college move-in date to make :-) Tony and team got the sensor part in and quickly turned it around, including some Q/A to make sure it was stable. Pricing with parts and labor was very reasonable.

Pomp's tire is a great place. Top notch service and good prices. Vince the service manager really…read morecares. Two different times I had emergencies on a Saturday morning, the last one was Saturday August 17th. We were packing up my son in the car he was driving back to Iowa for his last year of college. After almost getting everything in the car, my wife notices a bulge in the aide of one of the tires. I call pomp's, get Vince on the phone (he doesn't even know me or orobably remember what he did for my wife a month earlier), explain to him what I found and the tire sizes (225/45/17). It's an odd size tire, plus it's all wheel drive which means I'll need four, cause they have 20k on them and all wheel drive tires need to be the same diameter. He tells me that I bet have them in stock, but he's swamped (plus he had 15 oil changes to do on trucks). I stated that my son was heading to Iowa and REALLY needed this done today (I asked about any pomp's near Iowa city too) he said if he showed up, he would squeeze him in (after the appointments of course). They close at noon and this was about 10:20 am. My son hauled ass over there and I followed a few minutes after. Vince was measuring (in the pouring rain) the tire depth of the other tires to see if we could get by with only one tire. They were way out of the maximum allowed specs. Anyway he got my son on the road by 11:20 am. I recognized one of the other workers breaking the beads off the tires and he's a worker too!! Nice guy. He put one of my tires (for a diesel tractor) in a bag before loading it in my trunk. Pomp's should be very proud of Vince and the guys he has busting there asses for the customer. I'm definitely patronizing them over discount tire. If I could give pomp's more stars, I would!!!!

I would like to thank Mark b for fixing my tire quickly and at a fair price thanks markread more
